"Very disappointed in this store"
Thinking perhaps the staff are trained in this store to be rude and obnoxious to customers. Food is very average and I avoid going there as much as possible. Just wondering what the SOP was or is regarding the gold coin promotion. Asked if the man had any as he was packing my shopping, he had a look and said sorry I don't but go to the service desk as they should have some. So I did. Well nasty rude woman couldn't be bothered. I was just an inconvenience. Looked like a manager I really wish I had got her name. Told me we have a lucky dip here and the coins a spread out across registers and if you're lucky you get 1 if not bad luck maybe next time. So I said really , I wish I had known when I came in then I would buy each product at different registers. Her reply was yes that's what you should do. I had to ask for the pixar cards , then it was huff do you have your receipt and gave me 3 cards. No wonder I choose to go to the new Woolworths at cranbourne west now. Such nice pleasant staff, always willing to help and have no issues giving out coins if they have them. So if anyone knows what the actual protocol is for serving customers can you go tell these rude women. Normally I wouldn't be this forward but when people treat people with disrespect, I feel very let down.
I was in store and we had a product which was missed labeled so a person Mrs. K was “helping us” she was rude on approach like I had my trolly ready to leave and then she just push it between say that the other customer need to use and then I see her chatting with a friend for a few minutes while another waited after they had finished check out. She was very rude and when they came back from price check she talked to us like we were kids and she was just being racist like it was so obvious she was were just an unpleasant person
Hit and miss but overall not very warm and welcoming Front register staff are consistently unfriendly, especially the leaders in the front. Staff at registers m Standing and gossiping about management while customers waiting in line. The culture in this store needs to be fixed. Customer experience is poor like they do us a favour when we shop there. Showing lights are inside the store. The team that fill stock are really friendly so ate the Deli and the butcher. If experience is not important just shop amd leave.
I just want to thank Emma for going above and beyond. I have been struggling to get nappies for my son and Emma and another worker who’s name i didn’t get tried everything they could to help. Through these hard times and people bulk buying and leaving nothing it’s so heartwarming to have these workers who slave their behinds off and do in my opinion the hardest job around (customer service) Thank you so much Ayla
Very disappointed in this store. The fresh fruit is generally very average, sick of dodging staff filling shelves. Why can’t this be done at night. Now they seem to be replacing the registers with self serve. Only one register open when I was there with a queue. Don’t they want to employ staff. Will be looking for another supermarket even if I have to travel a bit further. One if the worst stores I have been to.
Another good clean store. Woolies are picking up their game. They have, to have you seen the new fit outs at Aldi they are really good. Their stores are ranked number one in my books. This compan y doesnt mess around thry have all their stores reported with everything new about every 5-7 years. No old leaking fridges there. But yeah this applies was a nice clean attractive store.
We were badly treated by a self service checkout team member called Amber. We didn't know the balance of the gift card and when we reached her, she was so arrogant and acted rude saying she doesn't know either and can't help. Also asked us to check in the website for the balance. Very poor customer service but only from her for the first time in our local woollies.
One of the best and safe place to shop in Lyndhurst. I have been to few other shops, but none of the other stores I visited had the excellent social distancing and hygenic measure Lyndhurst Woolies had been maintaining. Thank you all the staff for the commendable job you are doing to keep the shop and shoppers a safe shopping experience. Keep up the good work.
As Woolworths is close to my house no options so I have to buy all my groceries there and always .Disappointed sometimes as fresh food people is not fresh veggies. Moldy. Fruits or veggies and not very fresh as look likes dying veggies. Sometimes came home and found veggies or fruits moldy and don't bother to return back each times so annoying
Bad levels of staffing. Not enough registers open. You reconciled your registers way too early. Caused us an unnecessary 10-15min in line. I saw your signs on all the registers but the one next to self checkout. Leave more than one person to check people out or install the self checkouts with large order capacity (conveyor belt)
Bought some Pak Choy from here with a potentially harmful chemical on it. Still waiting on a response from Woolworths to let me know what it is. Its now been a month and I have still heard nothing from them, everytime I call they tell me someone will get back to me within 72hrs but no one ever does. Terrible customer service.
