Just did a shop not too long ago using new green plastic shopping trolley and whilst I give full marks with being green as im sure they are made from recycled plastic the trolley itself does have a major safety flaw and that it both rear spinning wheels are held on by a cheap nasty exposed bolt which has come into contact with my left middle toe and sliced it open ,caused significant bleeding from small cut Being in the medical field I felt it my duty to report hazzard and it is ,after waiting 10 or so minutes finally management arrived ,was greeted with a disinterested look and when I explained the situation begrudgingly took my details and even spoke the words “no one else has complained about them “ which really inwardly cheesed me off atleast he offered me a Band-Aid ,I’ve also reported to head office about the hazzard there response was to send out a 30 dollar card which I declined,I only want to warm the thousands of customers out there that this HAZZARD exits and the company has the obligation to act right away ,I also asked if I’ll be spoken to regarding the outcome and was told I would NOT Doubt I’ll shop at that store ever again if at all at Woolworths period Left with a feeling of being fobbed off at both ends Let’s hope there’s no infection as I’m type 2 Have taken photos of my foot and the trolley Please everyone be careful when you use thease new shopping trolleys Trevor Lowe

I would give it zero stars if I could. No complains about the products or the fresh produce, they're amazing. It's the people that are the problem. I could notice my mum and I were the only dark skinned people there and we received a lot of stares not only from customers but the staff! The deli worker was absolutely rude and talked down to me as if I did not understand English when I articulated myself perfectly in the conversation with her, even smiled. I saw her serving other white skinned people with way more respect and kindness straight before and after me. The same happened when a staff member who was stocking the shelves almost bumped into me with her giant trolley and I ended up saying sorry because of the awful reaction she gave me as if I came in the way when I was standing and waiting for her to leave the aisle with her trolley. These are just 2 instances of many that my family and I have faced being dark skinned. It's sad to see that this kind of behaviour is still prevalent in such a developed country like Australia. I gave this particular Woolies another chance by shopping there a second time but I received the same reception. I have never returned to this Woolies for my shopping after that and I never will.

Worst customer experience ever and rudeness from the manager when trying to exchange a plant based ice cream with a milk one! The manager was racist and very rude to my father cause he didn’t know good English, she said that she doesn’t care!

Woolworths is always such a reliable and easy place for me to do my big, small, emergency and everything in between shops. Love that I can go whenever it is convenient and always great service with all the products I need!

Horible staff, tried to weigh my chillies, scales would not work, they wanted me to rescan all of my items at another machine. Female Manager has a real bad attitude, I will never go back to this place.

This is a great Woolies, it’s always well stocked. The quality of fresh produce and bakery items is always high, and the store is neat and tidy with a fresh modern layout.

Friendly and helpful staff, great prices and easy parking. The neatest shopping trolley parking out the front of the store that I have ever seen! Perfect.

This shop is always well stocked whether first thing in the morning or 10pm at night Wish it was open later Catalogue specials are always well stocked

Good selection good service, store was freezing cold. Not sure how staff cope with this.
