I have liked the doctors except one particular doctor who was very condescending and just wouldn't listen. I went in with my mum who need scripts for medication. She had 2 types of open heart surgery, pacemaker inserted and post surgery complications. Not once did he even touch her. He didn't take her BP and when I said she had lost nearly 9 kg in nearly 6 weeks whilst in hospital, he didn't even document this. He wanted me to get one of those dosette pack that chemists make up for patients. My response was "are you making a profit for yourself and the chemist", he just smiled. He wanted to change her medication!!! No way. Her heart surgeon and cardiologist know what she needs, not him. I need blood test for my immunization status. I told him I had whooping cough 3 years ago, and it was written in my chart. I asked him about DPT and he said not to worry. Well, guess what, he ended up getting the nurse to give me another whooping cough vaccination ($50) AGAIN. They are suppose to last for 10 years. I told him this but he just didn't listen. I too had never seen this doctor before as a patient. I was referred to a cardiologist, my BP was also a little high and once again, he never took my BP!! I told him I needed a certificate to say it was OK for me to go to the gym and off he went. This long lecture on the legalities of how on earth would he know if I am healthy or not, etc.... Well, if he took my vital signs and checked me out he would have had an idea or read my notes. Never came near me. He was so patronizing. If my mum didn't need her scripts, I would have walked out. I am 57 years of age and this is the worst doctor I have ever met. I expect a refund of $50. I will phone the AMA and just ask them if I am entitled for a refund for an injection I never needed. Even trying to get information through to him was a nightmare. He kept saying my Hep B titre was 10 and I kept telling him I had tests done and I was over 220. He eventually looked. This man needs to assess patients when he meets them for the first time. The other doctors are brilliant; he isn't
I reaarded this shopping centre highly until a recent experience with security has soured it for good. I adopted by performing "Iceheart" to put smiles of people's faces doing legal theatric covers of songs becaise I was providing transformative content within the realms of fair use law. This stocky, intimidating security personally that refused to give his name didn't even give me the courtesy to wait until my performance was over. The audacity of him right?! He just stopped me mid performance and condescendingly asked me "What're you doing? What's go on here?' as if any reasonable person with eyes and a brain could figure out. I believe the this authority figure didn't use his discretion bit didn't. He wanted me stopped and went out.. never singing here again even with a permit (which I don't need cos non of singing is for profit or financial gain) just to spread love and light and this is a space against that. Even the nosey workers for the environment group I supported a day go was there and argued with me saying my complaint won't f"get very far'. We will see about that ladies when I send feedback in about your intervention today. :)
If you live nearby this is the place to go for shopping. At Woolworths you can find everything from quality, fresh roast beef, roast chicken and roast lamb as well as all sorts of meat, poultry and seafood to vegetables, fruits and other groceries for basic sustenance and daily house needs. Woolworths here has almost every section available in the most sophisticated branches and it covers all family needs and requirements at every level. There is a hairstylist and also on the opposite side you see a manicure-pedicure beauty salon. There are sushi and Thai food bars in the complex as well. There is an Indian supermarket with a satisfactory variety of fresh products. Also an Asian supermarket next to a Prime Cut butcher shop both neighboring a Lebanese fruit and grocery shop where you can find fresh and generally quality fruit and vegetables along with some less commonly found items in Australia such as pomegranate molasses or paste which is used for Middle Eastern dishes. The shopping center also has gender-specific clean toilets.
It's small but it's got the essentials: Woolworths, a green grocer, and an eclectic selection of shops. In terms of food, it has a cafe (The Jolly Miller--great franchise), a Sushi Sushi, and a Vietnamese takeaway. Knocking off two stars because I've been accosted by chuggers here a few too many times now. Placing these fraudsters at your shop front will deter more people from using your store than it will actually encourage. I just want to enter the shopping centre and feel safe, not have my anxiety aggravated. I was going to buy some rice paper rolls today but one look at those chuggers and I instinctively turned right around and took my business elsewhere. I am appalled that you employ these fast-talking tricksters and value their game more than the welfare of your more anxious customers (who do not feel safe to buy lunch in this environment). Your store didn't really deserve five stars. It was four at best. I was being generous, but I revoke that because you can't extend me the same courtesy.
