I read my bank statement wrong. I rode on my pushbike. Through the heatwave. My phone was dead. My bank.balance was dead. $4 but i read 175 available pending. So my card was declined. I already drunk some orange juice. They were understanding. I've got ADHD autism I'm feeling the anxiety. I wasnt treated like a thief. I always have to.check because of my. ADHD. But in my head I knew that I could cover basic food. Hell I didn't go out anywhere. Never spent money on anything I didn't need. I blame the commonwealth bank app for confusing me with 3 bank balances on one screen. I don't need to know what's pending because I spent it. I just need to know what I got left since I don't carry cash. Well that's my new favourite Woolworths now.

Absolutely disgusting service. I have never experienced such disrespect and invasion of privacy. I went through an assisted check out, where I have my bag in the trolley (as their new plastic trolley do not have a hook on them). The girl at the check were going through my bag when I was paying. I looked over and she had dug through my personal items. Don’t get me wrong, I understand procedure to check the bag, but ask. I told her that was not okay, her excuse was they have cameras that scan items in the trolley. Again no worries, but ask, I would have been more than happy to show her and go through my bag with her.

I would never do my grocery shopping from Woolworths Dandenong south due to poor customer service. One of the Indian employee there named Sophia is so rude and have zero patience with customers. I needed some help with product, I approached that lady to seek help, she instead of helping me judged me from my hijab and refused to show me where the product was by saying “I’m busy can you ask someone else to help you”. I could see she wasn’t doing anything just having rounds around the aisle. Her response was so rude and arrogant.

Not happy with their online shopping team. They asked me to wait more than 30 mins, which is totally Unnecessary. People buy online to SAVE TIME. Can not trust their online shopping team anymore. Woolworths TEACH YOIR ONLINE TEAM CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are not street sellers, you have brand and we locals expect respect and good service. We never had issue the day you have opened this store by your normal staff. Your staff can not show their Attitude to customers, unless someone do something serious personal attack.

The staff are usually always helpful and friendly . Wait times are generally very minimal . Easily accessible . Clean store and very fresh fruit and veg ! Meat is also very nice ! Only thing I could really complain about is the lack of stock at times / variety with some product lines, or catering to demand . If this store would up its game in this department then, I along with others I think, would ditch coles, altogether !

I mainly shop at Woolworths over Coles. I popped into this store on Thursday as I was in the area and had often shopped there. I was very disappointed and noticed they had deleted a lot of their regular items plus the bakery section is almost non existent. I asked one worker why and she informed me sales were not so great any more. Shame because it appears to be in a good location and it's layout and cleanliness is tops.

Bought some BBQ pork sausages from here, and ended up cracking tooth on a pigs tooth. Called Woolworths and they deflected the situation on to the manufacturer and sent me correspondence from their legal team. All of this took three months for absolutely no outcome. Thanks Woollies. Last but not least had to mention the deli is serving cold meats with gloves that are used to put the trash out. Fl[y problem in Deli too.

I find most woolworths staff arrogant and lost the simple ability of customer service. Instead of unpacking a basket and putting it into bags for you as has been since supermarkets were created, they're trying to push you to self serve by even telling you to unpack your own basket at a staffed checkout! Disgraceful and I won't be shopping at woolworths if that's their attitude or business model!

I used to really like shopping at ths store but since the changes to the store layout and registers have been made i no longer find it a suitable store to shop at. The loss of produce available, particularly fresh produce is really disappointing. And now we have to pay for the privilege of unloading, scanning a full trolley load of groceries without assistance whilst staff watch on.

Terrible service asked where dumplings pastry was even showered a picture got sent to other side of store (which was fine) couldn’t see it went to ask another staff member wouldn’t help apparently was going to give them COVID in there eyes wouldn’t help will never come back to store would have given 0 if I could and by the way I don’t have covid

The Checkout lady felt the need to question why my daughter was in the trolley and not walking and I also went to buy the promotional sunflower seeds and because she didn't know anything about them was a little reluctant to sell them to me and kept questioning me about them. I wanted a few to try and help the farmers, only reason why I got them.

Such a great experience with my direct to boot order! Order came very prompt and I managed to get beautiful produce (which was perfect as I was doing a photoshoot with this). I shop here weekly and it’s always stocked well and pretty clean. Have also had a great experience with management after a shopping mishap. Would recommend agin and again!

no stars this store is an absolute disgrace wouldn't let me change over a product i purchased from that store because i dint have a receipt i only wanted an exchange an elderly lady asked to exchange some noodles she had purchased from casey she had her receipt the rude attendant told her to take it back to that store your service is shitfull

poor experience can not stock heir shelves correctly then move stock to different spot which doubles the price and when ask for refund on all items put through a different cash register and the scale weights are different so you don't get the same refund the victorian weights should look into their scales as it is supposed to be a new store

One of the worst Woolworths I've ever been to the deli is only 1 deli fridge with very little choice. Let's get some flavoured cheese no we don't stock that we only have 3 choices. So its check out time no check outs open only self serve with faulty equipment and a grumpy team member at the self check out who would not speak to anybody

The only reason I give this woollies one star it’s because i’m not able to draw money out of the front desk because of policy the new policy is I have to buy something to draw money out, most woollies and Coles in the south east don’t have this policy. The ATM outside woollies spends more time out of order than anything else.

