"Went to Woolworth Craigieburn centre just around 5pm on 28th March,I forgot my wallet but have some wws gift cards, which I think its enough to pay my grocers, but when everything checked out at self checkout counter, there was less one dollar to pay,I was so stressful because I really don not have any cash or cards in my pocket,I was trying to buy another gift card online to pay it,but the stuff helped me with technical issues and payed the rest for me,always told me relax, could not thank her for more!I don't know her name ,but her professional and excellent customer service made me feel like home, definitely will choose wws rather than other markets, not only for fresh food, but also for understanding ,hope to meet her again!"
"I recently visited Woolworths at Craigieburn Town Centre and was pleased with my overall shopping experience"
"I recently placed on online order that went very wrong, half my order was not delivered"
"I will never shop here again, staff are incompetent and rude, I was just accused of shoplifting by some fat no lifer checkout lady without glasses because I had products from coles in plastic bags and from vegetable store next to here that Woolworths dont even sell here"
Incredibly rude staff at time of evacuation due to rain damage (13 August, 3.30pm). 1 lady stood at the end of the toy aisle and yelled at us that the store is evacuating and we need to leave. I acknowledged that I had heard the speaker and we were heading to the exit. 5 seconds later another worker yelled at us again with the first lady that we need to leave. I acknowledged her. 5 seconds later a male worker wearing a white beanie and had an orange beard approached us with the 2 ladies and was incredibly rude and forceful with telling is to leave speaking in a sarcastic tone and trying to assert his dominance over us. As we headed towards the checkouts the 3 we're talking among themselves about us and laughing while making snide comments. It was uncalled for. Having worked in supermarkets for a lot of my life I have understanding of the procedures for legitimate evacuations and know that he was wrong in his approach to this situation. The fact that the checkouts were still operational and no evacuation alarm was sounding, there was no need for such an unnecesary display of attempted dominance, rudeness and sarcasm.

I recently visited Woolworths at Craigieburn Town Centre and was pleased with my overall shopping experience. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate. The aisles were clean and well-stocked with a wide variety of products. I was able to find everything I needed, including fresh produce, meat, and bakery items. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They offered assistance when I needed it and were always willing to answer any questions I had. The store also had a good range of products, including organic and gluten-free options. Checkout process was also smooth and fast. I would highly recommend Woolworths Craigieburn Town Centre for your grocery shopping needs.
I recently placed on online order that went very wrong, half my order was not delivered. I sent off my refund request online (which is a very efficient process). However I was still really annoyed, I need some of those items for dinner, now I had to go to the shops to get it. Defeating the purpose of online shopping. I decided to give the store a call to tell them how upset I was, not only did i get my complaint listened to and was apologised to, Dom who took my complaint offered to hand deliver the items I needed. Way to turn a negative into a postive Dom !!!! Thanks again
I will never shop here again, staff are incompetent and rude, I was just accused of shoplifting by some fat no lifer checkout lady without glasses because I had products from coles in plastic bags and from vegetable store next to here that Woolworths dont even sell here. I get that your staff are low paid and looser so, but stop profiling customers and wrongfully accuse them of stealing when how are here stilling it is actually your store with prices and unprofessional behaviour towards customers!
One of the larger Woolies supermarkets, the Craigieburn Central store has all the variety of items you would want in a supermarket, often including some extras such as basic homewares. The layout is the only gripe I have with this store. Its chilled section is at the very far end, as opposed to somewhere near the fresh food like in most stores. While it is likely a specific marketing design choice, I can't help but be frustrated at the excessive walk for only a few things
Would be 5 star if customer service at the Deli existed. It's always an effort for them to slice meat on request (not available already sliced) and worse when you ask them to shave it. I have been after 6pm on one occasion and the young girl was using her mobile phone on the bench where meat is sliced whilst using the slicer. How hygienic- NOT. If they hate their job so much maybe they shouldn't be working there!! These people are letting the store down.
As is typical of all Woolworths, stores, they favour their self service, registers and only have one, maybe two of the other registers manned, despite long queues. While most of the small staff they have rostered are nice, there are a couple who couldn't be more disinterested if they tried. Sadly, Coles and Aldi aren't any better. I've started changing my shopping habits back to smaller stores (butchers and greengrocers/farmer's markets) where I can.
It's ridiculous that at shortly after 7pm that There are no checkouts open with conveyors to accommodate shoppers who are purchasing large amount of items. It was extremely difficult to load all the items out of the trolley onto the small counter then back into the trolley after they have been scanned. It was also very time consuming, what could have been a 5minute exercise ended up taking close to over 25minutes.
I don't like this Woolworths store it's a bit old and needs lots of maintenance work. I try to avoid Frozen products and milk and butter and all the refrigerated refrigerated goods. I am worried about the quality of the cooling systems there are far I've seen some of them leaking. They do have a good sales on household items and cleaning products.
The first time we shopped here. Its a very busy supermarket. Very torn on whether to buy vegetables from here or the fruit and veg store in the same conplex. We ended up buying our produce here. The snack sized royal gala apples are the best. I could not believe this store was totally out of hash browns. Not sure whether there is a shortage.
