I recently rented a storage space for 12 months with Wilson Storage in Mount Waverley. From the beginning and throughout my whole experience the ladies in the office were always very friendly, helpful and provided great customer service! Moving my things into storage and moving them out were so easy and stress free. They accurately estimated the amount of storage I would need for my things to ensure I didn't pay for storage that I didn't need. They provide competitive rates and kept all my things safe and secure. I will definitely be using them again for my future storage needs!

When I say this is the best storage unit company - I mean it. They went above and beyond for me. I’ve had my belongings with them for almost three years while I’ve lived overseas and they have been so incredible. When I moved out of my home, I was leaving a bad situation and I was unable to drive. The wonderful employees of this company sent out a truck and helped me move all my stuff and I was out quietly within an hour. This is 100% more than what I expected and I owe a big thanks to them.

Don't use this place as a drop point for parcels. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes and wouldn't return to front desk. I called the number in the door 5 times but straight to voice mail. When they finally picked up I got attitude as if it was my fault they don't answer doors or phones. I was told I should have dropped my parcel on their door step where anyone could have taken it. Complete joke . Might be alright for storage, who knows. Won't be using as drop point again.

4.6 Stars! Clean, modern, secure and safe. Moving from the family home after 30 years can be streasful...however the staff have been brilliant. The facility is modern and secure with great access from the M1 freeway. We hope to move in to our new home soon but if we ever needed to store anything in the future we wouldn't hesitate to store it with the team at Wilson Storage in Mount Waverley.

The staff of The storage was very helpful and made the move, which is usually very stressful, made it easy to move in. Administration is a little less efficient. So check that your account is set up correctly.
