Really loved the atmosphere of the area.. and all the availabilities in here! I'm really very glad whenever I come here! More than anything, the essence of seeing people with their families- on a day-outing and their cheerful faces while shopping and roaming around really makes me happy! The Best part today was the coloring that was taking place for #THELIONKING! I WAS STAR STRUCKED the moment I saw a small area attributed for it! Being a #Disneyfan I was immensely captured by the beautiful site! More such workshops for artists should also be incorporated (being an artist myself).. it's a good means of showing artistic perspective!

I had an amazing experience at this woolworths, i spoke to this girl named brooke over the phone and she put aside an item for me, i came in and came right to the service counter and was greeted by a girl with ombré hair and a beautiful smile with a name tag saying maria (not sure if her name was brooke or maria) either way, she recognised who i was. she is an absolute angel on earth and helped me in a way no person has before. If you’re seeing this, you are an absolute gem and i will repay you for the kindness you displayed to me tonight ❤️ good people do exist in the world and they come in the form of retail workers

Handy easy to navigate well stocked store Has good distance from poisonous toxin Melissa Martin who has infected the Ivanhoe store with among other things cellulite that her trainer is fercly battling R.I.P..........both Ivanhoe and that poor trainer On the plus side (no pun intended) positive ppl recover immediately from this toxin the toxin itself needs a better circle of positive friends for support hopfuly ones that care enough to say the truth (Stop wearing active wear it's not mericale wear and won't get active on its own )

Absolutely appalling display from the staff at woolies this evening, accusing another shopper of ‘stealing’ a trolley when they were only moving it out of the way. The manner in which this staff member conducted themselves was ridiculous, it was further compounded when the spineless store manager did nothing to help the situation but instead choosing to remain silent while their staff member verbally assaulted a customer. Utterly disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating another human being in this manner.

Woolworths Brimbank is so below standard for product varieties. The no trolley policy in the self serve is an absolute pain. I had to queue up to a register, while the operator had a good conversation with the customer and was holding the items in your hand instead of swiping them. Does she think we all have all the Time in the world to do our shopping? Your prices are way over the top and as a consequence of your self-serve policy I no longer do my main shopping in Woolworths. I go to IGA and Coles

I love this supermarket. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. There’s a lovely lady named Joy who sometimes mans the self serve checkouts. She has a sweet and gentle nature. Also, on weekend mornings there’s a young girl named Tricia who is always happy and bubbly. It’s not a facade, it’s just her ebullient nature. I suffer depression and oftentimes it’s just a little thing such as being served by someone who is so nice to be around, that can make a world of difference.

Regarding “direct to boot” orders, I have done 10+ orders and few problems that can be improved - half the time you can’t park in designated spot as people just park there, need to improve this - long wait time, sometimes had to call or enter store after waiting 15-20 mins - always things missing from order e.g forgotten bags in fridge or freezer, or no fruit or veg Have to remind myself to stop doing direct to boot orders from this location However in store shopping is fine!

almost all the time was great except on someday closes 10 minutes earlier than scheduled closing time. I work arvo shifts and finish at 10.30pm takes me 20 minutes to get here so i can quickly grab something to cook up and eat for tge night it usually only takes me around 5 minutes to i would always make it out the door before 11pm but some nights the sercurity guard wont let me in saying, "my manager told me to close". probably the only.thing disapoint about this place .

Nice warm friendly staff, just prices of food etc, getting very expensive otherwise very good ,I know I'm pretty much speaking for everyone when I say drop your prices you make plenty of profits so as a respectful member of society please give as much back to the consumer, with us/customers you wouldn't have state/country wide mega stores that only make corporate and share holders happy ,so please consider the ones speaking money at your stores .thankyou

Yes I do like this Woolies!! -a few items can be hard to locate like maple syrup and breadcrumbs, plus there is not a lot of staff around that you can ask in the lanes. But if you go direct to the front desk they are very helpful and will be glad to show you where to locate the items. Good bakery selection well displayed at front of store. Also always lovely fresh flowers, beautiful bouquets -you wouldn’t know they came from Woolies!! Great team!

Got serve by this rudest lady customer service and laziest, I've ever encountered. Express lane wasn't busy..so I used it. It doesn't say 15 items or less...cos she was too lazy to work, she had to make a comment. We got into a lil argument and she got the nerves to say I haven't got common sense. It wasn't busy...she wasn't even doing much except chatting. If customer service is not her thing...please go stack some shelves! Recipe

I came in the other day to buy my weekly groceries when I couldn’t help realise that one of the old ladies that were working. I think her name was Vesna, but she was giving the worse customer service I have ever seen. The way she was acting was disgusting behaviour. She was giving the customer attitude and it seemed like she was was treating her co workers very poorly. Please do something about her, you’ve lost a customer.

Always helpful and friendly whether on the phone or over the counter. I go and see Dr. Dev prepared with my questions and at times random health questions. He's very helpful and knowledgeable with Men's health. I also go and see Dr. Roya for my baby boy along with the other lady there (I forgot her name) who are so warm and lovely. I do recommend this clinic as they have a decent age range for all age groups.

Always fresh with amazing deals. Been going here for 18 years when it was initially called Safeway and they've never failed to impressive me with quality and affordable products. I would also recommend the roasted chicken from the deli section. They cook them at around 1pm to 5pm and they taste delicious, and only cost $10 to $12. They also serve Brisket, Country Style Chicken and Corned Beef.