Iam tired this store forcing us to self serve saying it what the customers want?yeah right we want less service?And to make it worse they close the larger selfserve area with conveyors designed for trolley load groceries and force you to use smaller self serve area thats only for a few items? …

A I. The latest in digital tech. I should be paid to shop there as you do absolutely everything bar stack your own shelf. Fresh food my arse. It's dear as hell for 2nd rate product and you do all the work for them. Oh don't ask where anything is. Actually don't ask anything as it's a major drama.

Look I know with covid its stressful to go to the store and be near people... but if I've been walking around to do a huge shop I want someone to at least bag my groceries... and they don't have that here anymore. Its only self serve checkouts. I won't go back for that single reason.

July 2020 Very spacious. Good bakery with well-handled refridgerated cakes that wasn't trashed like the immediately previous one I went to on a hunt. Touchless hand sanitizer was empty at the entrance.. Sheltered carpark and short walk up a level! Seems like brand new store.

I love shopping here ! Lots of parking and underground parking which is a bonus when you have to young kids. Staff are always super friendly! But what’s with the flies? It’s been so bad the last month, they are everywhere. Management needs to do something about it.

Great clean big store, great parking with very good quality fresh fruits and veg (unlike coles dandenong that consists of fruit n veg that looks a month old) and doesnt have 30 buskers sitting out the front fighting each other like coles either..

This supermarket used to be a real good supermarket now they've cut it in half and you've only got half as much stuff in there would definitely go past this and go bit further down the road to Coles in Hallam we're not even bother going here

In a little shopping complex, stocks were full, staff were friendly and helpful when I couldn't find an item, store was clean and although they are not open 24hrs they open till 10 which is great for people coming home late like I was.

Excellent alternative to Woolworths Dandenong Plaza because of shopping crowd can slow buying, even though favorite items can be out of stock during this pandemic. Still plenty of other product brands to choose so not really worried.

Big new store that opened a few years ago. A little quiet every time I am there but they have almost everything in stock. Check out staff are helpful, floor staff isn’t so much as they are more interested in stocking the shelves.

Normally great service....but was harrased of 1 loaf of bread because they limited to 2 loaves never had signs up I never knew n young staff guy trying to make a scene his loss....sadly be going back to Coles shopping now on

Big store most of it taken up by home delivery orders very small deli compared to other Woolworths not a great selection very limited serviced checkouts mainly self serve. In saying all that staff where very friendly/helpful

Very clean store. Staff nice ,I usually shop at Coles it's closer to home, but recently been going to woolworths and found the choice of products is much better. Keep it up woolworths, it boosts us up at this horrible time.

Because of this week's commemorative coins, I want to exchange for commemorative coins, but the clerk's attitude is very bad, which makes me very unhappy. I didn't offend her. There is no need for such a bad attitude.

New built. Big area. Easy to get car park. If you hungry before or after shopping. There's plenty of yummy food around. Bunnings warehouse just on the other side. Easy to get the car park as well. Have a lovely day

While it has a good selection of goods for it's smaller than the average woolworths store size. I guess it also doesn't have much else store wise to attract you to the area unless you're looking for bunnings.

The rude Indian woman at the front kiosk ignored me for as long as she could until no one else turned up & she had to serve me. No smile, wouldn't recognise customer service if it was swimming in her curry.

So Disappointing. The deli is 2m long and has maybe 5 items, no olives, no salmon etc. Does not stock the same products as endeavour hills Woolworths (which is much better) never going to that one again

Great woollies to drop into on the way home and staff are always happy from what I've seen. Only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they is not as much variety as the bigger Woolworth stores.

A very large exceptionally clean store with a very wide array of foodstuffs. Has all dairy products in huge glass fronted refrigerators. A much more energy efficient strategy.

Been locked out of home and staff member refused to check lost and found for my keys, had quite the attitude and wouldn't even drop me off a blanket. Coles would've helped me.

There is plenty of space in the isls for shopping trolleys to pass, and the store is nicely laid out. I found the staff very friendly, and finding a car park very easily.

Its ok. I need fresh produce and like most supermarkets its all in plastic to suite a family. There is a limted selection also. Bring back unpackaged produce please.

Ample parking underground and a lift so you can easily transport your shopping. Not a massively busy store so stock is always there and staff are kind and attentive.

Smaller store than other stores so sometimes doesn't have all things in stock or a large variety of products. Very quiet store though all of the time.

There is not much stock in this store. I got an item in my rewards app. I went to this store, and I was told none of the stores have the item.

We love being able to park our car underneath and that there is banking, chemist and t'lotto. Also public toilets that are clean if needed

Cashier dropped my bag on the floor while she was putting in my items which I paid for and when I got home some of my items where missing
