Absolutely terrible. I physically went into the office and dropped a package off, that the worker told me was the correct boxing and all was well. Low and behold the imbecile scanned the wrong package(as a had a package that was returned to me and I was asking why) she scanned that package but took my package that had originally brought and I have heard absolutely nothing about it. When I asked about the cameras and for management they went into a hissy fit like children. This is for the women whom is short and brown kinda chunky her name is COCO which is a nickname and the other women whom is cruel and was more worried about her lunch hour LOMAX. Stay away from here. The only one with some since is the older black lady, I didn’t catch her name as I didn’t need to she was very kind and understanding( professional). Everyone else needs to rethink thier life’s and move to another profession , preferably NOT customer service. Thanks.

I got a po box. The same peace of mail was placed in my box, scanned by informed delivery for three days straight and when I went to pick up the peace of mail, it had been removed for two days. I had a check card that was mailed to me from bank and it disappeared. The bank said it should have been received a week ago. When I ask questions they did not respond. It was scanned by informed delivery and should have been in my box. Mistakes happen, but so does fraud. I took a screenshot of the mail scanned all three days. It appears that it should have been placed in my box, but could have been put in the wrong box. Not everyone is honest, so they should be mindful of looking at the numbers correctly. That leaves a bad impression for how business is conducted. I finally got may mail, but had to cancel something previously sent to prevent anything bad from occurring.

Customer Service is not something this branch is familiar. Most (not all of the front counter staff treats customers like children. They talk down to the customers. They automatically assume that everything they do is the Bible and there are no exceptions. Sometimes what you think is happening is not happening and you need to listen to the customer fully when they are explaining their mail issue. UPDATE: I have to amend my review because I finally was able to get some help from someone who was very nice and very helpful and genuine in helping me. This was a big difference from the counter workers before who were not trying to listen to my need. My problem was resolved quickly. I wish I could have had this person from the beginning.

I had received a receipt for a certified piece of mail on Friday, April 17th. I signed and handed the carrier the signed form and was told it would be delivered on Monday, April 20th. It did not come. So I finally called Wednesday and was told by Barbara I could come even after hours due to the inconvenience, as long as it was by 6:00pm. When I arrived, I called like I was told to and no one answered. I rang the buzzer and someone yelled "we are closed." I explained what Barbara told me and the person just said, "I've already locked up, come back tomorrow." Today I have called twice and the phone is still ringing (for over 5 minutes) and Diane answered she was not very helpful or polite. This office is horrible and rude.

Do not send international packages through USPS. I sent some perfume and other items to my wife in South Africa. The lady at the post office accepted and was aware of the items in the box. I then receive my box a few days later at my house. The sticker says dangerous goods. Due to the perfume it was returned. I went to the post office to get a refund. They said we can't issue refunds. The service was given. No, I paid for an international delivery. Not for you to drive my box 5 minutes down the road to my house. I asked if we removed the perfume can it be resent. They said yes. So we did that. Then she says okay $41.50. I already paid! I'll go to DHL. I'll be glad when my taxes no longer pay for this service.

Understand bad roads Friday & Saturday. Monday clear 75% and all state and government offices open Tuesday no answer on the phone and packages in limbo. Problem is they are short handed and stacking routes on carriers. Bigger problem is Businesses are only open set hours and have had many after hour ( as much as 4 HRS ) attempted deliveries. Hire more people...Just pulled our security video footage and the carrier spent 12 minutes sitting on out property sorting his truck , never came to our door , never left a notice as is stated in the tracking. Video shows once he left the property he never finished his route. Turned back and headed in the direction of the branch office HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!

I needed a post office urgently and when I tried the ones in Arcade and Broadway I realized they were permanently closed and those are the ones I normally use. I then searched for another one online and found this one at North East. The reviews weren't encouraging but I still decided to go because I was pressed for time. I reached the post office at 4:51 and there was only one person in line. I was assisted in one minute and was out by 4:53. Their closing time is 5:00 pm so I'm grateful for their efficiency. My experience was amazing. I will definitely use this post office from now on. Thank you guys for all you do.

You go in stand in line forever why they are slow and not friendly at all.Parking is awful if you park in front it's hard to get out.Panhandlers out front wanting money between post office tobacco store .Drunks are sitting around asking for money.A old nasty black man sits around saying I wish I had .50 cents then wants you to go to beer store to get him beer.He now sits in a wheel chair or walks pushing it around.Trash is in parking lot and on side walk going to Post Office and Tabacco store.Aaron another black guy stands around begging for money as well.A bunch of Drunks sit around here daily.

So far the staff members are so so but I only like dealing with the lady that's been there for 38yrs because she knows her job to send things out the correct way with no problems and the driver carriers lol A hot mess because they are under staff so that's why you see different drivers because they are floaters so they don't care about your mail just beening honest because they don't like driving for that location because of the homeless people is over there but you have to lift them up in order for them to understand life....*Facts*

I have mailed a Check to a Vendor twice in the last 3 weeks and this is second time getting it back, i confirmed address with vendor before i mailed it back the second time, i called the post office and all i get is busy signal, whats wrong with this office , did they all go POSTAL or something, i have confirmed address again by faxing them a copy of returned item. so i am going to mail it again. does anyone else know where 1310 Vashti St is , the Mailman obviously does not!!!! I've had my flag up for 3 days with junk mail just to see if they are actually coming & delivering mail and obviously the carrier isn't delivering mail I've asked my neighbors when was last time they received their last mail its been 4 days since last mailman actually delivered anything to our place of residence. This is ridiculous. Whom should I contact??? surely someone has had atleast junk mail a bill anything in 4 days. Wonder what they are doing with our mail. Since its clearly not being delivered.

