We had booked a table on Saturday night for 7 people. I had accidentally booked the Friday instead of Saturday which I messaged right away to change. They were great and said it was no problem and they were able to fix our booking for the correct day. We arrive to our booking at 7 o’clock and were placed on 2 small table which was fine however we were then told due to another booking in 40 minutes we would lose one of the tables. Whist eating we had to squeeze all 7 of us onto a small round 3 seater table. We were told as we messed up our booking there was nothing they could do which I could of understood HOWEVER our booking should of been denied if we weren’t able to fit rather than shoved in a corner and rushed. We then had to leave as they had another booking on our table coming in. We left and enjoyed our night elsewhere, it was extremely disappointing. There is no contact number which was an absolute pain. We won’t be back.

I have never been so disrespected and mistreated in my whole life like I was by your venue security tonight. My family and I have spent a lot of money at your venue but tonight we will never return again. My friend and I came to your venue at 10.45pm tonight, we were completely sober, in causal wear, to which we were rascally profiled by our look and what we were wearing. Firstly your 2 front security looks us up and down and made remarks to eachother, then determined to us your venue was full and no room for you, to which 3 members were leaving the venue and they said no they still couldn’t fit us in. I am so disappointed you allow security like this to operate your venue because this is where your small business will suffer. Never again will you see me there again.

Cocktail menu has some great, non-traditional options which tantalise the tastebuds! Rooftop is stunning and a great view on a warm, sunny day. Downstairs has been well put together with a modern, industrial design. They've paired up their food menu with a Vietnamese restaurant down the road, which was an ingenious idea - delicious food! One star loss as some of their cocktails are pushing $30 - one was $32! I am happy to pay for a great vibe and great cocktail combo, but this was a bit shocking to me. Some of the most boujee cocktail bars in the city dont charge over $26! Still worth a visit and I will be returning in the future!

Absolute joke. Entered this venue with our baby in a pram, spoke to a staff member they said no worries head up stairs so we carried our pram up a flight of stairs. We then proceeded to be served by another staff member on the roof top. We ordered drinks and paid and then was told that we had to leave by another staff member 10 mins later because it’s an 18 and over venue (they are a bar/restaurant not a nightclub, I have never heard of a adult only bar/restaurant, let alone at 2.30pm in the afternoon). What a waste of an afternoon. Would not return even without our baby after this experience.

Urban Reserve have been extremely accomodating for our business and the staff take their service to the next level. We are always impressed and delighted by their customer service and presentation of their bar. Most importantly their cocktails are top shelf! Over the past few months their cocktail menu has elevated to new heights. We would highly recommend Urban Reserve to anyone wanting to find their new local bar or book for corporate functions.

Had my birthday drinks here and absolutely loved the vibe of the venue. The staff were always smiling and happy to help and Lauren was an absolute gem with any questions I had throughout organising our small function booking. Though our booking was only two hours, the team really made it enjoyable for me and my big group of friends (even with delicious cocktails waiting upon our arrival). We will definitely be back here again!

A truly exceptional experience, so nice to have a venue with style and class, the staff are exceptional, warm and friendly. The cocktails are amazing, the ambiance incredible. Great cocktail bar with a covered rooftop overlooking High St Berwick. Handy QR codes at the tables to order and pay for drinks, but you must bring your credit card to use that system. We made the mistake of not bringing our credit cards (we always use our phone to tap to pay) so we had to order and pay at the bar which isn't ideal. Good choice of cocktails ans spirits on the menu

Staff very unprofessional, could hear them talking behind our back thinking we weren't in ear shot of the bar. Waitress messed up our order twice and then asked if we even had a booking despite her seating us herself under our booking name. Wouldn't recommend, also quite expensive for what it is and the rooftop overlooks shop fronts for anybody wondering if the view is nice.

We had been looking forward to checking out the new rooftop bar in berwick. The cocktails were delicious but very pricey! We ordered a $65 antipasto platter which was well below average for the price. It had more fruit (who puts oranges on an antipasto board?) than it did meats (which included sliced turkey?). Safe to say we won’t be returning until there is a menu update.

Every part of our experience was great. From the extensive (and quality) drinks list to the customer service and care of the staff and everything in between. Place is very comfortable, easy to talk in (music was a nice volume), very well decorated and styled. Can’t wait for the upstairs bit to be given the all clear! Well done team!

Had made a booking for an afternoon sitting (2pm), to enjoy a few cocktails/mocktails together as a group of friends. However were denied entry as one of us had her 8 WEEK old daughter with her who is exclusively breastfed. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Not to mention when we emailed enquiring about the situation, we were ignored.

Managed to snag a seat with a few friends on opening night. Awesome vibe inside and really impressed with the layout! Also had the opportunity to get upstairs on my second visit, was really impressed with the service and heating on a cold winters night! I will definitely be coming back for more …

Found this little gem on a Friday evening stroll through the streets of Berwick. Good drinks, good food and sensational ambience. In particular, I was impressed by the audio, security and automation programming. I will definitely go back when I next stroll through Berwick and in need of a tipple.

Well, what a little gem of a Cocktail Bar in the heart of Berwick. Worth a visit for their wide range of cocktails/drinks & fab snack packs from Thai Restaurant - very yummy with the cocktails. My only negative was price of cocktails! - take plenty of $$ !! We'll be back though.

UR is such a great place to be, the atmosphere is great, the amazing staff are fun but shout out to Bianca to being the star if the night. The attention to details and customer service us outstanding. So professional and consistent and available when you need her!!

Very excited to have a place like this in the area for a drink. The Sunday atmosphere was warm and welcoming on the top deck. All the bartenders provided quick and prompt service with a smile. Nice way to end the weekend at Urban Reserve. Will definitely be back.

This new Berwick bar lived up to the hype. Venue was super cool and the service was top notch. The real winner was the next level cocktail list...highly recommend trying How's Your Father as well as the Beetroot Gin!

Ordered Oyster Kilpatrick and the oysters were served cold almost to the point of frozen. Staff offered no apology or refund. To make things worse the music was turned up so loud which didn’t allow for conversation.

High end bar in the outer south east, prices are as such. Decor was on point, not too dark with a good selection of music that doesn't feel too intrusive but adds to the vibe. If you want cheap drinks go to the pub.

Went on Friday night as my partner and I were driving past and turned out it was opening night. Was a surprisingly great venue with great drinks and snacks. awesome vibe too!
