Worst customer service of all banks I have accounts with. Long wait times, sometimes you arrive and no one is around to serve, cannot resolve simple account requests including child accounts via phone or face to face. No longer use this branch.

Waited ages in line, finally did what I needed to do. Only to to find the guy didn't do what I asked, can't access funds. Maybe if the guy hadn't been more concerned about selling refinance deals and insurance he may of done the job

Stood there yesterday for half an hour waiting for service and then asked the staff if they can help,she rudly said to me dont you see that im busy two more people left the BANK,closing the account today and going with another bank

Worst service if any service always try their best to ignore you. Never enough staff and their atms are always down. Worst branch I have ever come across. Will be changing bank due to these constant problems.

Ya Campbelltown Mall branch is still on Google Maps , ya eejits! Stop wasting my time.
