Wonderful customer service. After an awful experience trying to order from DoorDash (dasher showed up without our order and then lied about why, stating the restaurants “pizza machine” was broken), I called the restaurant to try and confirm what was going on. They said the food was there waiting, and organised for their own delivery driver to deliver it at no extra charge. The driver was lovely, very apologetic, as was the lady on the phone and once DoorDash was out of the way, everything went great. The food was fantastic, the pasta we had was absolutely delicious and the pizza, though cold by the time it was delivered, was very tasty. Really appreciated them working with us to fix an issue that wasn’t their issue to fix. Thank you, legends!

I have NEVER written a review but I am SO disappointed!!! Ordered x2 Pizza's, garlic bread and a drink, took almost 2 hours to deliver! (Delivery address is in the same suburb and I ordered over phone at 5pm... at opening time...on a Monday?!). Delivery driver was friendly, but he did not have enough change. Order cost $26.90, I gave $30 ($20 + $10) in notes but all he had was $1 in mixed coins and notes. So I had to find enough change around my house and car to pay. Then I go open up the pizza and there's no garlic yoghurt sauce on the kebab pizza and the pizza was cold with minimal meat on both. This place used to be really good, but how it has changed. Poor effort, poor attention to detail, poor food, poor service across the board. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere or just make your own pizza.

Couldn't even swap toppings (pineapple for mushroom), and was told I can only add or remove toppings, as such adding toppings would incur an additional fee. Don't understand how simple toppings can't be swapped over - especially when we were removing said toppings from one pizza and simply adding it onto another (mushroom/pineapple). Paid extra for chili flakes, was definitely not added onto the pizza. Chicken Parma was not how I remember it from a couple of years ago - soft and soggy. Chips had barely any seasoning, and the pizzas were below average. Won't bother coming back, as my money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

The place was amazing with previous owners, was going there for 5 years so far, when new owners took over each time it got worse, today ordered 4 pizzas and received 4 pieces of bread with very little toppings, you can actually see bread through it when you are looking at it. Very disappointed as we are very conservative family where we pick one place and only go there and we were going there every week! Prices were increasing as well, which is understandable but quality was dropping dramatically as well. Will be looking for another pizza place.

First of all, I order the pizza via their website - Not food delivery services. It took 2 hours and 2 phone calls for them to deliver the pizza. After the first hour, I rang the shop asking about my order, they said that our pizza is ready and waiting for the driver. After another 45 minutes, I rang them again and they said the same thing. Obviously our pizza just sitting there cold in the shop for more than an hour. The pizza itself, Mehhh... I had better. Maybe because is no longer fresh when I received them.

Ordered online, was provided an order number and told 25min wait. Yet when i arrived they had no record of my order. I waited all over again and as i was paying (was given 0 discount mind you) i nicely suggested that they look into their ordering system online as this was the second time it'd happened to us...other reviews here suggest it's also happened to others too..anyway one of the female staff members rudely barked 'well it's you then, not us' - unbelievable. Piss poor customer service, will not be back.

Ordered delivery called after an hour and 10 minutes, they said it would be there in 5, waited another half hour called again, they said there delivery drivers car had broken down. They offer to make me another pizza and deliver it, I said I'll pick it up, I go there and see the delivery driver loading his car up with pizzas ready to leave for a delivery, so his car didn't break down and I get my pizza get home and find parts of it are cold so they didn't make a new pizza. Never going there again.

Such a dishonest business. Ordered a Family pizza, paid for it in store and took it home. They gave us a large instead. I called them back and they said it was not a mistake but that they ran out of Family size bases. Then why charge me for the Family size?? Because we complained, they asked us to come back so they can refund the difference of $5. They didnt even apologise. I took the pizza back and demanded a full refund. Will not support a business that cheats customers.

Dough was so thin that it was stuck to the box, and soggy , the amount of oil was insane and when I asked " do you use freash bacon "?the reply was " yes" . Upon arrival cubed and shredded meat. As soon as I picked up a slice all filling fell of the transparent pizza base. Abit of advice when someone ask for additional toppings you need to ensure the pizza base is thick. The delivery lady was lovely very apologetic for being so late. So that is my review NEVER AGAIN

Ordered pizza online,when i turned up to pick up it hadnt been made and they said they hadnt recieved the order. Showed them my digital reciept to prove i had placed it and money was taken from my account to pay for order. They played dumb and the worse thing was he found my order docket hanging right in front of where they make the order and then tried to blame it on there website. Only good thing was i was refunded my money immediately.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I had too. I've been eating here for years and this is, quite literally, the best pizza place in Werribee. The sizes, the flavors. They come hot and ready in no time for a decent price too. The Westside Special, Mexican Fiesta and Hot Italian are some of the best pizzas I've had in Melbourne. The service is spectacular and the hospitality is spot on. I wish I could give it 10 stars!

There's three things required for a pizza place to be successful, flavour, quality and customer service and these guys are doing a great job of all 3 of them, so I love this place. Have recently tried them out and will be going back again and again and again.... I guess you catch my drift.... Johnny is passionate about his pizzas and it shows.... maybe, a little more cheese won't hurt anyone but its still awesome as it is....

Ordered online at around 5:55pm and didn't receive my order until 8:01pm. Over a two hour wait for cold pizzas and an excuse that it was an issue derived from menulog to which i have seen this same response to another customer. If menulog is such a bad service that it is causing food to arrive 2 hours after purchasing and unhappy customers, then cut the service because i know for a fact i won't be coming back.

