  • "This person was absolutely so rude and careless that she almost hit me and my service dog with her cart!! I was in my right of way walking/standing on the right hand side and she was coming towards us and screaming rudely “excuse me!!” I said to her “there’s plenty of room to the left side of me for you to go through!” She responded so cocky yeah, but I’m going through here! So she just went through us and if I didn’t move to the left where she should have pass her right away then she would have hit us! She still was so close hitting my service dog feet!! I’m so upset and cannot believe her!! She refused to go her right away and rudely “pushed her way through our side where we had to move quickly to prevent from being hit by her!!” I want the district manager to look at the video to see what she did!! I was standing by the clearance shelf and got a few things, before I went to the checkout register she was still around me and I took my phone and called her to take a picture of who she is to report her!! When I got to the register, I was talking to another cashier and that person came to the back of the register to take a picture of me! All I took to the counter were clearance items and when it came down to one women’s loungers for $9"

This person was absolutely so rude and careless that she almost hit me and my service dog with her cart!! All I took to the counter were clearance items and when it came down to one women’s loungers for $9.99 regular price and the cashier asked that nasty lady to check the clearance section and I told her that they were the only ones there, that nasty person came back and she said they a regular price $9.99 out of revenge!! Wow!! She needs a “Come to Jesus Moment” for her nasty behavior and putting Walgreens in liable for negligence for almost hitting my service dog and me!! It’s extremely important to me that the district manager sees the video of this incident and see she had no right to ask me to move when she clearly had more than enough room on her side!! When I told her that she has lots of room on her side and she just wanted to move us and she said yeah, but I’m going through here!” Wow!! This was about 6pm on August 5th, 2023 and I hope I hear from the district manager for an apology and explanation for her behavior because like I said, this can cause a lawsuit against Walgreens. She is a horrible employee and clearly a person! Oh wow!. I just saw the previous review from the exact person who was so rude and careless with me and my service dog!! They need to fire her!! She is a big liability for Walgreens!

Placed an order for a calendar which was supposed to be done the same day. Order status never updated online so I called the store. A woman answers and says to call after 5pm because the machine used to make the calendars was down. The order was supposed to be complete by 2:50 am. I asked if it was working when I called and she said yes. I patiently wait and at 4:30pm my order was cancelled. I called the store and the woman who answered didn’t show any empathy or display customer service skills, she just said the order was cancelled because their machine wasn’t working. The least the store could do is offer to transfer the order to a near by store or call the customer to notify them and apologize. If the machine isn’t working then there needs to be an update on the website so that customers don’t choose that location. I understand things happen but at least show some level of customer service.

(Zero stars) Bad attitude and apparently the staff can be rude and NOT provide any service if they don't feel.like it. or if THEY are having a bad day. (LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME WITH YOUR BAD ATTITUDE) This is the worst Walgreens in the city. The employees are rude and insulting SO JUST BE PREPARED IF YOU ASK ANY QUESTIONS. (*ANY*). Do not expect any customer service from the photo area.. The staff in this area are clueless and they never have any of the pictures you ordered. . >They have it in the system they are just too lazy to.print the photos...I am assuming they just pass the buck until someone wants yo.print them < Not sure what is the challenge...but if you want anything that requires you speaking to a staff member do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens. It is not worth the stress...keep your smile and let ugly souls keep their bad energy to themselves.

Please shut this location down customer service is the worse experience I ever had. The black old lady/man, with that beehive is senile, ugly and disrespectful toward customers. She /he looked high off drugs.. She appears to be nodding Look at her. looking like Rocky ....All the workers be in the back of the store chilling out doing no work. The shelves always empty. They won't respond if you want something out of the security lock. The manager is never presented. Rats and Homeless people taking over anyway. Also I was sold a spoiled turkey sandwich . so most of that food is outdated Finally how are they getting paid for no duties I give this Walgreens 0 star. Downtown is much better and professional. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN NOW.

I would give this Walgreens zero stars if I could. The pharmacy NEVER has my prescriptions ready on time. Came 3 hours after scheduled pick up time and still not ready. Also, not one employee at this location has any sense of urgency. Not the pharmacy, the photo area, or just their general check out counters. Not considerate of their customers' time. Believe it or not, they are being paid to be there and provide a service. Not to mention that although this location has great parking, there are always a bunch of shady people hanging out right outside the door; makes me feel pretty unsafe. The next closest location on State is just as bad. I've always been a loyal Walgreens customer, but may need to look at switching to CVS.

If you need to keep receipts for over the counter and prescription drugs for tax purposes, do not go to this store. Their receipts are illegible and useless. Apparently, the manager knows about the problem and has ordered new printing paper, so I was told. They have ordered the paper. They did their job. I was also told to go to the Walgreens app or stop in the store for a duplicate receipt. In other words, this is not their problem. I have to figure it out. Also, there are no carts in the store. Was told a bad person took one out of the parking lot so Walgreens took them out of their store. Okey Dokey. Let's forget about customers and concentrate on piddly stuff.

