On Saturday afternoon my stump grinding contractor hit a high pressure water pipe at a block of flats in St Kilda. I called various plumbers around area, with no luck. Aaron from Upway Gas Fitting and Plumbing turned up with in 40mins. Calmly spoke to concerned residents that were not happy, due to water being turned off. At this stage in the afternoon all Plumbing supplies were closed. Aaron called head office of Reece and had a staff member open store. Specialized parts were purchased and not long after that plumbing issue was sorted. Can't recommend company highly enough.

I called Aaron regarding an issue with my hot water system, Aaron arrived the same day and not only did he fix what was going on with the system he took the time to guide me through what the issue was and showed me what to look for with further issues. Absolutely amazing and very prompt service. It was a delight to meet with Aaron today who is such a friendly, understanding and knowledgeable professional. We are lucky to have Aaron as our local plumber. After several disappointments from local service providers, having someone show up on time (I called Aaron at 11am and he was at my door by 1pm!!) Aaron is a legend , he came out within an hour of me calling him , recommended a new hot water unit as mine had been under water in the recent flood and was unsafe. Had the new unit to me that afternoon & installed the following day . Highly recommend & will be using his services again for sure

Aaron changed our water heater and a burst flexible connector under the sink (which flooded the bathroom and the hallway). He gives very sensible and cost effective advice and is able to implement it very successfully. He is our 'go to plumber' without a doubt.
