I have been going to Urban Beauty ever since it first opened and believe me when I say I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair and beauty treatments! There is always such a social buzz about the place which keeps you entertained but also allows you to chill out and relax! With plenty of treatments on offer, I am often one for going in for one thing and booking in for other things when I see their great special offers! I have been gifted with massages and facials in the past at other salons/spas and nothing tops the treatment I receive at Urban Beauty - truly 5 star PLUS. The attitude of the team is very personable and they are like a little family to me plus they know what I like and don't like so I don't ever fear it would go wrong for instance they know which nail colours I would like for my gels and they have already selected a couple prior to my arrival OR they know how I like my hair and when I am ready for something a bit different before I even I know! I strongly recommend Urban Beauty to anyone I speak to and I am recommending it to you too! One not to missed :-)

I wanted to say a huge thank you to you at Urban Beauty in Leeds.....after struggling with my eyebrows for years I now have brows that I love......and also make my day to day as a mother of two much easier. The whole experience of dealing with the very talented and professional Kat...and all of her staff have made it a brilliant experience. All too often there’s something not quite right....that feeling of being rushed or not listened to......At Urban Beauty that’s not the case...the salon has “ heart” written all over it.....step inside and you will see what I mean. So much thought and effort goes into this salon and it is very clear to see. Kat is constantly training and delivering training to keep both herself and her staff on top of current trends...and What she does .....is done to perfection. Well done all......and thank you xx

I really feel comfortable at urban beauty, the atmosphere is always warm and friendly and you can tell the girls all get on well, Erica is wonderful I trust her completely with my hair which has become very precious to me after losing it all to chemo, she really looks after me. Because my eyebrows never grew back properly I had micro blading done by Kat I’m not good with change and am not flamboyant at all, Kat was absolutely fantastic I’ve had so many comments and compliments on how good my eyebrows are looking when I say I got them micro bladed they can’t believe it as they look that natural. I would say the only thing they are lacking is a curly hair specialist then they really have got it all!!!

I love Urban Beauty! I have been coming for years and it’s like hanging out with the girls! Everyone is so friendly and professional and they look after you always. Kat always gives me nails to show off and Lydia has given me lashes to die for. As a natural redhead whose colour has faded gradually over time I have always worried about finding a colour that works... well hello Evie... she is a total star... not only has she controlled my frizz with her keratin treatment but she has found my colour for me. She is very honest about what is and is not possible depending on your hair type and my vibrant red is a game changer .. I love it... could not recommend Evie and the girls enough ❤️

I have been going to urban beauty for over a year now and use several different treatments / services, mostly facials and nails but have also had massages and waxing. All of them have been amazing! I mostly see Kat who is great at everything she does whether it is my facials or whatever weird nail art i request! as well as always being super accommodating - At times I’ve had to reschedule / miss appointments or need last a min appointments. The salon and rooms are all lovely as are all the staff! If I’ve ever been unsure of treatments or trying something for the first time they are great for taking in to consideration what will work for you, I would 100% recommended!

Amazing! I have been a regular at Urban Beauty for both Hair and Beauty since it opened. This salon has it all. Experienced, friendly, welcoming therapists and stylists, it is contemporary, immaculate and ALWAYs has a brilliant buzz. City standards, up to the minute treatments- Client care and quality is second to none. Since moving further away I still drive 30 mins to here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are fabulous! I’d challenge anyone to find a better experience and value for money. These ladies will make you feel fantastic. Thought I’d do an updated review. I recently started getting facials from Kat with the storm and it’s already changed my skin after 3 sessions. I’m loving it. The treatments are relaxing and Kat creates the perfect skin routine for you. I’ve got the Crystal Clear skincare and I’m loving it. Would highly recommend this treatment and any other at the salon. I love coming to Urban Beauty as I always get a warm welcome and the selection of treatments on offer are amazing. Kat & the team are amazing at what they do. Deserves more than 5 stars, the staff are just perfect & cater to you!

Iv been going to Urban Beauty for quite some time now to have regular facials. I have them done by Kat who is amazing and also provides great advice. My skin has improved massively since coming here and also from investing in the Crystal Clear skin care range that Kat recommended me to purchase from the salon. Before coming here I suffered from mild acne and redness and now my skin feels and looks so healthy and fresh with no acne or blemishes in sight. Highly recommend this professional salon!!