Today's experience with speaking to a pharmacist in 2 direction locations was very disappointing. I hadn't had my medication in a few days and trying to transfer the medicine was a whole was of my day. I don't know what is going on but this is a big mess and this could become big problems! I wish I could give the phone directly a big Fat Zero! This is so ridiculous ! I've been trying to get thru 3 different times and 40 plus minutes wasted on my phone, shaking my damn head! The recording had been sorry a thousand times but still not helpful!

The pharmacy is horrible. My provider try to call on Sunday from 1 PM for almost 3 hours. They never answered the phone. So at 5 PM I decided to go to the location. No one was in line. And they didn’t even have the medication in stock which if they would have answered the phone, it would have save me the trip. Here’s the reason why they didn’t answer the phone see photo below. They have them all off the hook. Also they didn’t even take my prescription and order it they just said it not in stock.

Not sure what’s caused every Walgreens location to become so rude and slow over the last two years, but this location is setting the standard. Pharmacy wait minimum 30-45 minutes in person and even longer for drive thru. Rude interactions with customers and generally extremely disorganized. The day can’t come quick enough for a scaled up SaaS option for pharmacies. That day will be the end of Walgreens with this location being first one out.

This location is closer to work, and very easy to park, but the pharmacy stuff seems very confused I had to transfer to a further location to get my prescription-so far they messed up my home address and had the drug delivered to who knows where -cost me a month without my medication- messed up my insurance document, caused delay and refused to fix it… it’s so bizarre to me that how can they be so incompetent and busy at the same time-

Bad customer service pharmacy is a joke. I waited at window for more than 30 min for no one to answer. I have received the qort customer service in this store will not return. I have tried to continue to patronize this store since it is the walgreens closest to my residence but this store contine to let me down. I have never received coster service this bad from anywhere The staff is rude from the pharmacist to the frount counter.

Worst Walgreens store ever. Been to this particular Walgreens multiple times. On multiple occasions there's no one at the counter. People are walking around yelling to find someone to check them out. Only to find out that the staff are just hanging out somewhere in the store chit chatting while they know customers are waiting for them. This has happened several times in my experience at this location.

Waited 30 minutes on hold. When it was finally my turn it rang for 3 minutes straight before someone picked up the receiver and hung up. Over 2 days I spent over an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, and went in person once. Still left without my medications. Had an equally terrible experience at another Walgreens. If possible, I will never use another Walgreens again.

Please don't get vaccinated here. I got the flu vaccine here a few days ago. A woman 。which was very painful. There was a lot of blood lossShe didn't take cotton to stop the bleeding, but just took Band-Aid to get it., and today I found it swollen. Is that how all the staff here work?I have never met such a medical worker, which is disappointing.

The Walgreens employees at this location is amazing, they all work as a team together to satisfy us customers who are shopping at this location I wish they had security inside of this store because I be witnessing a lot of homeless people stealing from time to Time around the clock, and the store manager she is always very helpful

When the pharmacy does not put the coupon in and they now can't fill the order and lie and tell me to go to another pharmacy and they'll honor the coupon...$180.00 later do your job, if you can't fill the prescription correctly how can I continue to go to you! Went there to print a photo. They took 10 min to come to the photo stand. The staff at the moment was not responsive and demonstrated poor work etiquete. They didn’t even provide the cord to connect the phone to the PC. I had to walk to the car and get my phone charger cord in order to print my photos.

Ordered photos last night for my daughters bday activity at school and the email said that it’d be ready by 11p. Came this morning to find out my pictures weren’t ready and that the printer wasn’t even ready for use. Even though we tried to plan ahead ended up bringing her late because of this issue.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Even when I receive notifications that they are ready, you have to wait at least 30-45 minutes whether walk-in or drive-thru for picking up your prescription. Extremely slow and terrible customer service.

In the last 3 months, this Walgreens has gone downhill. The employees are so rude. Especially the cashiers. The pharmacy is decent. However, I’d avoid this location. They need to reevaluate the employees (cashiers) they currently have. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE undoubtedly.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate employees. The employees were mad at me when I pointed out that their idiotic way of delegating who was to be rung up next was not efficient. This store needs to be closed down immediately since it’s falling apart and is totally filthy.

I made an appointment for a vaccine appointment at 3:50. It is currently 4:40 and I am still waiting…with more people joining the waiting room by the minute. The staff are overworked. Walgreens should have staffed appropriately. Be ready to spend an hour+ waiting.

Do NOT have your prescriptions sent here. If they don’t have it in stock (or feel like filling it) they will simply cancel your order. You can also wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes at a time to pick up the ones they do fill. This location is awful.

The old woman behind the register followed me around the store and repeatedly asked if I needed help with the two items I was holding. I simply left. I hope she’s followed around stores when shops. It’s the same raggedy person in other reviews

It is 7:16am and this pharmacy was supposed to open at 7. I am not the only one waiting here for a closed pharmacy. Pharmacists specifically said they wouldn't fill prescription yesterday and to come in this morning. Thanks Walgreens.

The absolute worst! There are always panhandlers hanging around, the pharmacists gave me someone else’s heart medication instead of my meds, and the bathrooms are still closed “due to Covid”. Never again.

The worst. Won’t fill prescriptions unless you call and ask. Even when the dr’a have sent them in. Them the call wait time is a minimum of 2 hours. Every single time.