Just my 2 cents on the florist business at WLSC. Purchased roses on the occasion for Valentines Day. The couple follow you around whilst you are exploring the flowers almost pushing you to buy them. I purchased the roses however 20 minutes later realised they were not fresh enough. I literally went back with the intention of returning them but purchasing another fresher bunch instead for the occasion and not seeking money back. Money was not the issue. The old gentleman not only snatched the flowers from me but took the money from the drawer and shoved it in my shirt pocket which I feel being a lady is absolutely disrespectful and no comments on customer service. The son arrives - explained to him what had happened and he played the language card. Honestly folks rude behaviour and disrespect has nothing to do with language. Do yourselves a favour and please take the pain of going to a better florist.
The shopping centre has the basics. Woolworths, a great little green grocer, a nice cafe and the usual newsagent and other sundries. There's a bottleshop, medical centre and pharmacy for all your medical needs. There's also a beauty place and an Indian supermarket. The Vietnamese food shop makes great pork rolls and the sushi joint always looks good. Not sure about the other food vendor, I can't work out what they're supposed to be. Bad part, the parking lot. One way in and out with tight corners and pedestrian crossings and harsh speed bumps everywhere. The designer was either a moron or a sadist.
A nice little suburban neighbourhood shopping centre. It's high ceiling/roof is really very welcoming. The shopping centre contains a few necessary shops, but that's it. Why didn't the developers build it a bit bigger to accommodate for the growing population in the area. It is soon going to be very small for the local needs.... It was surprising to see the parking area full this afternoon! This is a testament to my report above that it will soon outgrow the local needs.
Has a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bunch of niche stores. Needs more food outlets and clothing stores, if it's to be called a shopping centre. Even Altona Meadows Central Square is a massive step up and that one offers no where near the variety and quality of Point Cook's shopping centre. PS. I don't live in the west so I have no biases for any of these places mentioned. WLSC has a long way to go and hopefully it will one day when WL itself is developed.
Our local woolies and asian shops are here. Good selection of shops, from cafe, bakery, fresh fruit/veg, asian shop, indian groceries, mobile repair bar, and woolworths. We find it handy and can shop in the one centre for our weekly shop. Only gripe is the layout of the parking area that brings most of the traffic to one point, before splitting different directions, which can see a few near misses, however always plenty of available carparks.
A nice little place for some groceries and a coffee. Always enough parking, for now. There are a few apartment developments nearing completion so I expect that within 9 months this place is going to be full. There isn't much to say about this location which tells you that there isn't anything special about it. This is not a negative reflection, it serves its purpose and that is fine by me. 4 stars.
Woolworths, bws, cellarbrations, $2 bargains, tatslotto, fruit and veg, butcher, Bakers, overseas food shop, jolly miller cafe, pharmacy, nail place, haircuts, charcoal chicken, pizza, dentist - and more that I’ve missed! Great place for anything, still plenty more to come! No atm since they were smashed up by someone trying to steal them though which sucks Clean, quiet and plentiful
Good place for shopping and dinning for the local community. There’s a Woolworths supermarket, fruit stores, hairdressers, sushi sushi and groceries inside the building as well as business places and dentists in the upstairs. Restaurants are around the outside of the shopping center. Carpark is sufficient for the local residents. Public restrooms are available in the shopping center
An extremely well stocked Woolies store with all your daily needs and beyond! This has been my go to place for over 4 years and I have never been disappointed. Almost always available till late in the night with really helpful and supportive staff. Even during pandemic they were super efficient and organised. Highly recommend if you need to buy anything and if you are in the area..
Good, convenient and clean local shopping centre. I love the spacious Woolworths and Jolly Miller Cafe here. Mun Korean Kitchen close by is a bonus too. There is also good dental clinic and medical clinic in this building. Plenty of parking in the area. Pretty close to the Williams Landing train station. Also appreciate that they have a good parents room for feeding and changing.
