I took over an hour to stock up on clothes and children's items, since I live in BC. I was about to start trying on clothes, when I heard the one and only notice (at 7pm) that the store is closing at 7pm.. I took about 5 minutes to separate roughly $600 worth of items into two piles. One I kept for purchase. As I did, the female manager kept telling me that the store is closed, as she stood there. ZERO patience. There was one person in front of me at the cashier. So I didn't keep the doors open myself. As luck would have it, my VISA chip wasn't working and the $275 bill was too large to tap. The cashier was happy to let me run to the car for my Mastercard but the manager said no. I told her that I'm not from Calgary but she was motivated to have me leave with haste, again, as she stood there.. So I left empty handed and they missed out on the sale. The one star rating is for the unsympathetic attitude from the manager. It's fine if her hands were tied. But atleast pretend to show some compassion for your customers.

Today I went to Winners as I usually do after the gym I had my gym bag with me. Upon entering the fitting room I was asked to remove my backpack leave it in the front? - If my clothing items are being counted upon entering the change room and once again counted for leaving the change room why do I need to leave my bag in the front?- I was very offended. Leaving my bag can also create a liability issue for the store because it is not locked up so what if someone stole my bag?. I was still okay up to this point but then I was asked if the item I was about to purchase had a tag on it? Why would I purchase an item with no tag? Honestly I left quite upset from this store almost to a point where I don't want to shop here anymore. If there is a problem with theft in this store please clearly mark this so that customers do not feel offended. Also provide lockers so that your items can be locked up prior to entering a change room.

Compared to other winner's location, this is clean and organized, but on the smaller side. Overall, the staff is helpful, friendly and are willing to assist you. Item selection is small, but prices are competitive since winners cycle some of their Calgary stocks throughout each location. However, my experience with a particular cashier has been the least welcoming for both my husband and I. She scanned our items, threw them into the bag which caused one of the porcelain cups to crack (aren't these kinds of items supposed to be wrapped in paper before bagging?), all while talking to her coworker, and then proceeded to stare us down until our transaction was done as if we was wasting her precious socializing time. Terrible employer who thinks little of her customers.

Had a bad experience with one of the cashiers - he got off on telling me with rude attitude that winners would not accept my item for return. I asked if it was something they would return because I did not see where it said they would not return my item. I did not assume it would be returned I just asked and he raised his voice saying no and repeated “it’s on the back of your receipt” multiple times cutting me off when I tried to explain my reason for asking and when I told him he was being rude he kept stating “it’s on the back of your receipt”. Hope he slips and breaks his leg.

I love coming to this Winners and getting my cardio on haha They always have new stuff coming in to look at and plenty of great deals. A go-to for me if I need pretty much anything besides groceries lol! I love the clothing options. They have tons of options and styles, but I love the fabric options! Love fabric that breathes, and I can just about always find an item I'm looking for! Great for gifts! The staff are friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to coming to this Winners to shop!

I find that this winners location and many other winners across Calgary, tend to pay more attention and kinda linger around African people, they will play it off as if they don’t know how hat your talking about but, you can see that every 5-10 minutes they have someone pass by you or around your area.it makes it so UNCOMFORTABLE to shop especially when your goal is to have an enjoyable time shopping.

We like the Winners and this store is no exception. Although, the place isn’t too big, but they have lots of collections and organized neatly. The price is always reasonable at any Winners. The customer service is superb. The staffs are very friendly and courteous here, specially Ms Tonny who helped us greatly. The beauty and gift products are awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

This winners is definitely smaller but you can find some pretty good stuff here. Mainly clothes, makeup and the food/snacks that most winners usually have. It doesn’t have a ton of decor/electronics/toys are some other stores have. It’s usually pretty quiet so if that’s your thing, would recommend here for a quiet shopping day. Staff are friendly and have never had any issues here.

There is always something for everyone to see and of course purchase at Winners. The discounted prices are great and there are many one of a kind items to be had. Though the woman's clothing section is very extensive there are plenty of men's clothes as well. If you are looking for home decor then Winners may also be your first stop.

Great location, Good Parking area. But I don't know what's wrong with their worker when they listed price tag on their products especially their clothes. I went to sale rack to put out some shirts. When to the cashier to purchase the product on sale. This happen 3 times already. Quite disappointed with this Winner location!

The place was alright and clean when it first opened. Went in today and it was a complete desaster! Makeup section was horribly nasty with black powder covering EVERYTHING. Stuff was throne all over the floor and it seemed like the staff, though kind, didn't care that the store looked like a garbage bin.

A Winners like any other. I like coming here as they have a little bit of everything. You will probably want to pick it up of you find, as you may not see it again for some time. Found some nice cake mixes, Turkish delight, nice jams, toys, costumes and the occasional piece of clothing

Of the stores I've seen this is the cleanest , best organized , and most helpful . I love this one . Pricing is on par with other outlets ,loads of close parking and a decent number of disabled spots and a good mix of surrounding business

Very small store compared to the others that I have been too. I usually look for toys, but the toy section here sucks big time. Not only does it look super messy, but also limited selection and lots opened and in shambles.

Called in Store to check item is available or not the lady said can not check item on call and hung up the call rudely. I have informed I am 8 months pregnant that’s why want to know if item is available than I will come.

Their selection is getting better versus last year. It's smaller than other Winners stores in the city, but it's nice to see that they have the same great sales ! Hopefully their food and snack selection gets better.

Come here a few times a week. Usually pretty clean. The staff here are always really nice especially the cashiers. They're always getting people through the line quickly. They restock fairly well. Pretty nice finds

Alright selection but there prices seem to be getting more expensive almost inline with every other place where winners use to have really good prices and selection its only really good selection now

It wasn't very busy which made it easy to be quick in and out with a purchase . It's not a very big store but they still have just as much variety to offer but not as many duplicates

A smaller winners store than others in Calgary but they seem to have a better collection of clothes for Men than the Cross Iron location. Usually not too busy either which is good :)

It's clean as always, great shopping experience when you have time to dig in the clothes inventory. Also, their Christmas gift section saved me a few trips in other store!!

I adore winners. I never know what I'm going to find but it's a guarantee I'll find something I love. I can spend hours in here! This location is beautiful and very clean.

A little crowded with clothes and sometimes it's hard to find what exactly you're looking for but really great prices and deals once you can find what you need.

Love shopping here but there is one worker who always is so racist following us around but other than that we like shopping here after visiting superstore.

Quite by accident I found this Winners in Country Hills. Was heading into Petland next door. Smaller than most but did have some good clothes and prices.

There is always something different in stock, and you always find items you do not find else where. Also the items are more affordable than other places

This has very good products . From cloths to so many . All items are of reputed btand at reasonable prices . Very spacious with dress room facilities .

Love the place. Could get almost all household, everyday stuffs - clothes, workout stuffs, shoes, electronic accessories etc, at fairly good prices.

Convenient Winners if you live in the Northern Hills area. Ample selection and it's not overly busy which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Sometimes a little bit messy but they carry a large selection overall. The staff are not as friendly but I just come for one thing and go.
