Great customer service!!! I wish I would've gotten the lady's name, but she did spectacular! She wore glasses though!! She was very patient with me although it was my first time I went back in fourth 3 times but thank god for her!!! I went to a different post office earlier and it was horrible experience he was rude right off the bat! I rather drive 20 min more than to go to the closest one to by my house.

One star rating because you cannot gain entrance until 8:00 am even though this post office location open earlier. This is a federal government building so security check is require to gain entrance. This post office only serve the few and the building. There should be separate entrance or shut it down. I don't see this post office as profitable or serving the community!

I was waiting on my amazon order from usps, and my email said it was delivered at my door, but it was NOT. It was thrown in my neighbor's yard, and I had a cd in the package, and the cd case was broke. USPS carriers do not care at all. This is not my first issue. The mail carrier always throws my packages by the mailbox where they can get stolen

Closed for lunch, but their hours don't state that anywhere. Since when does a post office close for lunch?! Security guard for the building said to go to post office on 2nd and tijeras. There is no post office at 2nd and tijeras. Just close this post office already and open a proper full service post office, this is ridiculous.

The folks who work at the Post Office here are exponentially better than the Broadway Main Post Office, but due to it being in a federal courthouse one must undergo security screening that is a pain in the ass. This place would get 5 stars were it not for the invasive searching/wanding you get for mailing a letter lol!

I can't get anywhere using the phone and it is disgusting. I got locked in the automated system and can't get to an live person. Our mail box was vandalized and all of the mail taken, multiple boxes. Could I get help, NO! Wait time 1hr0min to 1hr3min.

As others have mentioned, this Post Office is located in a Federal Courthouse, thus one has to endure a security screening to simply buy a stamp. Nice folks and, as mentioned previously, never a line as just TOO much trouble!

Lost and misplaced multiple packages and had no idea at all what happened to them. Still havent recovered some of the misplaced packages. This has happened multiple times. Horrible staff, avoid this location like the plague.

Service was good and friendly, no complaints there - but due to the security and scanning to enter this federal building, I won't be back to this location. It was really inconvenient.

The entrance procedure is not a big deal. The workers here are awesome. I'd much rather deal with a metal detector than long lines and surly clerks.

I spoke with Audrey about my lost package. She was so nice and professional. She made things so much easier for me. It was really great service!

They close without corresponding to the actual schedule. The supplies were horrible and the security screening was intimidating and unnecessary.

The post office in Albuquerque is lazy and they don't know how to do they're job they all need to lose they're jobs.
