EVERYONE SINGLE PERON AT THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY RUDE. I SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMEN OF WEDNESDAY REGARDING A PACKAGE THEY SAID COULDN'T BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS. STATING THE ADDRESS WAS AN UN-DELIVERABLE ADDRESS AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. I CALL BACK GOT THE SAME IDIOT GAVE HIM MY TRACKING INFORMATION HE STATED IT WAS BACK OUT FOR DELIVERY THE CARRIER WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. MY ZIP WAS 30331 THEY WENT TO 30336 HOW IDK. THE GUY STATED I SHOULD HAVE MY PACKAGE. SO HERE WE ARE MONDAY STILL NO PACKAGE. CALL THE IDIOTS ONCE AGAIN LADY PICKED UP BEFORE I COULD FINISH SAYING WHAT I WAS CALLING FOR SHE PLACED ME ON A 45 MIN HOLD. TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER SMART MOUTH IDIOT BY THE NAME OF YOUNG SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME HER FIRST NAME SINCE I ASK FOR HER SUPERVISOR WHICH I NEVER DO I BELIEVE EVERY NEEDS THEIR JOB BUT DAMMIT....... I wish I was able to give STARS!!! How can you NOT read and work at the post office? I went online and requested that a package be left at the post office for pick up..... go the next day and where is my package? OUT FOR DELIVERY!!! Are you serious? Called the 1800 and they saw the notation for the package so why cant you? Now what am I to take off my job to pick up a package because you cant do yours? You wouldn't deliver it. YOU took it upon yourself to not leave my package and YOU continue to make decisions as to what should happen with my package and ride it around town instead of following directions and leaving it at the post office! And why cant anybody get a hold of you on the phone? Y'all must come straight to work and take it off the hook! this location needs NEW LEADERSHIP to get it running like a United States Post Office and not like a McDonald's on the wrong side of town. I EXPECT BETTER! I DEMAND BETTER! CLOSE THIS DOWN until you can hire people who can do the job! Y'all make Postal workers look BAD!!!

The female carrier attempted to deliver an empty box 6pm has its logo on the boxes and is owned by amazon so the boxes are not beat up . She came extremely late around 8:00 pm and then attempted to loeave it on the porch my daughter saw the condition of the box and called me , she was racing off the porch . I called her back and told her to take the boc back with her ther was nothing inside . she acted fake surpised . the box was open tape coming apart and beatup like it was taken out of the trash . I called the next day to report the incident the person was a male identified himself as a supervisor he was rude , didn't want to give the name of the carrier or post master over the location . Luckily the company credited my account back the same day when i told them . because i got no help at this location.

I returned a package from this location back in November 2016. An older lady waited on me, and instead of her doing her job she was being a little to friendly in my business about my pregnancy and returned my package to the wrong city in New York. I went there a month or so with my mom after finding out that my package was not in the correct city to be given the wrong information. I have been fighting to get my package found and my money back to just now find out that the system doesn’t hold packages after 45 days. She act like she didn’t care or do anything wrong as well as her supervisor. I’ll never go back to this location ever! They need to shut it the hell down! They don’t care about our mail so why should we care about their jobs? I don’t even think they mailed my package off fuxkin thieves !!!

I recently had a package delivered with directions within the address to leave the package in the bed of my truck. The mail carrier left the package as was directed. Then later in her route, as it was beginning to rain, she returned to retrieve the package leaving a postal notification telling me of the situation. I signed the form and returned it to my mailbox for her the next day with a trash bag to place the package into in the event of rain. The following day she delivered my package as requested, enclosed in the bag without getting wet as it rained again that day. Not everyone thinks ill of the Postal Carriers. Since I rarely have to enter the post office, I usually go to the Floyd Rd location on weekends.

Be very careful going to this post office!! I reserved a PO BOX here and I wish I read the reviews before I even stepped foot in this place!! I waited on line for a WHILE! Because I reserved it online, I had to show my ID and a copy of my lease. When I’m showing the agent, she told me I need a copy of my EIN!!! Can you believe this? I said show me where it says that? She gave me an attitude and said well that’s what it is! I said let me speak to the manager. She told me that I’ll be waiting a while! So I left. I called customer care later and was informed I did NOT have to show my EIN! That woman was going to take my information!! So SCARY! Be careful out here!!!!

THE absolute WORST post office that I've ever had to deal with! The lady with the short blonde bald head would not accept my package because I printed my shipping label the night before. When I informed her that my customer made the purchase the night before, after postal hours so, there was no way for me to mail it the same day, she then informed me that I should have taken it to the post office on Crown Rd because they close at midnight! How in the ENTIRE hell would I know that and that's like 14 miles from me?! Needless to say, I will NEVER patronize this location EVER again and will be sure to inform my neighbors of the poor customer service here!!!

I dread coming to this post office everytime I need postal service. The staff is SO RUDE. If I could give zero stars I would! I sent off a package today and the lady that works there with light brown eyes and a ponytail (I didn’t get a chance to read her name tag or else I would have said her name) gave me a smart aleck response when I asked her a question. She also was on her cell phone the ENTIRE time of our encounter. I don’t understand why people work jobs they hate! Because her attitude clearly shows she hates her job. I hope you all take this review into consideration and do some inside work within the office to help fix this employees attitude.

