This is one of the best grocery and clothing stores in Cresta. They have most of the basics that you need and more. The store is alwas well stocked and really pleasantly displayed. Woolworths has a remarkable way to present their stock in ways that always make it seem fresh and appealing. From toilet rolls to face cream they have got you covered. The food is top quality and everything is always spotless. I really enjoy walking through the plant section on the way into the food ailes. Their plants always look amazing and they change the variety rrcently often. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If there is anything that I could suggest it would be improving staff service in the clothing section. It is not that the staff are not helpful, but they are not neccesarily looking to assist. Typically the staff would not ask a customer if they need assistance, rather they would wait for a customer to approach them. Other than this the store is amazing. My big critique would be the plastic obsession that Woolworths seems to have, from individually wrapped Chicken pieces to breadrolls. For a company that prides themselves on sustainability this goes counter their values and that of their customers.

Update: Still seems to be as good as always-however the lack of working lifts and escalators is very annoying and ruins your whole trip if you have a trolley full of goods..overall the food store seems to be better stocked than ever and there are always new goodies to find in their various sections. Nice store, consistently good food at the cafe’. Seem to have all the latest Woolworths goodies, however definitely need more stock. As with all of the stores-could always use more tellers, however if you time it correctly to avoid peak times you will be golden. Has a Country Road section which is excellent. The homeware is unmatched and has useful items.

The table was dirty, the table was then cleaned with a rag that was used to clean a sewer, the table was the cleaned with a semi oily rag, that should have been the sign to RUN for the hills, was easier to move a cleaner table , that did not require a degrease and wobble to be fixed, but the vibe and the food are normally awesome so being teased with three different waitering staff, ones who could not understand a bagel with chicken is not a breakfast bagel, and then it only got worse, we waited so so so so so so long for an eggs florentine and a bagel, Flip-man leadership team where where was the mangers, and the care that we are so accustomed too,

Wow what a disappointment. Waited very long for our cappuccinos and when it eventually arrived the sugar did not accompany the drinks. Eventually I personally went to the kitchen to fetch the sugar. When we eventually received the food that should have taken no more than 20 minutes to prepare the soup order did not come with a spoon and the Florentine with extra bacon arrived without the bacon. I then spoke to the "manageress" who told me that the waiters are being trained. I just wonder why waiters are being trained during peak hours with a full restaurant. Sounds like an excuse rather than a real reason.

We were accosted and verbally abused by another shopper. The manager offered his assistance and listened to us and whilst he could not do anything about the other rude shopper's behaviour he showed concern and treated us with respect. He listened to us and offered to assist in any way he could. One of the tellers also expressed concern and personally apologised for our bad experience. She didn't have to but, we left the store feeling much better. Altogether, I was quite touched by the respect and kindness we were shown by the staff.

Just HAVE to give a shout-out to the ladies at the lingerie counter: I forgot my phone there yesterday (Tuesday afternoon just before 4) when I paid for some items and they managed to get hold of my daughter to tell her they have it and are keeping it for me… I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it, these days we can do very little without our phones and although everything is saved on the cloud it is such a trauma to replace it. Thank you so much!

The fulfilling of online orders at Cresta store is a shambles. More than once the driver is more than 2 hours late after the selected time slot. Only miraculously do they arrive in 20 minutes after you contact the call centre to see what's going on. And then when they do arrive there are missing items resulting in a second call which goes on for days because Cresta never answer their phones. Whoever is managing Cresta store is such a disappointment.

There is a very nice woolworths cafe in this branch right next to the groceries section. We have had quite a couple of good breakfasts here and the coffee is always top notch. This is also quite a large woolworths branch with a big men's and women's section. The woolworths food here is always busy, if you go over a weekend you will definitely queue, at least there is quite a few tellers so the lines go quickly.

The store is picked with stick and the most beautiful home decor items. I lived their underwear section. They had a huge variety. The store is clean and neat. It can be dangerous cause you can easily be enticed to spend a lot of money there. It's one of my happy places. Can dream up my ultimate house from kitchenware to the bedroom, the bathroom and even a something for myself.

I’m like the Princess and the Pea, I can tell when someone is trying to sneak ingredients that isn’t Woolworths quality. Only the best quality ingredients in my pot Love their minimalist packaging design and their attention to even the tiniest details, like the hand drawing of the pea in the pod. Supporting local artists builds our circular economy! ✍️

Deeply disappointed with the customer service department… I had to exchange an item which was purchased two days prior. I had the slip and tag intact but was cross questioned ‘rudely’ regarding the reason for exchanging/returning as the required size was unavailable! The customer alongside me was also tormented. This is definitely not the service expected from Woolworths.

I went to this store to collect my credit card and I was told to keep coming foe the next few days because they can't print my card and they logged a call and that's all they can do. They can't tell me when to come so I must keep checking. They couldn't even say they'll call me when it's ready, nothing like that I must just keep coming. Appalling service.

Went in to exchange shoes due to size and the service I got there was horrible,first they refused then I asked to see the manager then they went to go speak to Ntombi then they argued amongst them self and as for the lady that was assisting me she was just bored and not interested in talking or telling me what was going on.

A nice, clean store with relatively friendly staff. 22/11/23 Came to get some goodies and needed a small box. One of the sales attendants, Hloni, went out of her way to assist and found me one. Excellent customer service. So awesome!

A large Woolworths with plenty of stock. The queues can get quite long here when it's busy, but that's just because this Woolworths has everything you need. Has a lovely flower and plant selection and a nice coffee shop.

Love their range of clothes & display, their grocery section has unusual food items but their dining area/ restaurant is small compared to patriots who want to dine in as a result their queues to be sifted are long

Great shop. I like the fact that's they have a clothing section, food section and now a cellar as well it makes shopping easier and more convenient. Have 3 in 1 is a great way to go

A nice shopping experience at Woolworths Cresta Mall. It was very hot and I was pleased that the air conditioner was on. The ladies at the till are always a pleasure to deal with.

I had a lovely coffee date with a close friend at the Woolies coffee shop in Cresta. It was awesome and then, on the way out I found the cutest navy pants. Good experience

Service is non existent. I needed assistance with the ladies boots and sizes, there was absolutely no person to assist.

Woolworths Cresta is always immaculate and stock fresh food and the latest clothing fashion. It is a joy to shop there.

Their service it's very good people who work there you can asked them for any assistance they don't hesitate to help.