I order a lot of packages to my house, but packages delivered by the post office always seem to end up missing. UPS, FedEx, those packages always get here. USPS? Those packages are ethereal. Shady stuff going on here. Inquiring never seems to work either, they will say the geo tracker shows the postal worker was here, but then there is never a package. delivery person is probably running a scam where they come by, for the geo tag, but don't actually drop off a package. That is my best guess anyway.

Lady postman woman through my package on my porch very unprofessional with someone else's merchandise.Guess she was to busy to get out and put on my porch I heard it hit the porch I don't appreciate this kind of delivery and notice Wednesday she was throwing other people's packages at their trailers back's in then goes wonder are they getting good money to throw others stuff around or are time coss7med to not get out of the mail truck

My postman left note post box holding mail after shipment stolen...had gone 2 days picked up by showing picture on phone of note .Then today I get guy that makes it his purpose after getting displaced from home his desire to give me the least and most aggravating hassles than I've had in a long time ..he needed to scan original note but no one other than him had to....Not the best place to be forced to work with due to address....

For the umpteenth time! They failed to close my mailbox on a rainy day and my mail is all wet. Also I've seen the older short haired lady in there whip packages into the bins from her desk in a much LESS than careful way! Fail fail fail! I wish they would just do away with it already! No service, bad attitudes, wet mail, lazy people. The only thing they ARE good at is bringing us ridiculous amounts of junk mail! Sick of it!

The lady who works here at the front desk is always so belittling and talks to me like I don’t know what I’m doing. She is not helpful and she’s very rude. I will never go back to this post office again. Some people at that post office should be fired. Worst post office I’ve ever been to and I don’t see why no action has been taken to fix it due to the fact that this post office has a 1.7 star review. Angry.

I totally agree with earlier reviews. I don't know what good this review will do but, one of their mailmen ran into my mailbox knocking it off its hinge. Because I didn't catch it on camera to prove it, it is my word against his. so now my mailbox is in two pieces and I haven't received mail in 2 weeks. The manage was no help at all, saying she was going to investigate but she NEVER called me back.

Most incompetent useless business/employees I've ever encountered. Multiple packages missing, packages never delivered and sent back to sender. You're better sending things by carrier pigeon than to trust this post office to get it done. It sickens me to my utmost being that our tax dollars are wasted to keep this cesspool of incompetence and undelivered mail running.

Worst ever! Got an email saying package was delivered, but it wasn't. I looked all over for the package...even asked several neighbors. Had to wait till next morning to speak to someone about it. They told me it was "out for delivery", but it didn't show up. When I went back up there, another employee said it didn't make it onto the truck.

This US post office has been closed now for six days with the same sign on the door saying that their Internet is down. It does not take six days to fix an Internet outage! There’s no explanation on where else you can go to pick up your larger packages. The US Postal Service is continuously declining but this is a serious misuse of a “digital” excuse.

Post lady puts a letter in my mail box saying they tied to deliver my package but didn't get out to knock on the door !I get in my car catch her at the end of my street she says honestly I didn't even know someone lived their! I was at this Post Office and the clerks behind the counter and in the back are some of the most common people I have seen. No customer service skills. No over and above skills. Terrible communication skills. Not every one who has dark skin wants to see some ignorant, ged diploma carrying spewing foul language. I won’t go there again.

My mail usually gets delivered just fine. however this office is staffed by some of the rudest post office workers I have ever encountered. they almost never answer the phone. they are always short and dismissive of any issues. I almost always have to call the east side post office where they are friendly and helpful.

I have mailed 2 Certified Letters from this office and BOTH of them have never been delivered!! I have also mailed checks out for bill payment and those were never delivered. We are a business and we are not receiving all of our mail and the mail we send out is not being delivered. RIDICULOUS!

Anytime there is a missed delivery they can never find my mail or package. This has happened repeatedly without any knowledge of whether or not my package was shipped out again for another attempt. I have consistently have been left without any information or details and no follow-up.

When I call , I can't even get through the automated service. My questions are not listed on any of the options that the automated service line offers. I just keep calling and you would think somebody , like an actual person would be of service! But there isn't and it sucks

To walk in a buy stamps, this branch is fine. If you are unfortunate enough to live in the delivery zone - as I am -- good luck! Service is horrible. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. No dedicated mail carriers, so mail gets mis-delivered and not delivered

Workers are extremely lazy, and simply do not want to work. This location closes an hour early every Saturday. The drivers will lie and say they attempted your delivery when they actually didn't. If I could give them -5 stars I would. Please, do not waist your time.

They SUCK!!!! They always claim to have delivered my packages and I NEVER get them!!! Everyone there should be fired, this has happened multiple times and they have even lost my packages and admitted it and still signing off that it had been delivered!!!

Paid $26.50 for pick up shipping they refused countless times to refund my money even though THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! It’s been too long for my bank to get my money back now I should have filed immediately. This post office is a joke.

The clerks at this location (people at the front counter) call out of work almost every other day, meaning they have to open late and close early, if they even open at all. USPS is a joke. Hire better workers

Everyone here is sweet if you are kind. Be graceful with these people they get worked to death. We are lucky to have the employees I have met and worked with over 100 times in my time living in nashville.

They were always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! This location just has long lines but they work as fast as they can. The people that work here are reasonable and respectful.

There are only 2 drivers that actually deliver the mail consistently. We also go days without having our mail picked up. This branch must have a terrible time keeping drivers
