Wow, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a USPS location. These are federal employees? Yikes. The man at the register was extremely unprofessional, rude, and did not care to even do the basics of his job. I overheard him being rude to several others, too, not just me. One lady asked for insurance on a package and he acted completely put out to have to click two more buttons on the register. Seriously. The only reason I gave two stars is because the two ladies he was working beside stepped in to help me and were kind to me. Beside the personnel issue, this location was dirty, unorganized, and overall unpleasant to be in.

They don't care if you have missing mail or even attempt to see where it went. MARK was rude from the beginning , he needs a new JOB! I never received my daily mail that the informed delivery told me I would get on 7-25-19. Mark wanted to argue that informed delivery doesn't mean the same day, well then how come I have received every piece of mail but the one day I had important mail it goes missing??? Plus the letter I'm missing had a stamp of 7-23-19 on it so there's no reason why I shouldn't have gotten my mail. Get better customer service because these peoples customer service skills SUCK!!

I haven't had a good experience with this post office they stop my mail I didn't do a change of address I've been living where I live for 2 years now its never the same mail carrier they put my mail in other people's boxes and there's in mine it's trashy around the mail boxes if your name isn't in your box they won't leave your mail I never gotten any coupons or store advertising in my mail here at this address and they say it's not there fault then who's is it. Managment justifies post carriers actions.It is Thee worst Post Office in Indy?

This one of the best post offices by far & Linwood they are courteous and majority of the staff I have encountered on my visit to both post offices. A special big thank you for years of service Brenda 10 years was very delightful with you bringing our mail on Riley Avenue. & We got another wonderful mail courier at our new address Brandon only had him a lil over year . This was a very pleasant experience for me. I went today about 3pm and was surprised how busy they were, but then I realized it was tax deadline day. I had a return package and since I have had a recent stroke, I needed help. The clerk was so helpful to me and I saw she was to everyone else. I'm embarrassed I didn't get her name, but her #80 is on my receipt. Everyone working was very efficient and not frazzled in spite of the business of the day

I truly hate using usps because even when I'm home I get that peach slip saying they attempted delivery and they didn't ring the bell, knock on my door or anything and I was home. It never fails and of course its on a day they close early. There wasn't a signature required or payment due, just didn't want to deliver the package or associate with the homeowner I guess. Happened 4 times and its why I prefer never to use usps to deliver things.

The lady working on 12/30 was extremely rude not only to me but another lady. Instead of helping she just stated everything was wrong. I don't send much thru the mail so im not aware how to send it and it was sent back to me. I asked her what happen she stated I was wrong it's done wrong wrong is all she said. Rude

This is one of the rudest locations in the city! Every person behind the counter today had an attitude and spoke tocustomers like they were stupid. Not one customer was rude to them or acted in such a way that was deserving of their unprofessionalism. It wasn't worth dealing with them, I walked out.

Very rude people work here. I came for a hold mail form and was thrown out of line by a man working behind the counter when only I and one other person was there. Then while one of his "valuable" customers was talking to him he cut her off to reach over her to take my form. I will not come back.

Hand written cash only signs were up and tried telling us the rate was insanely higher than we knew it should be. $25 they said, went to another location 5 min away shipped it for $7.60. Hand written cash only signs and way higher rates than usual? You do the math.

The woman work there don’t even know you can ship long guns through postal mail. Didn’t even know the law and look stupid infront of her supervisor. I’m a dealer I know what I’m doing but the post office and this location don’t. Her supervisor laughed at her smh

The staff is quick and helpful - during working hours. The lines are long sometimes, so expect to wait anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes. People arrive to ship items, process passports and ask a million other questions :) but they always try to do their best.

The Clerk; Tracy is every rude and unprofessional. I was Inquiring about tracking packages and she was every unconcerned the two days I called. I am very understanding about busy times of the year but she is very in personable and very unhelpful!

Unprofessional Supervisor unwilling to address any carrier issues or help resolve problems that more than one resident is having. Definitely drive a little farther to Cumberland location and get a PO Box. This place is a disgrace.

Very poor customer service. Asked why my package isn’t being delivered on time. The manager’s response was, “we don’t work around your hours”. Two day shipping taking 5 days? I don’t think that working around my hours at all.

Today around 16:30 hours, Mark was very disrespectful, belligerent and hung up on our Indigenous Peoples' asking for simple information. He did not carry out his contractual & fiduciary duties.

Mike and Sarah are always professional, friendly and accurate. The various birthday, wedding, graduation , etc cards are wonderful! I purchase all of my birthday cards from this post office.

I weigh, measure, label, and deliver my packages to them. I was told I needed to buy another printer to make their job easier. Is it really that hard of a job to use a bar code scanner?

Honestly worst customer service ive ever recieved. This man answered the phone with the worst attitude and had the nerve to hang up when i got upset. Use UPS.

I have been coming here for years. My experience with the clerks/staff is always so pleasant, regardless of how swamped they may be. Toni was so kind.

You must go online and pay an extortion fee of 12 dollars for them to hold a package for you. A service private competitors offer for free
