Avoid having your package returned here for pickup. There's so many signs on all of the doors but none of them will be helpful. Patiently waited in line for the main desk only to find out package pick up is somewhere else. Random signs all over the place, but none to direct you to package pick up. The door looks like it's an entry to a speakeasy or something. There's a vintage unmarked doorbell to use. Don't expect immediate response. Instead you're left in the purgatory of the waiting area to ponder your life choices leading up to this point. The ambiance is mediocre misery. Since there are no clear signs with instructions on how to pick up your packages, don't rely on this review to help you get your package. Maybe tomorrow this door will be used to buy stamps. I expect there will be waiting at the post office. What bothers me is the confusing and unclear instructions for package pick up. It's unnecessary to wait in a line to be redirected when a clear sign would work.

ZERO STARS! This has been my post office on and off for over a year (two separate residences) and they have lost packages, delivered packages to my neighbor, and haven't delivered packages to my front door when I was home. I have escalated things past the postmaster but never have received compensation or a "sorry" for my grievances. They are the epitome of bad customer service--both on the phone and in person. The mail carriers never deliver packages to your door. I almost missed important wedding packages because the carrier didn't come to my door. I waited all day to receive and the carrier decided not to come to my front door but to send it back to the post office. Just recently they put both keys in a parcel locker so I can't get my package. I really don't understand why they have so many issues and wish they could get t together because they will be my post office until August.

These both came in today. Note the dates. My family got this card from my brother’s family last month without exception. I also haven’t received my absentee ballot from this location yet either. Had to ask for a replacement one. I know the USPS has systemic issues but it’s clear to me this location has extra issues. There are some good people I have interacted with at the counter but clearly some of the management is not keeping things very organized at Gateway Drive. Another issue I’ve had is when they miss outgoing scans and it upsets my e-commerce customers. One package got to NJ before tracking even started. The customer was thankfully understanding but just not a good situation to manufacture for paying shippers.

Mike is one of the rudest men I have ever met. He refuses to serve my husband, to the point where my husband will not go in without me. Mike is pleasant enough with me, even flirting with some of my friends when they were with me. But God forbid my husband is there; Mike will be openly rude to the point that other customers comment to Mike about his behavior. Mike will then just walk off and stop serving everyone. I have no problem with the rest of the staff, they all help as quickly as they can and answer any of my questions. But please. Fire Mike. Because his behavior is inexcusable, and the fact that multiple people have problems with him as well shows that he should not be in his job anymore.

I never received one of my packages from Amazon! They said it was put it the wrong P.O. box!!!! They recently lied and said that my P.O. box # was NOT on my Amazon package!!! I called and spoke with Amazon and they verified that my P.O. box # was on the package and that the post office said that I refused my package which WAS NOT TRUE!!! NONE OF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE!! This post office returned my package to Amazon FOR NO REASON!!! I called this post office regarding a couple of packages and the lady that answered said that I had the wrong number then I called them restricted and the same lady answered and said thank you for calling Eagle Creek Post Office. How can I help you? They are liars!

A bunch of affirmative action rejects with zero accountability. If you need to file a damaged package claim you only can go online and of coarse the website is ALWAYS down. The clerk/manager I spoke with even admitted the website is down more than not. The letter carriers that work there are slow and incompetent. Many times I received mail that was going to my neighbors. One very cold winter day(10 above) the ma carrier even through a dozen envelopes on the snow covered sidewalk! I had to finish delivering the mail in my neighborhood for this loser! I WANT USPS TO FAIL AND NOT GET BAILED OUT! I will use FedEx and UPS from now on.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I’ve never had a worse experience with a postal service. From taking my packages to wrong routes to NOT delivering my packages but marking them as delivered (I didn’t get any note of where they were) —this post office is utterly incompetent. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or not paid enough, but do better. I’m sick of having to go on a witch hunt for my packages. I don’t have any access restrictions to my apartment either, so it makes no logical sense why they do this. It should not be hard to just deliver a package to the right address or at least communicate where it is.

Mike is always rude and unhelpful. Customer service isn't to be found here. You're a number and you're just being "processed" here. It's one thing to go into a place and not have an experience and it's a whole nother thing to go into a place and have a horrible experience and feel bad. Why not be friendly? Are government jobs and pay that bad??? Sheesh. Oh and their handicapped door opener was broken for the longest time. They didn't fix it until a month later even though I called to complain. It isn't acceptable to have it take that long. All disabled people should have access to a government building!!!

I had a package delivered on April 7th went to get it from the mailbox and turns out to be someone else's packages. The mailman put my package in someone else mailbox. Now people out here have been stealing packages so I may never see my package again. I called this post office three times since then (today is the 10th) and I'm being told they haven't been able to ask the mail carrier about it, like seriously. They said they'd call me back they never did, like its been three days!? This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous, at this point just refund me my money because this is YOUR mail carrier's FAULT.

I called them 3 different times over the course of 2 hours and no answer whatsoever. I finally drove over and waited more than 20 minutes to be seen about my tracking number. Stated as delivered but nowhere to be seen and no notifications given. They finally directed me back to my leasing office, but I didn't have to waste 45 minutes out of my day and perfectly good gas when they could have simply picked up their phone and told me the same thing. Still no resolution for a missing package. A complete and utter waste of my time and taxpayers money. USPS is one of the worst "services" that our country offers.

