White palace is mainly for marriage, functions, ceremonies and they have banquet hall too . The outlook of the palace is awesome and interiors are mind-blowing one can happily married there ...at top there is a brewwings restaurant is placed ...it's good place to visit mainly at night time ...live band and recorded music also available one can dance and enjoy his meals with spirits like vodka ,whisky ,wine so on ....they have swimming pool at top of the restaurant ... family also can have there food without any disturbance..good food and service is also good and you can see alcohol fermentation machine's ... overall my experience is good once visit

Adjoining Mysore road, opp Metro Cash and carry.convenient for people residing in West Bangalore.very far for others.will be ok only if metro connects there Modernly built but AC cooling is not enough as the vents are at the ceiling which is at a height.may feel hot in summers due to this. Entrance is confusing as we are supposed to climb steps to the hall in the first floor.There should be displays guiding the guests for this.Approx 5 to 6 lac per day Power keeps going frequently which is a concern as guests would be wearing jewellery in the night.takes a few minutes for generator to start!

We have received an email that the Holi event venue has changed. We particularly wanted to attend the event in white palace clearly we were not interested in the attending it at gilly's 104. We we tried contacting to the hotel for asking about refund. The Staff was very impolite and doesn't know the speaking etiquettes. He told that the hotel is not throwing any party there and he cut the call clearly we didn't expect this service from a 5 star hotel. Please maintance the reputation act accordingly.

UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST HOTEL Beds were musty, towels had stains, beds we had were extremely itchy, felt like there were bed bugs crawling around. If I could give ZERO stars or even a negative score I would- unfortunately this doesn't give the option to do so. The rooms are dirty and stinky. Torn wallpapers. It's beyond just dirty. I rather live on the streets than stay in this peice of doodoo of a hotel again. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE.

We went as a big group to have dinner. They quoted additional item over the bill just because we were in large group and from corporate office. The management of the restaurant did not realize that the entire group was having self sponsored dinner. They did not agree to correct the bill even after justifying the number of items that we ordered. Please do not visit this place if you are going in a large group. These people are just money mongers. Hate this place to the core because of the billing issues. They spoiled the night of team outing for us.

The place is situated on Mysuru Rd. The palace look makes the place easily identifiable. But we need to take long detour if we want to reach the place from the other side of the road due unavailability of space to cross in the road divider. There is parking lot to park around 50 cars. I visited wedding reception which can closely accommodate 800-1000 people at a time in the convention hall. Convention Hall and Hotel have separate entrance. Most suitable place to stay for tourists, who want to stay away from the congested central business district.

White Palace Hotel & Convention Center is a Basement and 5 storied building painted completely with white colour. This place have multiple business in the same complex which includes drinks, bewerages, convention party hall, parking and hotel. During events it is very difficult to manage the crowd since it is located near the main road which is opposite to RV college. Parking is headache during these peak hours.

Cozy upcoming marriage hall on the first three floors, a convertible banquet hall on the fourth and more bed rooms, with a garden restaurant on the top floor. Good parking space. Hydraulic lift for landing a car directly in front of the marriage dias. It's ideal for new car or products launch. First of its kind on Mysore road. Dining can seat about 350-400 and marriage hall up to 550-600. Fully a/c but only 12 rooms attached to the marriage hall. Escalater to marriage hall is an advantage. Checkout pricing

Recently we hosted a marriage at this palace. There was no correlation between the services promised and services actually provided. It was indeed very disappointing experience. Our suggestion is just don't go by the external look and main hall appearance. It is indeed very very expensive for the kind of poor service the place actually provided.

I had booked room in this hotel in Nov-2021. When I reached the hotel to check in. Hotel receptionist mentioned that, booking is cancelled. Actually, they are not opened yet, but somehow it is listed in many hotel booking websites. Please check with hotel if they are opened to book rooms, then only do it. I think, it is hard to get good family hotel nearby this facility.

Really good fit for a wedding or even as a nice conference hall. The thoughtful, Modular design really makes this place with like a charm for most needs. Decent parking space and connectivity, is on par with most locations around here. Delays due to traffic may become a problem some time in the future.. As of this day, reaching the location won't be much of a problem.

A different take on a restaurant-hotel! The restaurant area and other parts of the building are unique. The restaurant is more a huge bar; and the lighting, - may be just okay for a disco, - too dim for dining. The serving staff is good. We enjoyed the starters, the soft drinks, and the ice cream. The biryani was, however, way too bland.

Location Is Best, Parking Slot is Good. But Costly Compared to Service . As Per Location its OK.

We loved white palace hotel- the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality form the staff. Our room had all of the convenience we could hope for and my family loved the breakfst service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!

My overall experience was good.. Nice place to hangout around Kengeri. When I visited this place on Sunday around 7.30pm, we got the option to select table (which I liked). Few tables placed had very poor lighting. There is a railway track right beside this place and you can expect train honking every 30mins.

HORRIBLE hotel and service. The sheets were not clean. They were extremely stained and had debris on them. The shower barely had hot water. The elevators were broken. The service was bad. Horrible hotel for the money we paid. We were here for a wedding.

I was just passing by when this place caught my eye, this venue is surely a Colossal Structure with Intricate designing. The dining hall is beautifully designed with proper catering arrangement. The kitchens have all the latest equipment as well. This place is fitting for all kinds of celebrations.

Good for holding medium sized parties, marriages, business events upto 700 people. Accessibility is good, on the main Mysore road. Slightly out of the main city. Parking of apx 100-120 cars & 100-120 two wheelers is available. Its a new property so everything is in mint condition.

They have a spacious hall with a seating capacity of 400+ and the rooms in the upper floors, ample space for parking and a Brewery in the terrace. The place is close to the metro station and right on the Mysore main road. Excellent place to host weddings or gatherings.

This place is surely setting a benchmark in the industry. The infrastructure was massive with stunning chandeliers hung above. The ballroom was the main hit for me, with four soundproof partitions, it is a great place for clamorous parties as well as tranquil meetings.

The roof top bar is not fully open. Though they claim to be a brewery, it's not functional yet. The place is quite sad and smelly already. Food takes time when ordered, and expensive. Not worth the premium it commands, given its ambience and the sobberness.

Two very good halls, that can be used for marriage reception and other functions available here. Roof top restaurant is excellent. Nice food and ambience. They have a micro brewery, which is not yet operational. Ample parking space is another attraction.

There are operational glitches which needs to be corrected and make guest friendly. Ambiance is grt but we see Managers of their own property sitting in the bar counter. That makes staff and even guests uncomfortable
