It's was not good went to the deli I was waiting for few minutes she was serviceing another customer but I think he was finish but just went around me.ijust ask her for some things but she said that she wasn't finished the the other men she told me just wait till I get finished with him so just wait your turn in a real bad voice so I left without my things I wanted from the deli.and then I went to the cashier and she was on the phone that's how visit was at lang. Sorry about all that

I often see and hear comments on the older lady who is rude etc. Well I agree and yet nothing is done about it. No people skills at all! It's a shame, as other staff are pleasant and helpful. Also there's seems to be a problem with the bakery as there's never any bread there,even at midday and the milk, their own brand, always has a chemical smell and taste. I don't know how many bottles I've tipped down the drain. So! I now shop at Coles

Don’t expect me to do my own check out then your machine gets it wrong - not happy. I had to prove I was right to the supervisor- and I was but it proves customer service is not high on the agenda here and who cares about the customers- like they are not making enough from us!

As a tradie I get in between 6.00-6.30 am and let me tell you nothing beats an oven fresh baked good in the morning! Great staff will pick it and pack it for you while it's still steaming hot! All with a price no one can argue with. Great work and thank God for bakers!

Floor staff and butcher staff are friendly but self serve staff have no manners and the older women working there need a refresher on what customer service is. Always a delight to go in on a Thursday Friday night the checkout staff are far more friendly at that time.

Great little shopping centre, feels like your local, doing their best during hard times and staff have been friendly and helpful. Always open another register if you waiting and young kids who work there have good Customer service skills. A nice place to shop.

Don't Woolworths replace torn green bags? It says on the bag that they do. However, a cashier today, was unable to replace my torn green bag and in fact actually tried to charge me for a replacement plastic version. I thought that was a bit much!!

Just phoned Vicki about some dog food we bought which was out of date. I didn't have the docket because I'd thrown it out several days previous. Vicki advised to bring the product back for exchange or refund. Great service thanks Vicki 07/07/2017

Yet again my grocery delivery arrives so much missing and the delivery person piled bags in front of door so we couldn’t get out. Seriously how hard is it to get this right!!! Still have outstanding credit from last weeks order!!

Normally I go to larger stores, but langwarrin is quieter, and that's just perfect. A well stocked store, and friendly staff. Customer service standards are excellent, and your shoppers appreciate it

Reasonable service but the quality of the fruit and veg leaves a lot to be desired almost no organic food and some of the spinach look like it should have been in the compost heap.

I would like to change my rating to 1. This is because there is a lack of checkout operators (namely only 1 opened at prime time). Please improve on this or I am off to Coles.

I went shopping today and this older lady named Michell who served me at the cash register yelled on me repeatedly to unpack our stuff...Not happy at all! So rude...

I have been shopping here for years but due to the unfriendly staff and the clear lack of responsibility among the team I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Some of the things I’ve gotten from here have been really close to being out of date for example:(cheese, bread ect) but other than that is not that bad.

Absolutely disappointed in this store continuing to reduce their plant based and vegan food options, especially the ones that are popular items!

Great bread & veggies Meat is usually great from. Butcher part.. prices are a bit High ALDI is about 2/3rds less the Cost. Staff are friendly

Mid sized supermarket. Large floor plan, Courtesy wheelchair with shopping trolley attachment. Staff are 'Ninja Level' at packing groceries.

I love to eat cheese and bacon roles, and there is a lot of wollies that have them with a por amount of cheese and bacon on them.