Continued lost packages!!! It is impossible to get help when calling. Called at 8:45 am and told I have a 1 hour wait time! The item was bought on amazon and shows delivered in my mailbox. I went out there and it was not there!!! Meaning that it was delivered to the wrong address. This is a huge complaint and many neighbors have experienced same problems. Redelivering mail that was muss delivered from another street just the same numbers. If the postal working was not on her blue tooth while delivering mail in sure these things wouldn't happen so often. This is my 3rd lost package!!!

Worst service from Tunisa...I was there before 10am she goes we not start till 10 am ..so I left and ran my errands..came back after 10 am Tunisa goes I should go to different locations .it's ONLY 15 mins aways... She said she short on stuffs today .And she has 8 costumer in line....What is this ?? Am I a costumer ??? She said she had 3 people call off today .Well is your job to get pay 16 per hour. We recently had a package from Boston addressed incorrectly by the company and was delivered to an Indianapolis address instead of our Massachusetts home. We tracked the package and then called the Eagle Creek Post Office. They were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond in customer service. They located the package, sent their carrier out to retrieve it, called us to confirm all information, and then expedited the package to us! Huge shout out to Michelle and the entire team at the Eagle Creek Branch! Thank you!

I had a order being shipped by them and they didn't deliver because I had the "wrong" address. So instead of holding it and letting me pick it up they shipped it back to the sender. After that I received 0 updates about the purchase I spent my money on. I couldn't track it and when I called after being on hold for at least a hour and a half they tell me they can't find it and I need to contact the sender. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND I HOPE NOTHING I ORDER EVER IS SHIPPED BY THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

This office was very helpful and quick, I just moved from Florida, and this was the wrong office I needed to check my address change. Everyone was very helpful, The Manger especially he went above and beyond to help me. the old lady and the other Latin looking girl tried to help, but they sent me to the manger. He looks overwhelm working with lazy staff. He had a helpful and welcoming demeanor. This office had better energy then the one in Speedway.

Horrible attitudes from the staff and management. I witnessed them laughing and mocking customers. One of the clerks tried to charge me for tape that EVERYONE was using. I asked for the manager and the clerk got an attitude and made me switch registers. Who does that? An older lady (clerk) and a guy with dreadlocks (clerk) were very helpful. The other front desk staff (02/05/18) = An unprofessional mess. Will never frequnt this post office again.

I have scheduled a package pick up twice and they never came to get the packages. Both days they marked the packages as picked up the morning of the next day even though no one came to pick up the packages. Sooooo Lazy and unreliable. Only the government could run a business like this and still stay in business. I tried to call and complain and gave up after being on hold for 50 minutes. I would give them zero stars if the site would let me.

Really really bad service. The mail persons don't pay attention to the address at all. Two packages with same address, one is delivered and the other is not due to "undeliverable as addressed". The customer service really sucks, A person named MIKE donno how to talk at all and is rude . If there is any other person or manager, i would even complain about him. I mail Priority packages from this location on a regular basis to my son in Los Angeles. I have yet to have a problem. The kiosk is always stocked with Priority boxes and mailers whenever I have been there. The counter employees are friendly and helpful. Our postal carrier is out of this location and she is exceptionally friendly and willing to do what needs to be done to deliver the mail in extreme weather.

I have constant problems with my mailed being returned to sender because the mail person keeps trying to deliver my mail to an address that is similar to mine. The only difference is I live on Circle and they keep going to Drive. All the mail person has to do is PAY ATTENTION to the ENTIRE address. I am so frustrated. Don’t expect much from this location. If you’re coming to buy stamps or do something straight forward you should be fine. The clerks will be rude but you’ll leave with a receipt. On the flip side....If you have an issue with the SLIGHTEST amount of complexity they won’t help. I can’t figure out if it’s from a lack of knowledge or a lack of trying.

Horrible customer service! I went in to get a passport. They said to wait on line and she would pass out numbers. There was no line so the lady there was just guessing who was there and gave tickets to people that came after me. When I stated that I was there before a few people she got an attitude and said to go find another post office.

What's with this post office. They never even try to deliver a package. They always take it strait to the leasing office if I'm lucky or they just keep it there and leave a note. "I'm home just knock on the door!!!!" I dont want to have to waset the gas to drive all the way to the post office opposite from the direction I always travel.

Untrustworthy, they never know where they leave a package within their own store . always always get a receipt, even know they still wont know where it went after there hands. I have multiple packages that I hand deliver everyday and 5 out of 10 they get lost. the pick up time outside means nothing they only pick up once at 5:00 P.M.

We were helped by a guy named Mike who seemed warm and friendly to a customer before us. But as soon as we walked up his demeanor changed. He was short, barely made eye contact or smiled, condescending at times and didn't communicate well. I left baffled and tried to figure out what I had done to deserve this.

My review is solely based on today's visit: This office has been nothing but efficient and professional each time that I've been in. Today I came in for couple of sheets of the forever stamps the clerk that waited on me his name was Nate my first impressions clean cut, courteous and knowledgeable.

Went to simply drop off a package that was already completely paid for. Was met with rude staff who seemed to not be well practiced in communication or customer service. If you visit this branch, I suggest you not interact with staff and simply use their electronic services or the drop off box.
