Had to isolate through test and trace because of being in contact with someone with Covid. Needed to collect prescription but unable so rang and asked could they deliver. Amazingly received within the next couple of hours. Can't speak too highly of this excellent service. Many thanks!

Usual lady not on duty. Had to wait 10 minutes in pain while the new lady was asking who wanted tea. Felt invisible, then another customer came in and waited at the door and she went straight to him and came came out and said to him "how can I help you sir" I was invisible

This pharmacy is so ridiculously disorganised, its a joke, from poor service at reception, to their online repeat prescription procedure, they really do need to get their act together!

Never had a problem. Staff are great, really friendly and accomodating. Sometimes a little bit of a wait, but understandable with docs surgery being attached.

Always had a great experience when getting my prescriptions, friendly helpful staff who are happy to help and advise me with any medical advise and questions.
