I tried this hair salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I received a full service ( Take out tape hair extensions, full colour, treatment, trim, wash, blow-dry and extension re-tape). Tayla did my hair and she did an amazing job. She is such a lovely girl and is a very good hairdresser who has great experience which clearly shows. The vibe of this hair salon is really clean and fun. They also provide complimentary beverages to their clients which is really lovely. I also really liked the chairs they have at the basin , they give you a massage while your getting your hair done which is really nice and relaxing ! The overall customer service here is fantastic and this will now be my regular hairdresser. Thank you so much to the V&CO Hair and Beauty Bar team for doing my hair , I really appreciate the hard work that you girls do ! xx

I usually feel uncomfortable or a little self conscious in salons but this experience was completely different. To start off, the salon was super clean and it smelt amazing, the staff where incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, I wasn’t made to wait at all, I got to have such a relaxing time at the basin which has a massage chair! My hair was getting done right afterwards. Vanessa did my hair extensions and not only is she such a lovely person she is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met, she knew exactly what colours would go well with my hair, I could put my entire trust in her. She transformed my look to something that makes me feel beautiful and just like myself again after losing most of my hair from hormones and Covid. 100% recommend and then some. Thank you ladies for such an amazing experience!

This business is unreliable. I booked an appointment for hair and make up for my daughters year 12 formal months in advance. The day before her formal we had not heard from them. We tried ring several times with no answer ,left a message with no reply. As we were in penrith decided to drop in only to be told that there was no one to do her hair and make up the next day and you would need to make other arrangements. Would not use this business for any important function as they are highly likely to leave you with no service and no notice to come up with a plan B.

I was a loyal V&Co customer however my appointment after lockdown left me disappointed. I feel that my service was rushed and as a result my hair was not done to the best quality. My foils did not blend nicely with my natural hair and were not what I had asked for. I was given the opportunity to tone the blonde as it was too light however there was not much change in the colour. Very thankful for Pump Artistry across the road for making the effort to squeeze me in and make my hair a much more natural brown

I am so glad I found V&CO! It was easy to book an appointment online and I was greeted by the friendly staff on arrival. Tayla took the time to sit with me and understand my hair and what I was after. She ensured I was comfortable and taken care of. The salon is so pretty, the basins are well designed and flex with your neck to reduce pain and they even have recliner massage chairs! The complimentary bar menu is the cherry on top. I walked out so relaxed and happy with my hair. Thank you!

To the most beautiful and humble team of V&Co, I was at the salon yesterday and i had the most amazing experience of my life. Each one of you guys were so indulged in giving your best i really appreciate your devotion towards your work. Very professional and friendly environment overall. I have been to this salon twice and loved the outcome both times! Such a beautiful and clean salon. Tayla toned, washed, blow dried and straightened my hair yesterday and gave me so much amazing advice for my curly hair. Was lovely to speak to someone who wasn’t trying to upsell products but giving genuine recommendations on how to manage and treat my hair. Thank you girls!!!

A family friend recommended V & Co to me for my new hair salon. I moved to the area last year and was searching for a new hair salon. All the staff has been amazing and always feel welcome every time I'm there for my hair appointment. Paige is amazing! I also have booked hair and makeup with V & Co for my wedding in Oct 2022. I also appreciate the complimentary drinks.

The girls at V&Co are the best in their field. From the moment you are welcomed in the salon you feel pampered and loved. I have never left the salon without loving my hair. If you want to feel glam and at your best then don’t look any further. They take their time and it never feels crowded or too busy. A full drinks menu and massage chairs are added bonuses!

The salon is nice and clean, they do serve beverages when you're there, which is lovely. But I was not there for the beverages I was there to get my hair done, as soon as they took the towel off I knew my hair was way too light , they did attempt to fix it but it is still way to light, I'm not looking forward to the regrowth , I will not be going back.

Such a beautiful salon with such nice girls! Montana washed my hair and did such a great job and was so relaxing, Chloe cut my hair she did amazing!!!!! while also making me feel comfortable and actually listened to what I wanted, I cannot be happier with the outcome and the overall experience here was phenomenal, I will absolutely be back☺️

I had Tayla style my hair for an event. She was very friendly and welcoming, I don't often feel comfortable or at ease in salons. But she immediately made me feel at ease. She styled my hair beautifully and then the lovely and charming, Chantelle put some gems in my hair. Will definitely be back!

This beautiful salon is always so professional and the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I always feel like they understand what I'm trying to do and never make me feel like i'm asking a dumb question. I always feel so relaxed when I go here and highly recommend their colouring services.

Amazing service and my hair turned out even better than I could have wished! I explained I have a sensitive scalp and they were so gentle and did everything possible to prevent irritation.
