Discusting and discriminating behavior from the security guards that we dealt with today. Overall water gardens shopping centre is a good shopping centre but the security guards! They were very discriminating towards me and my partner when we have disabilities and had our support dogs with us but got booted out, yelled at by the manager and felt really helpless and unsupported as they were kicking us out due to our dogs even though I said we have papers for them and that they help with my anxiety. They did not care one bit they were extremely rude and would rather us have the dogs sof in the car instead of being with us to support us. What would happen if someone had a anxiety attack there dogs won't be there as water gardens security doesn't care. What's also funny is they say that guide dogs are aloud in only they are still. Support dogs! Minus 0 stars for the security
Always nice to be there. Has got heaps of stuff and speciality stores covering all the Major Brands outlets. Multibrand outlets as well. ️ Timezone Kathmandu Rebel Rivers pants Platypus JJ Cotton ON Dotti Many sports brand Medical Center Choice of Coffee shops Fresh food Marketplace Woolies Aldi Asian & Mexican food Cedar Bakery ☕ It has Anaconda, BCF , ToyMate, Officeworks, MYCAR, ChemcistWarehouse, Bunnings, Harvey Norman and so many options right outside the Shopping Center. HOYTS Cinemas Decent size Food Court . Wish it had more options. Wish MYER was Here ( Minus 1 for that) ProTip: Few steps walking from Watergardens Train Station. It has a outside Foodcourt & Sports Bar as well, which many people don't even know about.
I just went to the computer place for internet browsing and checking emails. Some young guys were talking and no staff would stop them like someone tried and managed to stop me speak a couple weeks ago. Secondly, I wasn't inside of the main shopping center. How come the map think where I have been? But I did go there ,'the station street' last night for dinner in a fish and chips restaurant.I felt something not right with the place in the opposite of that seafood cafe. Its business was only doing takeaway the day before yesterday and it was closed last night around eight pm when I walked pass it. I doubt the color of the chips I had last night. They seem very shiny.
A great shopping centre with a dedicated fresh food market and of the centre, including a new fresh food court. All the basic amenities of a shopping centre, such as public restooms, Woolworths, Aldi and clothing and variety stores. Very clean. Currently holding a competition and hosting the Mini Beasts sculptures. The centre also boasts a double-height climbing frame and slides in a new indoor playarea for the kids and plenty of outdoor space, a wraparound bridge over a river, a cinema and restaurants.
Access to the carpark is fairly straightforward. Lots of parking but almost always full. Shop locations inside the complex is relatively easy to reach. The complex seems to be engineered to resemble the letter 'Y'. They said 25 years ago that they will complete the 2nd level with the 3rd stage that will incorporate the entire train station within the 5 years that followed with multi-level parking. In hindsight, at the detriment of the local citizens, another rip off project.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I grabbed lunch here for my kids and I asked for a couple of plates so my kids can eat in the food court she grabbed 2 plate and said 50cents each I said your joking right and she took 1 away and said I’ll give you this one Mind you we spent $30 here I’m never going here again if that’s how they treat their customers Merry Christmas I guess
I recommend to shop here has alot of options from food and drinks to clothes shoes, toys etc. Bars, cinemas and kids playground and alot of sitting and eating area awesome and amazing. Expect to be very busy and crowded on public holidays and Christmas seasons. Some shops have really good stuff with suitable prices and some shops are abit over pricy. Overall 9/10
Shopping made easy under one roof. Watergardens is a medium sized shopping centre and has a good variety of retail stores. Great shopping for essential items. Aldi, Woolworths, Green grocery, butcher, bakery and fishmonger. There is food court dining, and restaurant dining available. Entertainment includes a cinema, bowling and timezone Would recommend a visit.
Great local shopping centre. Has a lot to offer, nice eateries, movie cinema, grocery stores, fresh meat & seafood & produce shops. Lots of specialty shops and most big brand clothing shops you’d expect to see in a nice shopping centre. Car park can get a bit crazy on the weekends, so we try and get there early when everything opens.
Fantastic shopping centre with everything you'd need. Major grocery stores, fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing stores, department stores (Kmart, BigW etc.). Great food court and outside restaurants (highly recommend the Thai restaurant). Great variety stores too. Very convenient with ample parking. Cinema available too.