I think Woolworths brimbank new slogan should be changed to the overdue food people, as their food is definitely not fresh. I have on multiple times handed overdue food to the staff and also having to return to the store for refunds of way over due so called fresh food. I give 5 stars for not removing over due food's . I no longer will be shoping there after 40 years. 1 very unhappy customer.

Ok .. we went there on Friday and I supplied my bags to the put my groceries in. The lady packed the last bag too heavy and when she picked it up the handle came off. She asked if I wanted another bag .. I said yes .. when I checked my receipt she had charged me 15c ... she was the cause of breaking the bag .. not happy at all .. I used to rate this store but not today ..

I prefer shopping at Woolies because they have a good range of organic fruit and veggies. They also have organic groceries which are labelled macro organic in a large variety in most isles. Their prices are great and I'm soo impressed that they are slowly increasing their range. Would recommend all to try out their range without paying ridiculous prices elsewhere.

Majority of the time I go there, it has been great customer service from everyone working there. But today you lose a star in rating, all because of one worker, Vesna, not only was she low-key rude and giving me attitude, but she didn't pack my items with care and broke a box of cookie, but she did go and replace it (making it longer than I should have taken).

Considering there is both a Aldi and colds at the shopping center the Woolworths has the price it's goods rather competitively always a great spot to go if you're after a reduced baked good their clearance section is always something to nibble on but generally doesn't fulfill needs enough to avoid visiting multiple stores at complex

Usually, its very quick service at the checkouts early mornings until 11 o'clock. Update: left a $5 item at the checkout confusion of plastic bags... and was compensated with a 25 cent addition to my rewards card. LOL. Once more and its back to Coles !! Not good enough woolworths .. bagged area required not a caroussel of confusion.

Fast click and collect service. The team member is polite and helpful. However, Woolies need to improve one thing on the App for customers to mention the car park bay number to let the team member be aware of which customers are waiting for the order. Very crowded supermarket. Click and collect parking often fill up pretty quickly.

I ordered online from This Shop! And they missed to pack some items and i didnt received it! I called them! And they blamed on Delivery man! I called delivery man and he said he delivered all what they packed for me! At the end, i just lost my money coz i didnt received all the items that i paid for! Bad experience shopping ever.

Not a very good experience at the Woolworths brimbank shopping centre today Because I spend 28.55 and not 30 dollars I was refused the Disney mini collectables for my children which made them really sad Whereas in coles at the same place both my children got 1 each and I didn’t even spend 20 dollars

This Safeway is always full of people grocery shopping, especially at peak hours. But the workers here do a good job at keeping the shelves always neatly and fully stocked. I never have a problem finding what I need to purchase. I get really good deals on certain days as well which is a bonus!

I was looking for something from veggies aria I couldn't find it I ask some1 for help that person said that person that works that aria was on a brake and he walked off... He wasn't help full no way I went to ask the front desk and they came out to help.. some people doesn't want to work...

The best Woolworths in Melbourne! Staff are super awesome, friendly and helpful! I have been a customer for about 20 years and I think that it has continually made progress for improvement. (Please bring back the funny jokes in the fresh food section above the stalls - they made my day!)

Worst customer service. There were five employees standing there n no one bothered helping me out. Honestly woolworths should consider hiring better staff w better manners cus the staff they got now will scare off customers n the store might loose alot of customer because of them.

The staff and management here are so good! I've been click and collecting my groceries for a year now and they're always so quick and efficient, polite and friendly. The only down fall is trying to park in a bay when they're already occupied by inconsiderate people …

Not much stock when it comes to fruit and veg. And also sell mainly Woolworth's brand meat. And is very dirty around outside entrance should pay someone to pressure wash as its off putting I try to avoid it unless sometimes in Shopping Centre.

It is one of the biggest Woolworth store easy access and have everything you need. Plenty parking at the front 2 way access . The only to things need to improve customer service which most super market doesn't have it anyway ☺️

9:50pm on a Friday night Went to get nappies and got told we couldn’t go in because the store was closed the store closes at 10pm not 9:50 let a girl in to get cigarettes but can’t let a mother in to get nappies.

It's a pretty standard Woolworths supermarket with an adjoining BWS. At peak times it does become very busy, but the management seem to be responsive and have additional cashiers working at most of these times.

Worst experience the lady at the front wouldn’t even put my stuff in my bags and refused to .but all the other cashiers were doing it and gave me a angry stare when she gave me the receipt. Worst employee ever.

It may have a few items that the nearby Coles doesn't have however I would t rate them for their fruit and veg as it seems to be a lot less fresh as compared to Coles or the green grocers.

This is the best Woolworth Store across Brimbank. It's BIG its CLEAN and its open late. Plus they sell my favourite Cacciatore Salami which the store closer to me in St Albans DON'T

Need to open more person to person checkouts. Hire more people help the economy and the community by making more jobs available. Other then that not much else to comment on

They have uped the game! In-store bakery, and a broader selection of brands compared to one other large chain. New light in store, painted.. Looks fresh and inviting.

Easy enough drive to get there, plenty of car spots. The staff are really friendly & helpfull with customer questions. I would recommend this store to other people.