There is a two Asian groceries stores one more south east the other more central Asian both are very well stocked. A good green grocer, a nail place and a beauty therapist. A chemist which is too expensive to shop at. A bakers delight (dull) and a sushi sushi. Its a good little shopping centre to get most essentials and a eyebrow thread. It would be nicer if it had a post office.
Another Cookie cutter suburban plaza thingies. Replication of any other you have been to. Has its flagship mega corp Woolworths, then the usual selection of small independent stores, like fresh veg, meat, and international foods, plus a discount shop chemist and cafe. So if you live in this deserlate area, then pop in. It's your one stop supermarket inside a supermarket.
Clean open fresh small center. Looking forward to some expansion in future. I do find the constant charities and sales people right in the entry way very annoying though, especially since I go there every day, some days more than once. I know they have a job to do but stop annoying me. No means no, not interested, don't keep chasing me down about it.
A smaller shopping centre with a good size Woolworths and standard selection of other shops including butcher, green grocer, pharmacy, gift shop, Asian groceries and beauty salon. Good and growing selection of places to eat but no food court. Services include a gym a d dentist. Parking is usually pretty easy. Good for a quick shop or weekly top up.
Williams Landing shopping place is very unique in comparison to other same size and purpose shopping malls. It's has got nice parking area with big brand of Wolworths. There is pharmacy and vegetables shop. It is freshly build shopping mall which serves the purpose of day to day grocery. Overall, it's good place. Many thanks
Nice little shopping center with a good variety of stores. The celarbrations there is run by excellent people, and the montezumas mexican restaurant and mun korean fried chick are both regular stops for us that i would highly recommend. The center is always clean with clean public toilets available.
Shops are good but carpark is dangerous. Desperately needs lighting near the crossings, potholes keep on reappearing, and they need a larger giveaway sign out front - admittedly this is due to driver errors but when most people run this spot, a bigger/clearer sign could help.
I love this shopping center. This shopping centre in a bougie area of Williams landing. Indian grocery, veggie sho, big woolies. Oh, how can I forget the jolly miller's Cafe where all the people take their fancy breakfast photos to show off on their social media. I love it.
Great place not a good very big complex but has all the necessary shops for a standard shopping experience. The meat shop has a total range of meat if you're looking to make a boilup they also sell smoked fish if your looking for this then Prime Cuts is the place to visit.
Great collection of great local shops. From the original tenant Woolworths to the bws bottle shop to sushi sushi to the plethora of take away cafes and restaurants! Plenty of places to visit for your everyday activities and when you want to have something tasty to eat!
The shopping centre is not very big. However, the place is well maintained and kept very clean; there are lots of accessible parking spaces. Most people visit the mall for grocery shopping as there are Woolworths, Asian groceries, and fruits and veggies market inside.
A small shopping centre that has a Woolwoths, butcher shop, sushi stall, asian and Indian groceries shop, priceline, a vegetable shop and few other shops for basic needs. There are plenty of car parking slots. The mall is very welcoming and had nice decors for Xmas.
Checked with security to find the person who broke my windshield, but they wouldn't give me access to footage and said there weren't any cameras pointed at the car park when there clearly is one. Said they would follow up but haven't done anything since.
Underwhelming from the day it opened. Lacklustre, almost sterile. Quite possibly the most overpriced Woolworths in western Melbourne, and definitely the most overpriced cafe in the Jolly Roger west of the Westgate Bridge. Parking is consistently painful.
Laundromat here is pretty good, reasonable price, machines seemed clean and working properly, have benches for folding also. Open till midnight. (DOESN'T have After Hours Entry or Free Pre Wash Hot Cycle 3min, like the laundromat at Sanctuary Lakes)
Clean, spacious and greta modern design. Architecturally complementary to the aviation close by. Sad to see small retail stores close due to COVID. Lots of great shops surrounding the outside and good size Woolies with bottle shop.
