My golf GTI mk6 had engine misfiring over the weekend. I had a feeling the spark plugs of coil were fried. Come Monday 8AM, gave WRSC a call hoping to get same day appointment even though it was last minute. Shant picked up and told me to bring it in after I told him what happened, and even asked if I could do a service as it was coming up. Shant was very professional about it all. Gave me thorough updates and cost to how much the repairs would be. I guess I was right about my 4 X spark plugs and coils being fried. Overall, happy with the service and thankful that Shant could slot me in last minute. Got my car back in about 5 hours and the car drives beautifully. WRSC provides a friendly and honest service that beats car dealerships hands down. They do what is asked and provide you with detailed reports for you to make a decision. Unlike dealerships there's no "hard on-selling" or creating doubt in your mind if you don't take up a dealership recommendation. Shant changed the clock spring on my Audi last year and he performed a major service earlier today. As a female car owner, I am really pleased with no hidden fees, upfront quotes and clear communication. The xenon headlight on my VW Golf blew last week. I first checked VW spare parts who blew me away with their $500 price tag just for one (1) bulb. I contacted WRSC via their website, and Shant confirmed they had the correct xenon bulbs in stock and they could install it in the next few days. He offered me a very competitive price to supply and fit. I dropped my Golf at the scheduled time and work was completed within an hour or so. WRSC will be my first go-to option for my car in the future.

Shant is honestly one of the best people to deal with. So honest and open, don't get that very often anymore. He's helped me so much and I won't take my car anywhere else. Got a Stage 2 Revo tune done on my Ford Fiesta ST a while ago, Shant was so helpful despite me emailing him constantly with so many questions. Just brought my car back today for a Dyno and once again, Shant was awesome. Seriously don't bother going anywhere else, just bring your car here.

Knowing nothing about cars, I have no knowledge of what went on either under the bonnet or up on the hoist (if that's what it's called). But the staff were extremely polite and happy to answer my (ignorant) questions. They asked my permission before doing battery replacement, tyre change and wheel alignment, filling me in on the approximate cost. The whole process was completed in a timely manner. I'll be back. Have had my car serviced here a few times and found that the customer care is as great as the car servicing itself. I had a clutch repair done on my old Land cruiser a couple of years ago. The job was reasonably priced and the work thorough. Both master and slave cylinders replaced. Works fine since. Just 2 months ago, oil leaks on my 2006 Subaru Forester fixed by replacing both rocker cover gaskets. No leaks after 3000km to and from Tassie. Good work, engine left tidy and clean. I trust this business.

I’m a new customer and Shant and team have been nothing but absolute legends. Bought my CLA45 last Friday and on Sunday the radiator hose broke. Gave WSRC call on Monday and they managed to fit me in on the same week even though being pretty much booked out. Will definitely be a returning customer for general maintenance and will look at doing a Stage 2 upgrade with them later down the track :)

Went for a pink slip check, they replaced a bulb on the back without informing me first, not happy. Bizarrely on the next day I noticed one of the sidelights in the front was not working and they didn't pick this up (Luckily they didn't so I managed to replace it by myself). Haven't tried their other services but definitely not recommended for pink slip checks.

Went to fix the rattling noise on cold start. After one week they told me it was done but problem was still there, when I went to another shop they immediately told me that head gasket not even sealed properly. They just want your money instead of being honest . Worst mechanic shop.

Had the Golf MK7 brake servo failure and ABS warning light comes on, the owner diagnosic with proper tool to checked the ECU and replaced the brake vaccum map sensor. Problem sovled! He explained to me clearly what's wrong and I will definitely visit again for my next service!

Shant did an amazing job on my a45, which had a leak in the rear diff, Shant was professional and clearly knowledgable to point out the cause of the issue, and repair was carried out professionally and quick turnaround on the same day. Couldn't be happier with the result !!