I have been coming to Urban Beauty for a few years and have always had a great experience. I have waxing, gel nails, tint, pedicures, lvl, lash extensions and have also had my eyebrows microbladed by the brow queen, Kat. All the girls are really friendly, professional and do a fantastic job! Not forgetting the hairdressers, they are all great too! I have my hair cut and coloured by Paula who is brilliant. I would definitely recommend for all your hair and beauty needs :)

I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are very friendly and I look forward to having a good banter with the girls at every appointment. As I was new to Leeds, it look me a while to find a good hairdressers and I was delighted when someone suggested Urban Beauty. I now get my hair done by Erica and as I am 34 weeks pregnant I treat myself to one of Kat's relaxing back massages :) I would recommend anyone to try Urban Beauty, you will not be disappointed xx

I decided to treat myself to a facial for some pampering at the start of my maternity leave, and chose Urban Beauty for the convenient out of town location and wide range of treatments at reasonable prices. I was really pleased with the facial received and the therapist made me feel relaxed and comfortable. All the staff are friendly, chatty and professional - making you feel welcome. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this lovely salon!

I have used this salon since it opened and have always had excellent service from hair to nails to beauty treatments, they are professional and efficient, always on time and always do a first class job. They have a wide range of treatments for both hair and beauty and are constantly promoting and increasing their range. I would not think twice about suggesting it to others as a friendly and reasonably priced local salon. Fantastic team. Thankyou

Visited to see what I assumed was a qualified beautician, found out half way through the eyebrow wax and tint that she was a training beautician and she then waxed off half of one of my eyebrows. The owner/manager did not feel the need to come and see me or apologise and initially only wanted to refund the wax. I have never had such a poor experience at a beautician and would discourage anyone from using Urban Beauty.

I’ve been going to Urban Beauty for around 2 years and I love it. Fay always does an amazing job with my nails and comes up with some fantastic designs when I can’t decide (which is very often!) and Erica does a fantastic job with my hair, making it look gorgeous every time. Although I’ve moved out of Meanwood, I travel back and won’t consider anywhere else. You’ll get a lovely welcome from all of the girls!

A very on trend upto date salon offerings Huge variety of treatments at affordable prices. I booked my microblading after a recommendation from a friend, I was not disappointed it is excellent,I have had so many positive comments about my brows. I have now switched all my hair, nails and beauty treatments to urban. Professional service, excellent prices. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been going to Evie at Urban Beauty for a few years. She never fails to deliver the perfect cut and colour whilst I relax in lovely surroundings with friendly staff. I love the few hours I spend there drinking tea, reading magazines, and generally chit chatting. It is a fun salon but professional at the same time. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Got my hair coloured done here. Friendly staff. In my opinion, the hairdresser was quite rushed with washing hair. The same evening, I went to bed and the pillow had flakes of black hair dye. It just wasn’t washed well. I washed my hair the next day and it was full of unwashed black dye. I respect that it’s a small business but I wouldn’t go back.

I went to Urban Beauty last week for extensions. Emily did an AMAZING job!! She’s professional but so friendly and really took her time ensuring they were just perfect! Erica blended them and they look so natural, you’d never know. I washed them Saturday and the curl is still in, 4 days later! Would highly recommend both Emily and Erica!

I go to this salon for acrylic nails, LVL lashes, brow lamination and hair appointments, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I am always made to feel welcome and get amazing results every time with every treatment!! Kat especially is so wonderful when doing my nails and always comes up with new ideas so I get perfect nails every time!! ❤️

Fab atmosphere lovely attentive staff very knowledgeable. Always feel relaxed here and love the chatter with staff and other clients. After years of suffering from acne I was told about micro-dermabrasion. I've had 2 treatments now by Kat and she's brilliant. She's professional and very friendly. The place is welcoming and so comfortable. I feel amazing when I leave. She also shaped and tinted my brows and I am very pleased with them. Thank you Kat x x

All the girls are very friendly and professional and I've always been happy with my hair even when I've not been able to get an appointment with Evie who normally dose it and that doesn't happen often. Beauty treatments I've only had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure and i have been very happy with them as well

Since living in Leeds this is my go to salon. Every time I get my eyebrows and lashes done using the ‘eye special’ treatment which is a good price. Every single time I feel like a new woman and I can’t thank the girls in there enough particularly Rowan who does my brows.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here, everything is so organised and clean and welcoming. My beautician was such a lovely lady and she did an incredible job on my brows! Can't recommend enough, I had such a positive experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Went for LVL lashes. First time and the lady was very reassuring and lovely. Took around an hour and she kept asking if I was ok etc. Relaxing atmosphere and even got me a blanket when I got cold. Day 2 of the lashes and they look great, hopefully should last 6-8weeks

A lovely, friendly team. Waxing, tans and nails have always been brilliant. Erica does my hair and I’m always really pleased with the finish. They did my wedding hair and make up a year ago and were absolutely fantastic! Would recommended them without hesitation