Lack variety. Existing shops do not really give you much reasons to shop there. The only good thing at the moment is the lack of public visits which makes parking easier if you're going to Woolworth or restaurants nearby.
A great place to shop. Very sharp modern design and pleasant atmosphere. All amenities available and a couple of good places for coffee and a bite. Local small shopping centres are always welcome in new neighbourhoods.
Good little spot. But in today's covid pandemic there is a table set up for people to sit and eat the surface is timber that is porous and it is heavily stained and germs can stay. It should have a laminated surface.
Really good bakery and asian grocery, but while the Woolworths is not bad, it's more pricey compared to the nearby Coles supermarkets, and oh they also got rid of the Sushi Bar there a year ago, which is a shame
Pretty good mini shopping centre, though could really do with a bakery and dry cleaners (IMO) but the Bahn Mi and the “little guy” liquor store and top shelf and really give you those community/small town vibes
Shopping center is located near the train station. Little hard to find parking on weekends but they have a huge parking space. The shopping center has many outlets including woolies, pharmacy, cafes and more.
A descent and accommodating place for the residents who lives nearby. A basic needs such as clinics, supermarket, and restaurants are all available. It is not as big, however it is pretty convenient though
Great woolworths. The staff are all amazing and super helpful. I love that they have a bakery there your can see and watch the staff going through the processes to make different types of bread and rolls.
Is just ok, Woolworths does not carry the full range of products and Centre Management should contact the council because at least 50% of cars parked in ghe carpark are not centre employees or customers
Nice looking small shopping center, I think the management is expanding which is much necessary. Other than that it has a woolies, a fruit and vegie, nails, butcher, dentist, TSg , gift shop and a cafe
It's small and often crowded with families who love to do their bulk buys here. The medical centre here is great though. The pharmacy is friendly. I wouldn't otherwise do my everyday shopping here.
Car parking is not easy as it is being used by nearby office workers and train passengers. It's also much in need of another entry exit point plus a second arcade because of the growing community
Honestly it’s worth the time waiting and the money . I would recommend coming to this place once in your life time. Thanks for this great service. Make sure to try out the choral chicken and HSP.
Accessibility to carpark not the best. Could do with more tenants and wider range of services, cafes, eateries. And when you have more tenants, you carpark will be a nightmare if not improved.
Is a small place but is has the essentials there. I love going to the Woolies store. They always have what I need for my breakfast, lunch. On the outside, they have a really good kebab store.
Good for bits and bobs they have chemist hairdressers and nail salon also Asian groceries and couple of places to eat. If you don't want to eat the there os bog Woolworths. Super.
Clean, spacious open design, good lighting, very high ceilings. Great haircut at Just Cuts. The Woolworths store is very spacious with a good selection and friendly helpful staff.
Great atmosphere and shop variety but can be a touch hard to get to when it's busy, being right on a train line. Check out the local fresh food market or butcher for great deals!
Wow clean tidy welcome shopping centre and today they had a really great balloon twister there that amazing creative balloons and everyone happy! Plus other great shows to come!
Not a large centre but all I need as a local shopping centre. Fast food, slow food and Bunny food! I am sure my furbabbies appreciate the quality of the veggies from there.
New not too big and shinny. Good group of shops. Great people at Sushi Sushi. Also love rhe fruit and veg place all really fresh and well presented. Cheaper than Wollies
Good shopping mall near Williams Landing. Woolworths and vegitable store is good. One shop is selling Indian Grocery Items also. Parking and Laundry also available.
Easy parking. Clean, bright modern shopping centre with a small food court. Woolies and two Asian supermarkets plus a few specialty shops, restaurants and cafe
Good..have indian store woolies, fresh fruits and veggie shop, a halal meat shop coffee shop, beauty shop, pharmacy most of the things that u generally need
Small shopping centre with ample parking space. It has Woolworths, Butcher shop and Indian grocery store. There are some good restaurants and a great cafe.
Great little local shop for the Williams Landing estate. Fresh fruit and veggie shop along with Asian and Indian grocers. Jolly Miller cafe is great too.
