Woolworths Mall of Africa is second to None. They come first in everything. On arrival with my many bags the waiter was kind enough to sit me and guaranteed that my bags would safe away from me. He gave me the menu and informed me of the option to to enjoy the buffet. I chose to modify the Lamb burger since I do not take pork. Just added a well done egg. The burger came and I couldn't help but get an image of it . There's a source that came with the chips and some dip. As I indulged in the meal I could feel it massage my tongue and all the way down the spine and into the fallopian tubes kiki... it was AMAZING. I asked if they could call the chef and David came. David is the head chef and all glory and curses go to him. I told him of my marvelous experience eating the burger and how it had far exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work David, I pray you grow in wisdom. After such a hearty meal I could help it but ask for a smoothie, berry with banana something something. I felt at home. The backdrop of the highway had this cooling effect on me. On my way out I went to ask for the chef that actually made my burger, and Snqobile (I hope I got that right) was mentioned and wow. Woolies made a good choice having that team right there. It felt like home, it felt like the office at the same time, it felt like Woolworths. If want some time alone or sometime with other people then try Woolies Mall of Africa. You wont just eat the food you will experience it. And when you get back home you will look back and repeat after me .. That was Awesome

My recent experience at the store was highly unsatisfactory, and despite my fondness for it, I have decided not to return. I am at a loss for words to express the extent of my disappointment. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so poorly before, and felt so disrespected. It actually left me in tears. What’s so disappointing is that, I was actually such a loyal customer and have spent hundreds of thousands of rands at this store over the years. During my last visit, after enjoying a nice afternoon at the Woolworths cafe with my husband and son, I purchased some items in the food area. I paid for my cafe bill and my food items. On my way out my eyes were drawn to some children’s swimwear items that I attached to my buggy. Without realizing that the swimwear items were attached to the buggy my husband left the store and was stopped by a security guard. This led to a distressing hour-long ordeal involving multiple officers, threats of arrest, and initially denied requests to speak with the manager. While the situation was eventually resolved by the manager, and credit to him he was quiet understanding. The fact that my young child had to witness this experience was particularly disappointing. While I understand the importance of store security, I urge Woolworths to treat its customers with respect and dignity before jumping to conclusions. The experience was traumatic for me, and I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else.

I loved the customer service here. I needed help choosing the right foundation for my skin as it's very sensitive and Tetelo who was sitting by Clinique went above and beyond to not only give me advice, but he also made sure to recommend a product that actually works for my super sensitive skin. Furthermore, Isaac who wasn't too far from Tetelo (he was by Esteè Lauder) helped me choose a new fragrance. I didn't know what I needed when I walked inside the store, but I walked out a very happy customer. I would honestly rather shop at the Woolworths here because of these two individuals.

Went there today looking for wines ,the lady who was unpacking them to shelves was friendly,Smile phenomenal...I forgot her name and she also offered me boxes to keep my wines safe....and the Security at the door of the liquor...friendly...so welcoming .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Then there's a lady called Buhle a cashier....she wrapped my boxes ,she's very accommodating,I even wanted ro give her a tip ,not knowing that she's not allowed to recieve any..girls there's your 5stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️You know and were trained well for customers...big up

I had great service from Lisa, working in the Estee Lauder section, and Qiniso Ziqubu, one of the Operations Manager on duty. I went to Woolworths on Saturday, the 25th of November, and due to the heat and dryness in the air I had a sudden emergency. Lisa quickly responded and took me to the management office. It was here that Mr Ziqubu also assisted me as he could and sorted the emergency quickly. Due to this friendly and helpful service, I would like to compliment these staff members for their wonderful service.

The service is always acceptional, and the food is always well prepared. I've tried out all their different cakes and am always speechless. Small disappointment. I couldn't buy my favorite wine cause the security personnel made it clear that I couldn't pay my wine at the clothing department whilst I had clothes and groceries in my trolley. Either than that, I love their service and cleanliness

The management at W cafe for this brunch really needs to re eveluate their customer service model. Your Team is so unwelcoming , no matter how busy or quiet it is you will wait to get service , you will wait even longer to pay . This happens all the time , myself and friend even walked out the last time. Beautiful brunch but terrible service

Woolworths is normally very good. However in the sale paper today it says Assorted Muesli is on sale, however the Manager (who was no where to be seen for 15 minutes) arrives and decides which ones are on sale and which are not. Will the head office contact me and explain?

Tried to order a coffee takeaway at the Woolworths Café and was sent away immediately to the stand inside to wait in-line for 10 minutes while the cafe was empty and they had nobody else to serve. Be more helpful towards paying customers. Your staff needs training.

There's no comparable branch to this one, its a bit of a maze but has one of the best if not the best assortment of Clothing, Homeware and Food The café is intimate and staff are attentive I'm honestly tempted to say this is the best branch in GP, not just JHB.

The store collection is great, however theres more to do with customer experience men department in particular the lady workind at shirts section is unfriendly, impossing her language in replying even though I was speaking in english.

High-quality clothing especially for men. Women's and kids' stuff is passable. Food and grocery items are good quality though pricey. If you're into specific brands this is the place for you.
