Terrible service, there is no one at the service counter, i waited for 5min then a staff came out and asked my name. Wrote down my name in a registry book, asked me to wait. Now I am waiting for another over 15 min. Still nothing has happened. Still waiting. Looked like bad organising and short of staff!

Unfortunately I closed my Westpac account of 30 years plus due to better deal next door at the NAB, I found better service, better looking & easy to read card numbers, almost no waiting time on the teller line up, Free travel insurance on the Platinum card etc etc.

Be careful when deposit money using the ATM machines! I have been told by my friends and families that the notes can stuck inside and it takes ages for them to solve the problem to get your money back. Westpac please take note and fix this issue.

Worst wait time, extremely busy with not many staffs. One very long queue, one you are in the front. they redirect you to the cashier where you have to wait again. Total 45 mins of my life wasted.