Went for shopping on Sunday and found only 2 lanes were running and had people everywhere with full trollies. Waited for 20 minutes before served. Some brainless people working FREE for them through SO CALLED SELF CHECKOU, SAME PEOPLE WONT DO ANYTHING FREE OUTSIDE WORLD BUT BECOME LAB RAT FOR GIANTS BUSINESS.
Excellent shop on the heart of Lyndhurst. Great parking and great food inside. Shopping carts are always clean and there are always sanitiser wipes available which is good. The meat department and deli has great staff who are friendly and helpful with yummy food. They even give away free fruit to the kids.
It's a Woolworths, bit it's a great layout and easy to get around. All the usual there ave never dissatisfied. Car park is a bit funny but good always available car parks. Bonus is all the specialty ships there too if you're craving something straight away. Toilets available on the side street.
First time to Woolies in Marriott Waters, so convenient to park in the Accrod parking right in front. Range of products and displays are much better and better quality than Thompson Rd. My wife enjoys her first trip too. We will certainly come more ofter.... keep it up mates !!!!
Always love going to carrum downs plaza many great shops and little cafès there to pop in and have a lattè but most of all we have woolies and kart both under the same roof. I can be in there all day and it just seems like 5 minutes.....love the place ❤❤ …
I came on Friday i saw store manager not wearing safety vest while she was using Pallet Jack in the store and she left meat pallet out for 45 minutes and she put it on shelves. She very rude to customers I want come next time because I don't want to get sick because of meat.
Rude, unknowledgeable staff, self checkout machines that don't work properly, aisles CONSTANTLY cluttered with shelf stocking during business hours (with staff who refuse to make way for customers). The store manager has no idea how to run a business.
Received the worse service night , they had a system error with my rewards card , the lady avoided my whole transaction which was more than 40 items , she stood there and watched me the whole time. She didn’t even apologise or offered any help !!
Worst woolworths i’ve been to. Never stocked, always short staffed, place is messy. 7pm on a friday night and no roast chickens and no more to be mad for the evening. You’d be better off driving 15minutes away to casey central then visiting here
This is definitely one of the best Woolworths I've been to and I'm glad it's so close to home. Although at times they seem a little short staffed at the cash registers, staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean.
I used to shop at this store as they understood that the Self Serve Registers should be about convenience for the customer and had 15c bags on the register for the customer to use. In fairness the walk to the bags is not a ridiculous as at
went to buy a pouch of cigarettes this morning, blonde lady was very rude and was unnecessarily raising her voice all because i needed a hand to pic what flavoured pouch i needed probably would be a better place if she was not working lol
Good store but their click and collect is a pain. My fridge items are always missing. Everytime either i have to come again or i have to wait there. Its a fail. Please improve and check all the items before you come towards customer
Running out of chickens by 6 pm to 7 pm .. disappointing but seems like chickens are popular.. Hope they can cook more .. other than that clean store friendly staff coming here for more than 5 years and still happy good job Wollies
Had the most wonderful service from a guy "Mick" in the Butcher section today...he went out of his way to assist and nothing was too much trouble he's great asset to Woolworths Marriot Waters....hope he's there nextweek!
Love the new look, the whole store has been revamped,if you can't find it here then nobody will have it. The staff are all very user-friendly and very helpful and we always have a laugh with the staff at the checkouts .
This Woolworths Lyndhurst is a clean & fresh store -- the staff are very accurate , friendly & service with a smile !!! It is a big benefit in the area -full of goodness & products - neat & well organised !! …
Horrible .... please be careful... they do sell expired dairy products and are not even apologetic when I went to return the product. On top of that they mislead by placing wrong promotion labels and makes you buy.
Very brusque and discourteous staff. Always out of stock and never hold promotion items (ie. ooshies). I have to give one star because it is the minimum. I would never recommend anyone going to this Woolworths
This is my favourite woolworths to go o because the Carpark is huge and easy to get around in without fearing people will scratch your car. The woolies itself is also huge and has good stock and nice staff.