Fresh produce is not flash, store is not clean, saw a staff member react rudely when asked a question by a customer after waiting a while to be served, customer then asked "who is the boss" she yelled at him that she was... Sure I can see the manager as a checkout operator... Hadn't been there for a while and won't go back
Just want to alert. Make sure checking the receipt before leaving the premises. I purchased 'colgate pro relief sens multi pro 110g' on sale. This was in 8/01/2021. I think it was $6 as mark up down. It's turned out it scanned out as full price $10. This shouldn't happen to anyone at the check out machine next time. …
dont shop here, staff are incompetent and rude as hell, was just accused of shoplifting by some fat no lifer checkout chick, because i had products from coles in plastic bags that woolwoths dont even use anymore. seriously? i get that your staff are low paid, but stop profiling customers.
Great service from Imran who saw that I was in a rush looking for a specific esky and couldn't find it on the shelf and suggested to find some more in the back without me even asking. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and well done to Woolworths for hiring great staff.
Usually a great place to shop but lately I rush in to grab a few things for dinner and the fresh produce is in a bad way, I Just bought two halfs of colliflower which looked ok in the wrapping, paid full price but when I got it home it was so soft, straight in the bin it went, grrrrrrr
I'm soooo sick of queueing to check out with a full trolley EVERY WEEK. Then when someone EVENTUALLY opens another checkout they don't usher the person who has waited the longest through, it's always the people who have waited the least. Grrrrr hopeless EVERY SINGLE WEEK !!!!
Probabley the dirtiest Woolworths around, staff who do the night fill are pretty feral with there language as well. However when I asked them for help finding an items, they were medium competent but very friendly. But please work on the cleanliness or the store.
For some reason I have noticed that the staff at this particular store, especially at front counter is very aggressive specially that short fat lady without makeup with poor appealing look, and the way they deliver the customer service is
This Woolworths would be my favourite in craigieburn . I shop here on and off , usually when there's a special I'm chasing .Or just want to go in for a nosey . Usual supermarket with most items/groceries you need . Need to say anymore
Very disappointed in this store! The front customer lady very disrespectful reacted with customer Staff very miserable, rude and not friendly. They need to go to Coles up at Central and see how it's run. Start with a smile!!!! LoL!!!
Team member fail to scan my rewards card , came back in less than a minute, told can not refund or exchange , very disappointed customer, very unprofessional customer service Everyone should go to coles instead
Rude and unhelpful staff, extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service especially at front counter If I buy smokes that doesn't mean I'm bad person or something. It isn't hard to be kind.
Love their roast chicken..Cooked to perfection ive bought it from other outlets and have had it undercooked or to dry unbeatable i will not buy from any where else..Keep up thw good work guys
No trolleys on a Saturday afternoon. And their baskets are still the small old ones. No different choices, ones with wheels etc. The innovation here is just dire.
Visited at 6:30pm on a Monday night and no registers were open only self serve and customer service desk. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing though..
Staff on the self serve check was not very nice bit rude need more training and mananers how to speak to the customer. Time was 6.30 and date was 1st June.
Staff are more friendly than the competitors supermarket, I enjoy shopping here and have never had a bad experience, they are always very helpful
Nice and bright new store with plenty if space. Decent product range but a somewhat unusual store plan. Better signage would speed up shopping.
Awesome range of products, only issue is went in today and no trolleys were available although walked passed full trolley bays in the car park.
There are more woolies trollies in the streets around craigieburn central than at craigieburn central. They blow across the roads and hit cars.
Very big woolworths store, ideally placed in a big shopping centre. It also has a battery and mobile phone recycling unit near the entry.
Plenty of FRESH food, great fresh vegetables, not old and stale like Coles. Lots of variety and plenty of stock in the groceries.
Good customer service, brought an awesome vegan biscoff cake & it was delicious although very dear in price for such a small cake
I shop here quiet a bit. Shops everything you'd expect from a Woolworths. Get in, get out, that's what's it's all about. 5stars!
Sadly with all supermarkets (lately) is far too few checkouts open, and too much self service. Otherwise it's a good supermarket
Fantastic service hired people help you out when you cannot find the products you're looking for over all severe is brilliant. ,
Worst retail experience ever.staff was not helpfull at all.so racist over customers n will never do shopping there again .
Same as all Woolworth, but some stock they didn't have that others normally keep, like speck bacon, black plates, etc
Every time I go there I find a lot of specials, it's just that sometimes the items get messed up by shoppers.
Great store. Easy to use. Well laid out and excellent range of products. Love the free fruit for kids.
Great place to shopping. Clean environment and friendly staff. Has lots of things to buy besides food.
Simply thank you I appreciate your awesome efforts during these unusual difficult times ... well done
Great place to shop! Clean environment and friendly staff. Has lots of things to buy besides food.
Lovely store always a couple of checkouts open, this place doesn't force you to use self serve.
The store manager and female cashier at the smoke area was very understanding and very helpful.
Tight carpark.. Always roadworks around.. Hard to get in and out... Inside everything usual
Love Woolworths., especially at the old craigieburn shops. They are so helpful, …
Store is fairly new but looks so tired and old. Rubbish on the floor, generally dirty.
Great shop as they have closed Roxburgh Park and was just checking out nearest to me
Put the money token back on the trolleys please. They are disgusting on the streets
I really love safeways wide variety of herbs and spices and wide variety of meats
Staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure I found what I was looking for.
Quite convenient, big enough and got everything you could expect from woolie.
It's good if your shopping, but not if your in a hurry. Car park is a bit far
