"Went there today at 530pm to mail a package"
"Everyone there has an attitude problem"
"I don't have a lot of experience mailing packages, so I went to see if the employees could help me create a shipping label and send it out"
"We came here to get my daughter's passport renewal done"
"My sons got there passports here"
Went there today at 530pm to mail a package. Operation hours are supposed to be until 7pm according to what is posted online. However, when I arrived it appeared that just the self serve kiosk were open. There is sign next to the door that reads ring for service. Some young girl rang the bell and waited, not getting a response after 5 minutes rang again. Some PIG (male post office employee) on the inside of the door yelled and swore on her, telling her that “they are closed and she should have already figured that out by now”. He certainly could have had the courtesy to open the door and inform the young lady that they were closed. She was just following what the sign said. These Unionized Postal Workers need to be reminded about who pays their salary. There is absolutely no need to speak to a customer in this way, absolutely disgusting and uncalled for.
Everyone there has an attitude problem. I was treated very unprofessional they were very rude and I also witnessed them having attitude with other people for no reason. Like just asking a question and they get annoyed. I was sent by one of them to another room to get a picture taken and the lady in there was acting unprofessional not wanting to take the picture at first and complaining about the women who sent me to her saying they getting on my nerves over there and made me feel uncomfortable. The woman with big hair who charged me didn't want to give me any information and seemed like she did not want to talk or help me.
I don't have a lot of experience mailing packages, so I went to see if the employees could help me create a shipping label and send it out. Just like the other reviews said, everyone here just has a horrible attitude problem. Staff was so unhelpful and acted as if I had done something horrible to them and just looked at me in scorn. This is a government facility and every customer should be met with respect. It is unfathomable to be a grown adult and having the attitude of a child. Take your services elsewhere and just go to UPS or FedEx.
We came here to get my daughter's passport renewal done. There's street parking along with parking lot available. We had an appointment, and we were seen within 10 mins of our arrival. The process was quick and easy. There was a line for the mailing area. A lot of people had packages to be sent, so be prepared to wait a little. We also saw a lot of mailboxes, which I imagine you can rent out for receiving mail.
My sons got there passports here. They said they were treated respectfully. I have read a lot of the comments on how disappointed some people are with them but I am wise enough to know and read that majority of them brought it on themselves. I will be coming here to get my passport but I will have the documents I need upon arrival.
Older clerk with glasses is a poor soul. Seated at first desk. Jokes with co workers in front of customers if “they’re having fun yet” with sarcasm. Then is rude to other customers as well. If you hate your job, quit! Simple tasks like taping a pre paid label on a sealed package must be above his pay grade. Miserable little man
I had a great experience this morning. It was about 7:30am. Hardly anyone else there. I had to request for money order and it out. The lady was very helpful and nice (Sorry forgot to ask her name). She had the patience to assist me with my questions. Explained clearly the different options for sending my mail (with the price).
I hate to write a bad review, but I hate feeling like I’m inconveniencing people to do their job even more. The people who work here are just rude. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to be respectful and professional. It was like my presence bothered them. I do not recommend the passport services here. Really bad experience.
Nice ladies work there. I did not see the man with glasses everyone is complaining about so everything went well. I had a good experience with fingerprinting. They are also open for a few hours on Saturday which is great. Two women were working. Both were nice. Didn’t get the names.
I attempted to ship CHANEL perfume that I purchased in Houston, when the package made it to my home it was completely empty as if someone took the perfume out & left the box. I HAVE CAMERAS ON MY PORCH! This was not stolen from my porch!!!
This place. Wow. I do not know where to begin. The ladies working are more preoccupied with each other's lives and gossip. Asked me to write to and from on package, 2 times. Than tells me it's international and I need to fill out another
I tried to make an appointment for passport but they NEVER answer the phone. I tried 4 days in a row several times between 10a-4p. I must have called atleast a dozen times, the phone rings but no one answers. Terrible service!
Please update your working hours to reflect the hours that you actually operate. The customer service is great, but if you are going to close 10 minutes before the time listed on the doors, then please change the hours posted.
Make sure you go while Janice is working because she was a delight! Never before at a post office has someone been so pleasant. Otherwise the post office has everything a normal one does, nice that it's open on Saturday.
Slowest service ever, I can’t believe the personal don’t care, they let you set up a appointment and don’t have no one to take care of appointments, so bad that’s why postal service is always a mess.
Passport renewal. George was extremely helpful took the time to make sure I filled out all the proper information on application. He eased my anxiety during this process. Thanks George! …
Stopped by to drop off a return box. Unfortunately, I neglected to tape down the top well and the clerk wanted me to purchase an entire roll of tape for one strip. I was floored.
Staff was courteous, but moved a bit slow. Not enough clerks for the amount of people who use this location. For some time they were all busy and no one was available to help.
Extremely disappointed by the service I’ve received at this location. This is the second afternoon they waste my time in.
Very nice staff! Edna was so great, friendly, and helpful.
