This restaurant has been recently taken over by a lovely new family. This is really a family business with the uncle as one of the chefs. This looks like an old school restaurant on the outside but don’t judge a book by its cover. Inside is some really authentic food, full flavoured and excellent quality. For starters we had some Har Gao dumplings which were soft and tender, and really yummy. We then shared some of THE best satay chicken skewers that I’ve ever eaten. There were big pieces of chicken, soft and tender, with red onion and capsicum. They were absolutely perfect!! My partner and I shared some salt n pepper calamari which was lightly crumbed, the calamari was so soft, and it was really enjoyable. We tried some Mongolian sizzling beef and it the beef was so tender that it just melted in my mouth. It wasn’t chewy, and it was some of the best sizzling beef I’ve ever had! The garlic fried rice was tasty and the garlic flavour was mild and really good. I really liked some of the artwork which I’ve taken a few pics of for your enjoyment. This place is definitely worth a visit if you like genuine authentic Vietnamese/Chinese style food, with some good spice. And thankfully the parking is easy.

We had a booking for 6:15pm for 4 adults and two young children. By 7:15 only 3 entrees had been delivered and the waiter informed us it would still be 15 minutes before our mains would be ready, this was in a near deserted restaurant. The children were very tired so we left- there was no explanation and no apology. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Vietnamese restaurant- go somewhere else.

I decided to give this restaurant a shot wondering why it was very empty. The menu items were VERY pricey, the waiter was not familiar with the menu or was able to suggest any popular items. As a result my experience was lacklustre. I am not impressed at all and very concerned for any customers coming here, I suggest you steer clear away from this restaurant.

I’m mainly here getting takeout and the staff are friendly and the food is fresh and great. It’s a large restaurant and they have done lots of things to make it more popular and charming for dining in in recent times. Very glad this is just a short walk from my place, when cooking doesn’t appeal!

Let's see if this place really lives up to the failed expecations of the previous precedessors (it has failed 5 times in the last 2 years! and had its sign changed way too many times i cant keep up! Once bitten twice shy with the locals im afraid and its a no go zone due to the bad past). The locals will be the real test and i will go myself to try this weekend. Not feeling good, but lets see.

Fresh & Tasty - After a wonder through Hedgeley Dene on a Summer's evening, the renewed signs of Vietlicious drew us in. The food is light and full of flavour. One dish in particular, the Chilli Chicken Vermicelli. The venue is licenced, and also BYO. On this occasion we supported the local Malvern Beer & Wine House and grabbed a bottle of wine before dining in.

We love the food. Full of taste and flavour. We’ve been here many times and have not had anything that isn’t really. Delicious. Thank you for wonderful food.

We have been eating here regularly since moving around the corner and think it’s delicious - I can’t understand why it’s not more popular! Friendly host and staff and great food - highly recommend

We regularly go to this restaurant- always a table available and it’s convenient to us. The food is delicious - especially the chicken satay sticks and the Mongolian Beef stir fry. Service great and friendly. And BYO. Price is terrific.

So wonderful to have such a great new Vietnamese place in the area. Fantastic salt and pepper squid - crispy and delicious, tasty and fresh spring rolls, and a very lovely lemongrass and chilli beef vermicelli salad. Will definitely be back to try more dishes off the menu. Keep up the good work!

The food was OK and the service was with a big smile and much care but it was slow and difficult to get noticed. The food came out cold (except the pho) and the special fried rice was small and tasteless. Sadly, I was disappointed

The lovely chef could tell our kids were hangry so brought out snacks early to tide them over. Plenty of kid friendly items on the menu.

Second time at this restaurant and did not disappoint. Very generous serves, delicious and fresh ingredients, great for hungry teenagers. Great variety of Vietnamese menu with nostalgic Chinese feeds. Well priced and recommend the Vietnamese pancake, will not disappoint.

Very good oriental kitchen experience. It ticked all the boxes of my standard expectations except for the portion of sliced beef of chefs special was poorly portioned. Otherwise loved the food in respect of quality, portion, reasonable pricing & good service.

So happy to have found an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the area! Customer service comes second to none, staff are so lovely. Have yet to try the Chinese cuisine here but I will soon and I'm sure the standard will be just as good!

Came here for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Would recommend. Was very quiet for a monday night. Definitely worth hitting up if you looking for an affordable but excellent feed.

Under new management, great little place to grab vietnamese locally in the area. Got to try their 'Bang Xeo' and satays. Plenty of carparks along the front of the shop.

Absolutely love the Pad Thai. 10/10 service and most of the food were reasonably priced.
