Great shop, they know what they’re doing, more than a fair price for the work that I got done on my BMW. Was having some issues with a misfire and they fixed that and I even had some leaks and deferred maintenance taken care of too! they were able to group the labour together for a great price. If you haven’t been here before I recommend trying them for your next repair, maintenance or service, just make sure to call in advance as they are usually quite booked due to all the happy returning customers. Would recommend this shop to any car owner who cares about their vehicles and wants top notch work! You already know (terminator voice) “I’ll be back”!

Took my van and told the guy I suspect it's the calipers, so I asked if they could check. They replaced the calipers and when I asked if my suspicion was correct, they told me they didn't check it - that they just replaced them as per my request. I went in there with a suggestion with what I thought the issue was, not a conclusion. What kind of mechanic does a repair without checking if the piece indeed needs repairing? They were recommended to me by another mechanic that has been great for me but doesn't have enough clearance in his shop for larger vehicles, so he couldn't service my van. I wouldn't recommend or return to this shop.

A Very very honest Man ... Raffi. It is very hard to find an honest mechanic in Vancouver and we are fortunate to have him. He has an excellent staff as well. He does a great job always. You just have to give yourself more time because his shop is always busy because he has lots of customers. A lot comes back because they know they can trust him. He is very professional. His price is always reasonable and fair. You can rely on this person and his staff and his shop!

Be sure to go in and talk to Raffi. I first came here because of reviews regarding his honesty and good work and i am happy to say they are true. The shop worked on my Jeep wrangler, identified legitimate safety concerns in addition to the problem i was having and resolved all of them in a timely manner and gave me a great price for their work. I'll be bringing my cars back here for sure.

I definitely recommend these guys, always been flexible with my schedule and know what they are doing! They will go out of their way to explain what’s going on and what needs doing which I appreciate as I can be unsure of others working on my car when used to doing it myself. This is my go to shop when I’m in the city and happy I found someone I can trust to do things right!

I’ve been taking my ‘02 Xterra to Raffi and Duane at West Coast for almost 6 months now, having several major maintenance and upgrades done in that time. These guys know their stuff and do a fantastic job. These scammers ripped me off for $7000 and refuse to honor their warranty. I paid to have rusty fender metal cut out and new metal welded in. 6 months later rust bubbles are showing and paint is falling off. Avoid these scammers.