Great shop with a variety of stores, good for the area but if you’re looking to spend a day out shopping this is probably not going to have everything to keep you busy. Is a very good local shopping centre and I love going there when I feel like a day out. Many food places and jewellery shops as well as KMART!!
Not a big fan of watergarden shopping centre, parking is ridiculous, shops positions don't seem to feel right. Not sure why. Suppose I am used to highpoint. I never stay longer than I need to, too many thug looking groups wondering around. Each to their own, others do enjoy the centre.
Watergardens Shopping Centre is a shopper's paradise. Diverse retail options, ample parking, and great dining choices. Spacious layout but can get crowded during weekends. Family-friendly with play areas for kids. A top-notch destination for shopping and entertainment.
I used to like going here for the food court and fresh market - now it is plagued by youth gangs and I feel extremely unsafe. It is like the police dont even care. My family and I have been threatened a number of times. It’s a shame as the area is full of families.
Have visited and shopped a few times. It's usually busy in the weekends and quieter during the week. I've never come without lots of people though! A pretty tidy mall with plenty of parking and shopping options. One level mall with easy access and really walkable.
Convenient, friendly staff and has everything you need from Woolies to Aldi to clothing stores and lovely restaurants. Even features a child's play area. However, parking is a nightmare, although that's most places in Melbourne so expected. Recommend
Look this joint is abit of a drive from where I normally go, and frankly it hasn't always had the things I've needed. But the toilet facilities have always stood every test I've given them. Which is more than I can say about other joints. 5stars
Heaps of parking. The carpark is always kept very clean. Lots and lots of stores to choose from no matter what you are looking for. Can recommend this for all of your shopping needs, from travel agent, clothes, food, shoes and everything else.
Pretty nice... Alot and alot and alot and a lot of shay lads but the Myers was good to look at from 23 metres away but if your going for the purpose of looking at Myers from 25 meters away I wouldn't recommend going there for anything else...
Watergardens shopping Centre is convinetly located close to Watergardens Train station, It features a wide range of stores, dining options, entertainment choices, clean amenities & ample parking. Look Up their website for detailed information
Visited to watch a movie and dinner out. Decent sized shopping centre with many shops and restaurants and a kids play area. Clean and well maintained and ample parking. There was security present after 6pm as well, which was good.
Had to do some quick Xmas shopping and the one store that stood out for customer service was Williams shoeshop the girls in there were absolutely amazing would recommend to anyone and there shoes are so cute too …
No "Christmas" this year? Plenty of Merry Everything though. I guess we won't be getting Happy Diwali or Happy Hanukkah or Happy Ramadan next year too? Why not call them all Happy Days. Very inclusive.
Have been several times before but disappointed this visit. Chose the lunch option but although very reasonably priced not a fan. Too much meat little salad and sauce. Won't be back any time soon.
One of the best value fruit shops in Melbourne, huge range and half the price on average of the supermarkets fruit and veggies. I’ll travel back here when though it’s 10km from my place.
Very good place to visit. Well diverse for shopping. There is a craft shop amazing place for gift ideas. I for got the name. I will include video next time when I will visit.
It looks like a great place to hang out with friends and families, very impressive with the new section. We had a great lunch together on Sunday 11th April, 2021.
Good to have a centre like this as my local shops. Good mix or retail, food, groceries. Fruit shop is awesome quality. Always clean with spacious walking areas.
Loved the place. The design is amazing. Have been there during the lockdown so only restaurants and supermarkets were open. Going back again
Its nice and clean. Have variety of shops and ample parking. Zone bowling is a pretty good option for kids. Ample food options available.
My usual shopping centre in the west. Place is accessible both via public and private transport. It’s also clean and has lots of shops.
It's the largest shopping district in the area. It's got Cinema and Bowling. It has all the stores and fast food all other shopping.
Decent shopping centre. Lots to do and many food options. Worth a visit. Plenty of off street parking but limited entry/exit points.
Nice little shopping centre that has all the good brands. Has cinema, good restaurants, good food court and kids love the play area.
Definitely needs way better stores. It would be good if there is a JD Sports, Zara, David Jones etc so don’t have to travel far
Heaven for shoppers, window shoppers and just spending time with your partner. you will need enough time at hand.
All exciting ... with grandchildren... it was an unforgettable experience …
Great variety of stores, lots of seating to have a break with little ones and yummy food.
Great choice of shops, if you can't find what you're looking for, I'd be surprised
Great variety of stores, was quiet the day I was there
