The work that was done by the roofers for the most part was okay as they did a patch job on my roof after some tornado damage. I was up on my roof the other day and noticed some exposed nails and called and asked if they could send someone out to come fix it up. I was referred to someone else they had subcontracted who actually did the work on my roof. I was told that someone would come out and now it's been two weeks and I feel like I'm getting the run around now. First, the job should have been done properly and second, I was told if there were any issues that came up that someone would come out and fix it. I would not recommend due to non-professionalism and inadequate communication when trying to get someone out to fix what should have been done correctly the first time.

Need a new roof? Weather Proof Roofing is the answer! We received a knock on our door one Sunday afternoon from Israel Jacobs from Weather Proof. He advised me it looks like we had some wind damage. I told him we were not really in the market for a new roof at this point but agreed to let him do an inspection. He not only found wind damage, but also found hail damage. He assisted us in filing a claim with our insurance and met with the insurance adjuster for their inspection. Israel along with John Johnson made sure that everything went smoothly and we were kept in the loop the whole time. We now have a beautiful new roof and could not be happier with the entire process. You will not go wrong if you have them assist you with your roofing needs!!!

When the storms came through I didn't even think my roof had any damage. John Johnson helped my realize that the damage is not always visible from the ground. After then inspection he showed me the pictures of my damaged shingles and helped me file the claim. When it was approved, I was so happy. I had no idea that little damage was such potential problem. I love the new roof and I am glad listened to the expert. I was hesitant but i felt like I had nothing to loss. NO MONEY was asked for up front and I was informed of everything as the process occurred. I highly recommend!

They would not return phone calls. I didn’t even know what day they were going to start or end. They left several items unfinished that were agreed upon. The crew left nails laying in my yard, my driveway and grass. There were several bags left everywhere along with pieces of shingles. I have left messages with both owners and neither will return a text or call. The work that was completed looks good I just would have liked the courtesy of a phone call. My home might not be the nicest they have worked on but a little consideration would of been appreciated.

There was a problem from the first go around and within two hours of me notifying them they had someone at my home determining a solution. It was fixed right away and no cost to me. Excellent service! AWESOME experience to receive such concern and prompt attention. No hassle, no questions asked. They did the right thing immediately. Very refreshing in this day and age. Overall I had a really good experience with Weatherproof Roofing. Rory was my contact and he worked closely with me in every step of the process! The roofing team did a great job and took care not to damage our flower/plants around the house. They also did an excellent job cleaning the place up when completed. Not many nails were found. It’s only been a couple of weeks since the install, but we’ve had no issues so far and the roof looks good! Overall a really good experience! I would recommend.

John J inspected and cared for us through the entire process. He ensured we got as much as possible from our insurance company to cover the roof especially at this time our budget has been very tight and it was so helpful. Everything was done around our schedules and it was overall an easy process. Our roof looks great. I would make sure the crew double checks for nails, as this was an issue, but John was willing to come by and do another look to make sure it was all taken care of.

John Johnson & his team was the only roofing company willing to deal with my difficult insurance company. I found out through this process that my insurance is the worst company at paying on claims. John was the only one to stick with me to the end. He's a perfectionist & made sure my roof was done right. I wish he did other types of home improvement jobs because I would hire him for everything! I only recommend him & his team. I'm completely happy with my new roof!

I worked with John Johnson and he was super helpful. They did a full replacement and siding repair. Mr. Johnson was on top of every question and really walked me through the process. He fought with my insurance company to get me the repair I deserved and needed. It was months of fighting with the insurance company, but he kept on them and never gave in. Weather proof Roofing is a fantastic company. Tim was great. I had no idea that I had hail and a little bit of wind damage until he knocked on my door to offer a free inspection of my roof. He met the adjuster at my home and a day later the insurance company approved me for a full roof replacement. I was thrilled. They were able to install my roof the following week!
