My partner and I, were thinking of opening an account with Westpac and had enquires about a home loan. We came in just in time before they locked the doors, which my partner and I thought it closes at 5pm. We asked a male staff if we were able to open an account with Westpac? And a lady was in a rush to get the keys to close the doors and mind this she did not even bother to look at us and rudely told her colleague in front of us “there’s two people before them and we’re closing now so we won’t have time to do them” whilst laughing. If they didn’t have time because they were closing, we could understand and we could have come back another day. However, that service was unprofessional. Have your staff approach customers in a more professional and respectful way. After this disgusting service, safe to say we will not be opening an account with Westpac. And looking at previous reviews. Management should really look into this branch and actually get these staff trained. Disgusting reviews!
This place knows how to get things done. I went in on Saturday to get my account closed, surely they sent be back saying there’s no BM available to approve my request BUT here is the game changer- Vivian Kong, she is a personal advisor behind the teller machine on saturdays but she took up on herself to learn something new and follow me up on every step of progress and by Monday she got my application submitted and again gave me an update which I was relieved. Tuesday my work was completed and I signed a sign of relief and happiness that I got my money for my commitment. Stellar job Vivian Kong- we need more people like you to give great customer service to public. Thank you !! Branch Manager and Meenu (personal advisor) as well thank you for your support in this whole process.
Worst service and really unhelpful staff. There is no point to come in when they open and be first in line. They take appointments via email so you wait for numerous other customers to be served first before they help you. No visibility on what times are available to see a banker or when they don’t have appointments. They also try their best to send you away saying they can’t do this today you need to come back and make an appointment - after waiting 45 mins already to see a banker and being here in line first 15mins before the bank opens. Would not recommend this branch.
I would rate this 0.1 had there been an option, just for the extremely rude and insensitive lady at tge reception who behaves as if you're not a customer but some random person who strayed into their office. There is absolutely no attempt to understand why a customer has walked into the branch. Instead they seem to be over zealous to drive customers away and let them fend for themselves using telephone support or online options. I will never recommend Westpac as a lender to anyone as long as they employ such rude and unempathetic staff
I wish i could give a negative rating to this branch. I reach the branch at 3pm to discuss an unresolved LMI refund pending for more than 7 weeks now, I was told to wait for 25 mns which I did and the stafff at branch started ig oring my presence and were acting to be busy. Contact centre says go to the branch and and the brqnch says talk to contact center or keep waiting. Guy with beard came back to say he will help me out after making me wait for 46 minutes.
The staff where very rude and i and my partner went literly 25 mins before closing and they told us to come again as their staff have to leave at 4 not even one staff available who can stayback for 5 mins to open a new account. what is the meaning of giving and opening time and closing time on the google when they dont want to follow at all.
Terrible, terrible wait time! Wish there was a negative review. Waiting for more than an hour already for my issue regarding my account. They even serviced people who arrived after me, just because they were 'business' customers, accourding to the one in the counter. Seriously? They need to fix their customer service.
Staff here are always so helpful. There are times where like other organisations, they too struggle with staffing & technological problems but overall, they do their best. Special shout out to Bushra & Derek. Absolute professionals! No matter how busy she is, Bushra always greets regular customers so warmly. ❤️
I would give negative ratings if I could for this branch. This branch is FULL of incompetent people, who don’t even know what they’re talking about, or how the banking system even works. I am 99.9% sure even high schoolers can do their job better. STAY AWAY. Worst experience I had with any bank ever.
Run by absolutely incompetent monkeys. They open on a Saturday which is good but dont offer full range of Buisness banking services. Im a small Buisness owner and i am busy during the week earning money so maybe offer full services on Saturday if you even bother opening.

No where does it tell you that there is no teller services on a Saturday. Made along trip in only to be turned away by unsympathetic staff. Update your website to show this to stop wasting your customers time and money. …
Was supposed to be open at 9:30 am and someone came out and said they were opening at 10 am since they didn't have enough staff. There were plenty of people in there. Talk about bankers hours.
Welcome to the cashless society. Would not even call this place a bank/ branch. Coin deposit machine is always unavailable, no tellers on Saturdays.
