Horrible service. I was flat-out questioned about where I conceived the notion that they do passport walk-ins. It was as if I was making it all up in my head. I just picked this and applications up a few weeks ago from Eubank and Candelaria. That same store told me I could walk into this center and get my passport application submitted with no problem. They even went as far as to mark the walk-in center with a pen. So annoying Ito get down to the center and be told they stopped accepting walk-ins “years” ago. Then be questioned where I heard they did walk-ins. Then tell me they have been telling the Eubank center to stop telling everyone about the walk-ins. felt like they were just lazy. I was being told all this by the one “worker” who was on his phone (in front of customers) texting or whatever he was doing, not doing anything related to his job in customer service. How about you step up and just knock out the misinformed CUSTOMER’s application, seeing that you were texting away sitting behind the counter and that YOUR business is the one who is misinforming the customers? Unprofessional and a waste of space. Anyway, since you questioned me, here is MY proof that the customers are being told walk-ins are accepted.

I should have given this post office location a 1 star back when they stopped sending me mail, lost it, had no idea where it was, and spent months trying to find out. It took a closer post office stepping in to help me. Today's visit merits a review. I went in to pick up certified mail (check from my sister) that has been in route since the 1st week of February. I keep being told by the website tracking and 800 number operators that the system shows it is in route to me for weeks. I had to open an investigation. It was at this post office. Luckily, I forced myself out of bed while very ill as it was 2 days away from being sent back to sender. Claudio was rude. He literally refused to let me talk. He said he was doing so because he already knows I don't like them or their service. Which is not at all my tone or words. On top of that, he blamed me for not knowing the mail was there, and I should have come in to pick it up. Keep in mind. I got no notice, and no one, not even USPS knew. And that would have been my question, had he let me ask. How do I know I have mail waiting if I don't have notice? If he wants me to do his job, he should pay me and not be nicer. If he hates his job, quit.

We scheduled an appointment for passport service at this site >3 weeks in advance. We specifically picked an appointment at 5:15 pm because it's hard for us to get out of work during business hours. The morning of the appointment, only 8 hours before the appointment, after we had already adjusted our work schedules to ensure we could make the 5:15 pm appointment, the USPS sent an automated message canceling our appointment and saying that we had the option to come at 3p or to reschedule on another day before 3p. This is awful customer service. If they knew they didn't have ability to offer appointments after 3p, they should have either not offered to schedule these appointments or at least notified customers in advance. As is, we wasted 3 weeks of time when we could have come up with alternative plans. As is, we may not be able to get our passports in time for our intended travel.

If I could rate them ZERO I would. I could even go so far as to say they ruined Christmas for several people. I had packages due to arrive on the 21st of December to my P.O. Box. The packages arrived at this location on Dec 20th, and they still haven’t been delivered. The packages have been in Albuquerque since the 17th of December being bounced around to different locations. Please tell me why in that amount of time they couldn’t have been delivered to my post office box? I pay for this service! I’ve had nothing but trouble with this location. Every time I get a package it seems I have to fight to actually get it in my hands. Do better! Pay your people better, hire better people, treat your employees with more respect, I don’t know. Just do better!

The incompetency at this post office is off the charts. Through my nearly three years of living in Albuquerque, it has happened several times that my package gets sent out incorrectly, and then my package is delayed, when it's almost always priority mail. How do you consistently do that?! There's human error that happens, absolutely, but for it to happen almost every time?!!!! Y'all are hiring the most incompetent people there. I'll go as far as saying, all of y'all are incompetent. Goodness gracious. Get a grip, and do your job more accurately.

A letter with very important papers from Florida arrived to this facility on May 22 2023 till today nobody from USPS can tell me where is my letter, and because is a certified letter with no insurance basically I have to accept that. Quote "That's life" according of one of the Albuquerque useless agents that attended me by the phone. And today still the letter is not delivered USPS is not giving me a resolution. Should "'c'est la vie" will be the new USPS CREED.

So this lady named Kathy she’s an older lady with short red hair or brown I’m not sure what color it is but she was rude about giving me a piece of tape ? She was looking at me like I was an issue or something. She could have been more kind about it. And more kind to others but instead she was just extremely rude she ruined the experience of coming to this disgusting post office. If you can’t handle your job and be kind THEN DO NOT WORK THERE PERIOD

I only opened a P.O. box at this site because the website said that P.O. box access is available 24/7. But it's not. They're only open from 9-5:30 M-F and who knows on Saturdays. I work 12-14 hours a day, 6 days a week, so I can't check my mail during regular business hours. If I had known this, I wouldn't have paid for a P.O. box here.

Would give them 0, very unprofessional, had an appointment to get my passport and no one was there. The only person that helped me was the guy who was rolling in the mail. He said that The people didnt even bother showing up the past few days. This place is a joke.

The guy who does the passports is so rude and condescending. Made me very uncomfortable for my first time getting a pass port. I get it you hate your job but dang man learn some customer service.
