I did not receive 2 orders. I called the usps customer service and she stated that it was delivered to somebody elses residence. I was so disappointed since I did not get my refund either since it is said that it is delivered. Lucky for the person who received it, since it is a patio outdoor swing chair and the other one is a gadget box. It cost me almost hundred bucks for it and I did not get anything good back. I do not get it how this orders could actually fit in a mailbox, since these are bulky large boxes item that is impossible to fit in a mailbox. I went to this branch to check that may be my boxes are still here, since this is where my home address falls under. The staff said that it was delivered in a tiny box. Oh well, I would not come here if I receive it in the first place. Plus it did not happen once, but twice of my orders. It is not my fault if they deliver it to somebody elses house. They should improve their accuracy of their deliveries.

Most pathetic post office I have ever been forced to use. I go into the location on Friday 3/2 at 2:30 and there is ONE CASHIER and over FIFTEEN PEOPLE standing in line WITH THE LINE GOING OUT THE DOOR. Nobody gives a damn at that place. It's like the parents/family of the most pathetic McDonalds location work there while their kids are flipping burgers. Monday 3/5/2018, I show up at 10AM: Total is $30.71 and they can't even break a $20 from my $40 to make change. Lady gets mad when I joke with the customers that the post office is so poor they can't even break a $20. She has to go in the back and have a manager break the $20 so I could give her $31. ALWAYS AN EXCUSE AT THIS LOCATION

My mail carrier runs late in my area. However, he does not clock out until all the mail is delivered. It was storming yesterday and I was waiting on a package after 630pm, I had came to the conclusion that he called it a day due to the storm. But nope the storm may have slowed him down. But at 730 he was still delivering and I recieved what I was waiting on as well. Good job! The reason I gave 3 out of 5 because like all humans he have made some mistakes by putting my mail in the nextdoor neighbors box. Thank God for her honesty... but no one is perfect. However he does needs to be more careful and to my knowledge it only happened once.

A package was listed on USPS Daily Digest as being out for delivery August 27. 2 other people and myself were sitting on the porch when the Saturday carrier arrived. Since I was awaiting the package I immediately went to the mailbox to retrieve my mail. Everything listed to be delivered except my parcel was in the mailbox. I checked online and noticed the delivery was changed from 7:30 to 9pm The parcel never showed up. On Monday I went to the postoffice and was told that the parcel had been left in the mailbox. This will not be the first time that mail has gone missing from this post office.

I could give 0 starts or negative stars I would. I had a package hold Saturday the lost it by MONDAY. Its been about almost a week and they still can't find the package and the man at the front talk bout rude and when intry to get answers no one knows nothing and SOMEONE is supposed to call me but never does. I just moved from California and i hate that this is the post office i have to deal with. They dont answer their phones so i dont spend more gas just for them to rell me they know nothing i swear this is the worst people and god forbid you ask them to do something like idk work?

Wow, not sure what other folk are experiencing, but I had a great experience. I had an odd problem, and had to wait in line for a few minutes while the person helped an elderly couple. She was incredibly kind and patient, and made sure they understood what was going on ands wrote down her name and number if there were any other problems. She was just as efficient, friendly, and competent with my issue. My only problem with this part office is that the only entrance has a 'do not enter' the other way, and the only exit also has a 'do not enter' sign. Technically, you can never leave.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The lady on my route likes to not deliver packages. So today after she said could not deliver on my tracking number, I decided to look for her. So I did. Guess what? Found her down the street. Boxed her in and asked where my package was she said you were blocking the box. Meaning my mail box I guess. Yeah OK. Nobody was infront of it. Why have my family pay priority mail if it shows up late. They've marked as couldn't deliver on 4 different occasions. Pathetic service. If you don't like your job, find a new one!

This location doesn't even deserve a star. I normally don't write reviews, but the employees at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I had all of the correct documents to complete my service, and the employee was rude for no reason. I am in the military and I never had any issues dealing with my mail before. If she didn't know how to complete the service. She should have just asked for help. I waited in a long line just to receive that horrible customer service. This place needs to be shut down with all of these negative reviews.