Ordered pepperoni pizza with these topping,fetta ,onion,aanchovies And capsican and received pizza with sauce all over top of Pizza soggy and discusting, rang ans manneger said that's how a pepperoni is made with sauce on top l order this pizza from there all the time and this is the only time I had this. Rude and dismissive l didn't want another pizza just thought l let them know.lady said sorry hung up.

Ordered 2 pizzas when I got home my partner took her first bite to meet a big piece of plastic in the pizza. Went back and asked to have both replaced only to be refused. Poor food handling, food safety and customer service. Will never go back!

I had a pineapple chicken barbecue pizza from there, it was a excellent experience for us, the pizza bread was moist and crunchy at the same time, and the whole barbecue chicken was mouth watering, I will definitely refer westside pizza boys to all my friends, a must buy pizza place, also what a beautiful and lovely customer service they have.. deeply touched.. best wishes for them.

Great quality, nice people, you don't have to cross railway lane to get it haha, if you comming from W.Vale side.. Others in Watton street charge as much as $20 for Large, these people charge $10 ,no difference in quality in my opinion. Building doesn't look like Collins place or Rialto, but who cares, when you feel like having a PIZZA.

Been coming here for years and last night the pizza and pasta was absolutely horrible. Everything tasted like it was doused in salt. I believe they weren't washing and draining the canned products leaving the salty brine behind. Pizza base was also thin and hard, had no flavour either. I'm extremely disappointed. Won't be coming back.

This place makes the BEST kebab pizza I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, Seriously ugh it’s soooo good... Don’t dare do yourself a disservice simply order one and thank me later!! I order pizza from Westside usually a couple of times a month and love the pizzas. Today I was disappointed as the crust was thinner and the topping was way less than previously. I used to lift a piece of pizza and topping would fall of the top but not anymore. The delivery time was however quicker than some previous occasions.

When get offer off free pizza then this turns up ‍♀️‍♀️ Gross pizza base was like half cooked order ham /pineapple was more ham few pineapple even dogs had one slice not want it hope bin chicken enjoys never again oh did turn up quick

Very dry , taste and flavour at a bare minimum , prawns cut up into little pieces like cat food , onions seem to be sliced up with axe too big and not cooked , preparation and pizza making need a little more attention , the funny thing about it is there's about 11 more pizza shops just in Werribee too choose from

Never again, ask for an aussie pizza and get a burnt margarita, ask for a snitzel and get a burnt one , took 1hr to deliver $32 later and the managers excuse for the burnt food oh sorry we were busy, well no excuses and then to offer a replacement pizza and dont show up discusting service , very poor management

Ordered from the website, received confirmation, order number and estimated delivery time. 25mins after estimated delivery time and no pizza delivered, we rang the store only to be told they couldn't find our order and have not received it. Poor form and customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.

They make the best pizzas in the western suburbs. Priced very reasonable as well. Their delivery charges are much less compared to most of the food delivery apps. Also, check out for their signature tandoori pizzas. Customer service is awesome.

Absolutely shocking service which is a shame as we enjoyed their pizza. Unfortunately we ordered a menu item, we were sent a totally different item. When I called to discuss I was told what I ordered did not exist. When I pointed it out on the menu it does exist I was told to F off... charming.

We had a pizza at Westside Pizza Boys yesterday for the first time. It was amazing!! The family size one is really large with so generous toppings! And the staff are very helpful and friendly. Also, all the meat they use is halal which is so nice! I will definitely visit there again!

Twice in the space of 2 weeks took nearly 2 hours to deliver a pizza 5 mins away. One of those times was late Tuesday night. Called up after Menu log time was up and they said they just put it in the oven. Pathetic service. No offers or discounts for making you wait that long either.

Went to Westside tonight ordered a great aussie Texas beef n onion and Hawaiian pizza got given the wrong pizza got 2 out of the 3 the great aussie didn't get we ended up with a anchovy and olive didn't realize til we got home and I don't eat olives or anchovy as allergic to anchovy

Extremely poor customer service by the girls. Took 35 minutes to get a pizza ready (on phone I was told 15 mins), they were more busy gossiping than working, there were no other customers at the shop while I was waiting for my pizza for the whole time. I do not recommend this place.

pizza is rubbish. ordered bbq chicken. had to search for the chicken. little bit of low quality cheese and few canned pineapples. I do normally open the box to look before leaving the pickup area but didn't do it and paid the price. straight to bin. the business lost one more

Veg pizza good , peri chicken terrible if you going to make a chicken pizza put fresh not frozen and put more then two pieces on each slice and don't put sweet chilli sauce on it and call it peri peri sauce the chicken pizza was the worst I have ever had . Veg good

Speedy service. Pizzas and other items on menu relatively reasonable priced. A little more effort in presentation would be advisable. Delivery drivers courteous, but man handle delivery boxes. Causing meals to slide and presentation to be sloppy.

Ordered through eat now at 6.09 sd delivery st 7.20 got to 7.40 rang them to be told oven broke could not fulfill order, was not impressed, will not use these ever ever again. Useless, should have rang to let us. Poor service would not recommend.

Have ordered risotto twice and have found hair in it each time, the manager has not been helpful and I was feeding my daughter. He accused me of lying but they don’t wear hairnets. Never ordering again.

Very good price for amazing pizza, heaps of good staff and pick-ups are very easy. Would recommend if you're not looking to spend a fortune on pizza but be very satisfied.