Not a big place but very open and airy. Woollies, 2 Asian food stores and a fruit and vegetable shop as well as a coffee shop and a news agency...etc...
This is a smaller centre but what attracts me is there is a lot of parking and it is easy to access the shops in the centre and surrounding the centre.
Needs a better variety of shops. Cafe is nice. Fruit and vege place has good variety of veges and fruit and is fresh. Better bakery needs to be added.
The Frooti store has all the indian veggies and fruits at a very reasonable price..Also the Indian store there is really good..has a lot of variety
Has all the essentials for a flourshing new suburb. However, can't wait for more shops to open. There is so much development space available!
Plenty of parking, easy-to-use, easy access, all basic needs can be purchased here, need more variety shops though, clean and well presented.
Nice with plenty of open parking space, although it's difficult to get a free spot at any point of day. Location is easily accessible via M1
Good shopping centre, but has become very busy over the last few years. Needs expansion asap, hopefully new owners seriously consider this.
This place is fantastic. If you asked me if I would visit the place again. I would say absolutely the Asian supermarket inside is the best.
Great for the area with Woolworths to hand and a few other smaller shops, cafes, restaurants and pharmacy. Parking available also.
Small, good variety of stores. Everything you need in one quick trip. Supermarket, green grocer, butcher, coffee shop and more
Great little shopping centre with a good range of shops for a quick visit and good opening hours especially for Woolworths.
Great small shopping centre, plenty of parking available. There’s a good range of shops however they need more restaurants.
The centre needs a few more take away shops and a few more variety shops as well . Very small for a shopping centre …
Vareity of shops at this shopping centre a d pretty convenient location too. There is no ATM which is a huge inconvenience
Awesome little shopping centre with great potential. The Vietnamese cafe has great pork rolls. The supermarket is massive.
Clean, mostly always fully stocked but could have more open registers. Would be good not just express lane & self serve.
Best waxing service here. Nice small centre and loads of friendly vendors. Parking is reasonable. A nice shopping option
It's handy to me because it is local, the actual centre lacks a variety of shops as compared to other shopping centres.
Lovely new shopping centre. Very clean with great parent and baby changing rooms. Not a huge selection of shops inside.
Miss the butcher that used to be here. Nice korean restaurant outside and a few other restaurants I'd like to try.
Loved this place from the first time I went. So nicely built with nice shops/places to eat. Not too busy either
Great little centre. Nice and clean, great shops and eateries/takeaway options. Car parkis often quite full.
Nice shopping plaza no Coles or aldi but a decent sized Woolworths great food shops out side and fruit shop
Quite a good little centre with very good fruit and veg store and the Woolies has low carb Helga's bread.
Small shopping centre with limited shops. You can do basic shopping here at Woollies and that's about it.
As it's my around the cnr shopping centre, has everything I need, groceries, coffee, nails, & niknaks,
Nice for the area, but needs more stores and facilities to be considered a proper shopping centre.
Very handy to have a store open until midnight. Regular staff members are helpful and courteous.
Always lovely and presentable dosn't matter which store you go to. Staff at Woolies are great.
Dr Jim is the best. Have GPs, dental, radiology but no MRI. Long waiting hours due to COVID.
I visit here most weeks, easy parking, and great food and good place to get all you need
Nice well presented shopping centre with some good shops, including asian supermarket.
Nice little shopping centre good variety of stores for everyone and plenty of parking
Our go-to place for fresh produce and groceries. There's always parking available.
Closest Woolies for any Altona Meadow resident. With a good veggie shop beside it
small shopping centre as a whole, but has the best woolworths in all of Wyndham
To many people parking is disabled car parks and having no disability sticker
My local shopping centre. Not as big as some others but they hold their own.
It’s a shopping centre. Got the basics with Woolworths as the anchor tenant.
Not our local, but easy parking close to entrance. Clean and well signed.
Shopping mall has all the usual variety of shops , ample car parking .
Decent shopping centre with good range of shops. Clean. Good parking.
Pleasent place to shop, not many people and always clean. Keep it up