Worst Post Office ever. Everyone is a supervisor. I've made several complaints to the USPS regarding the water build-up around the central mailboxes and the fixer upper they did is pitiful, your shoes still gets wet when it rains. The post office has a deep slope and the handicap parking is ridiculous. One will need to see this to believe it and trying to get out of the parking lot is twice as ridiculous. The Northside deserve better than this. Every other side of town has a better Post Office.

Horrible place of business. Whomever that clerk is who was the working the front counter by herself on 2/2/23 around 2:30 p.m. was NOT very friendly, and SHE LIED to me about my package being delivered to my address by some unknown post man. My husband was just at this post office and oh my God this lady working the front counter is a monster. She complained about being there on her day off. She said the post office would have been closed if she wasn't there. She was rude to a lady that didn't have her mail correct. The lady that be a the front desk with the high top hair I used to say to myself this mean lady I don't want to go in here. I go in their every month to send off my house payment. But she is not she's very sweet and kind young lady and I like her she the best. Sometimes I forget what envelope to send it in and she a good help to me when I come in. This place is a disgrace to USPS, customer service is always at a low when visiting this office. They don't know how to talk to or treat others with respect besides the people that they know I have a message to the two people working the front and that's to find another job if you don't enjoy working with customers I am disgusted at the way I was treated I honestly feel this branch needs mandatory monthly training until the problem is corrected

First time going in there today, better yet my first time picking up a package from a post office. One of the customer service workers was pretty rude. Her demeanor was horrendous. Third time since January Jacksonville, USPS has refused to deliver a package that it accepted to deliver because it was... Too big. Each time they tell me I have to come and pick it up. I, a non-federal agency, I'm expected to have a vehicle big enough to pick up whatever a federal agency cannot pick up. 10% of Jacksonville homes do not have automobiles. Don't accept the package if you can't deliver the package

Usually don’t do reviews but this place has literally the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life and a they are complete disgrace to the government. If i could go back to pigeons to deliver my mail i would before having to deal with these people. Someone needs to shut them down because some people rely on the USPS and this location is 100% without a doubt unreliable. I wish i could give negative stars.

I'm giving 2 only because the older lady working in there is super sweet and you can tell she is used to a crowd. She kept her pace flowing steady and even was attentive to people in the back of the line. I heard someone say she is always in there working alone! Bless her. I'd say the place deserves the lesser stars due to having to wait about 15-20 mins in this very small area.

Package was supposed to be delivered on Monday Aug 16th, Carrier lied and said no secure location to deliver to even thought I was home ALL DAY and we have LOCK BOXES that the package would have fit in. Usually I would say you dont have to be nice to me just professional in your dealings with me, but this particular post office lost a certified letter I desperately needed. The post lady hit and killed my dog and left him in the street and when we found him I asked did she hit a dog and she said nonchalantly yeah. Today was his 7th birthday and now he's gone. The carrier isn’t delivering my mail she told someone in the household that I put a hold on the mail and she have all the mail in the truck and not delivering or leaving it at the post office. Not able to deliver a package because we were closed ? We had 6 bay doors to a warehouse open and 15 people on the clock from 6am to 2pm and yet you give a reason for your failure as 'closed' , Honestly it's ok that your lazy and can't do your job , just stop blaming others for your failure

What’s the point of a phone number that no one picks up? The old white guy by the end of the day treats anyone slightly darker as an imbecile. Can’t blame him too much, both the customers and employees are toxic. This USPS location is more of a joke than the usual.

Postal workers at this location really hate their job and are not afraid to let you know it. The employees there are extremely lazy and rude!! Also, packages that are transferred to this location conveniently never seen to make it to the customers address.

The clerk James is very rude and unprofessional. My God mother call me crying because he wouldn't call the supervisor. He told her he wasn't going to call anyone. She had to yell for someone to come help her. This is ridiculous.