I guess I'll just pile on as well. The tracking reference said that the package was delivered and signed for by me. That is impossible as all the mail is delivered to a central mail area in the complex. So I go to the mail boxes and the package I get, not only isn't for me, but it's not even the same building - not even close. I take this wrong package to the correct recipient and she tells me that these mixups happen all the time. How is this acceptable? Of course nobody has my package and it hasn't been recovered.

This post office is horrible. If I could give no stars I would. They don't deliver mail when they are supposed to. They put mail in the wrong mail boxes. Received notification that a package was delivered yesterday and it was not. A slip of a letter that had to be signed for from the IRS never made it into my hands, I had to call the IRS to find out what it is because they lost it and could not find it. Someone really should do something about them!!! Mail is important and they treat it like its fast food.

I guess I will add on with everyone else even though it may not help get anything done. I shipped a package to a customer in Lithonia, Ga which is literally only about 40 min away. I dropped the package off on 10/7/20. It is now 10/23/20 and the customer still has not received the package. The tracking doesn't even show that it has been scanned, so it looks like I created a label and never dropped it off and to top it off because they never scanned it, I may not be able to request the insurance for it.

Update 9/2023 Incredibly lazy staff. Illegally put my mail on my car windshield, exposed for anyone to take. I will be filing a formal complaint as this is unacceptable!!!!!!! 12/2022 Initial sympathy 5 star rating I hate leaving bad reviews for local businesses because it makes our communities look bad in comparison. If an envelope states in bold letters “DO NOT FOLD,” please stop folding up my graduation pictures and diplomas and hire some people that can actually read. Y’all ridiculous ‍♀️

If this is the location that delivers to Panther at Riverside ... The lady who delivers to this route is extremely rude. She screamed social distancing and eww at me, as I was at least 4 feet from her and she was completely done filling the mailboxes. We were more than the distance between someone checking out at the store and the clerk. I'm sure this isn't the new protocol/briefing they received on how to treat people in the midst of a world crisis. *Weekday route 12:00 PM 3/26*

I am currently filing a police report due to twice having my replacement credit card and a new credit card end up “missing” at this location. I used informed delivery so it sends me a picture of everything being delivered to my PO BOX and of course I received every item except the card both times. Managers explanation was to blame informed delivery as not being accurate . Awful location and I do not recommend unless you want your mail to keep being stolen by the staff!

Do NOT trust your packages with this location especially on the weekend. There is one good mail carrier who only works Monday - Friday. Like another commenter, my tracking number said my package was delivered but I received someone else’s package. Their name and address are extremely different from mine. I do not know if the weekend carrier stole my package or if they are highly incompetent (or both) but now I have to seek a refund for my lost/stolen package.

This post office use to be so well staff and customer focus. There seems to be a lack of anticipation on listening to customers concerns. I mailed a package to Florida and paid for extra postage and it went to Indianapolis. The counter representative did not try and track it and help me out. There just seems to be a lack of moral and I wonder if this post office will be closing soon since there is no more than one person at the counter

I wish I could leave zero stars! I dropped off two packages on 07/17/2021. Only one has been scanned into the system. The other is showing as if I never dropped the package off when I definitely dropped it off. When I asked about the package, no one knows where it is. How is it that two packages were dropped off on the same day, same time but only one was scanned into the system??? Horrible!

Im not sure why the Government is so unconcerned with delivering packages. This post office is so horrible that I'd rather deliver things to my job now. So sad but I pay too much money to get my packages on time. Noone goes to work there and packages just sit in the back. Just ship your items and handle your business with another postal office. I WARNED YOU!!

Their customer service sucks each and every time I’ve been there, and recently mailed a letter off and it was sent to the entire wrong state. And lines are long even though it’s other employees in there that are just walking around. Will no longer go to them will take the time to go to the post office at Greenbriar mall. I just didn’t have the time that day

This location is completely awful. I dropped a package off that was worth a lot of money on 10/30/20. It has been a week and the tracking is still showing that they are awaiting the item. They could give me no information on where the package is. So now the recipient is asking me questions about the package and i have no answers !! The place is the worst

The lady at the counter with the short haircut was very patient with the elderly lady she was assisting and did not rush her when she had questions even though the line grew from none to about 7. That helped me to remember to be patient about rushing to get back to work. Good experience!!! One guy came out and began to help get the line down.

Diana Lloyd is the sole reason I will continue to come back to this location. She is always a delight and gives excellent customer service. I know working at the post office is difficult because of the customers who come in demanding this and that, but Diana is never fazed by it and keeps a cool attitude. Please keep her around!

They have several employees working here but the service is still extremely slow. They told me it'd be a 40 minute wait to open up a new account - I came back 30 mins later and was told I needed to wait an additional 35 minutes. Customer service here is lacking. Only come here if you have a whole day to waste.

Not very good customer service here. I've had 2 packages now come up missing. They always tell me they'll call me back an never do. This last package had a check in it and I can see it's been out for delivery since Monday it's now Thursday.

Lines are to long. Only 1 clerk sometimes at the busiest times and lines almost out the door. You heat others in yeh back laughing and talking. Nevet see the manager door. Very poor customer service. Rarely see the clerks with a smile.

Worst Post office ever. They're not only opening packages and delivering them damaged, sometimes they steal and the items don't get delivered at all. This is the last time I choose to ship my items with usps.

Everytime I leave outgoing mail in my mailbox, the carrier NEVER collects it. It does not make any sense to be that lazy in a car travelling to a place where incoming and outgoing mail goes. Please improve.
