This gallery is relatively sweet-- showing artist like Deb Soklow, Whitney bound Elijah Burhger and Rachel Niffeniger, though sometimes when I go there I feel like it's impossible to see the art because of all of the people milling around and talking. It was the same way at their other location. I guess the only way to appreciate art is not at the openings, though I've had difficulty occasionally visiting on off hours. All in all though, good work, nice space, and they even sell some small edition print works that I've purchased as gifts for friends in the past.
A mainstay gallery thats a must see if you appreciate comic culture, performance art or zines. The space feels really indebted to Chicago's unique movement the Hairy Who.