I’ve come here once. Shelves were quite empty, same with freezers. I needed to transfer money from one account and the phone reception in the store is almost non existent which was quite a disappointment.
Just went in 6:45 three ladies at the front not one said hello, good morning or even acknowledged we were there. Not one of them even served us, we had to go to self service. Pretty poor customer service.
just been asked to show my reciept after having to que again for cigs had my shopping all bagged and was asked if I had paid but my word wasn't good enough sure it was the way I was dressed after work!!!
Nice little shops with everything you need. Meat shop. $2 op shops. Fish and chip store. And all round a great place for you're shopping needs also has a gas station out front for you're car needs
Rude workers here, no smile on their faces, when you ask a question you’re made to feel like you shouldn’t have. Especially the brunette at self check out :) hope you have some better days
Went to buy a pacific ice cream not 1 in stock. The only thing that made up for it was the great service we received from Stephen in the service area. Would be great if shelves were full.
So over Marriott waters woollies. Have to wait and wait to get cash out be it $50,$100 or $200. Always understaffed. Don't tell me to use an ATM when they are all slowly being taken away.
Very frustrating that there’s no one at the registers when you have a large shop, and they make you scan everything yourself. I would go to Aldi if it had been open before 0800.
This Woolies is one of the only places that stocks the specific food items that I need, otherwise it's got a good variety of items and the staff are helpful and nice.
Typical store for this chain. Good range pricing is average. Not one of the cheapest Woolies just average. Staff polite and helpful. Location is good ample parking.
Clean, neat and organised store, BUT. . . I have noticed my favourite items have been discontinued for a limited choice of planned products. I'm disappointed
Great store, good specials, they have sample stock stand at the front of the store with free water, amazing. Store is bright, clean and well stocked.
There's an enquiries booth when manned, the self-service staff are very helpful and the store looks well kept. Parking is free and convenient too.
no stock ever and always mouldy fruit and veg. a few weeks ago i picked up a packet of tomatoes they were so fluffy mouldy absolutely disgusting.
Atm machines in the self serv area are so loose they are about to fall off. Have complained quite as few times but management don't listen
Fruits and vegetables are never fresh, often showing signs of rotting in the store. Good range of meats. Limited stock of some items.
Once they have reduced their plastic packaging, I'll rate them a 5 star . Great service and friendly staff. My regular store. …
Same as all the other supermarkets. Profits are up prices are up. Support small business when you can and when they are deserving.
Friendly staff and convenient location with Ample Parking. I tried click and collect service as well and my experience was great.
Woolworths at Marriott Waters is a very good shop. Has plenty of variety. The most awesome staff. And the parking is not bad
Mitchell, the checkout person who served me twice (yes, I forgot three items) was a stand-out... both cheery and helpfull !
Marriott Waters Woolworths is one of my favourites as it has wide aisles, good variety of products and staff are friendly.
Easy parking, easy to find what I want and usually good specials. Couldn't ask for much more as far as a supermarket goes.
There's nothing special about the place. It's just another Woolies but easily the main draw card for this whole centre.
Overall very rude staff. Not friendly and helpful at all evertime. Fungi strawberries and expired Mayo at the shelf.
Small. Barely any stock. "Sorry we are out of this product. Sorry, supply problems there. Sorry, can't get this in"
Staff were very cheerful , helpful and polite even though they were flat out. Well done a pleasure to shop there.
Fully stocked with food and meat very wide range of all types of fast moving consumer goods, service is excellent.
Always a clean, tidy, and fully staffed supermarket. Lovely wide aisles and lovely staff to help when required.
Great store, excellent location. Although staff are extremely rude. So disappointed this is my local Woolies..
This place has everything you need . Shopping for your daily needs and food for when youre hungry. Great place
Good clean store. Friendly staff. Edit: 2/2/23: wow, this store has been hit very hard with unavailable stock!
Always clean, well stocked, and staff are friendly. I am usually there between 4 and 5pm and it's never busy
Decent Woolies, good range of products. They are currently renovating the deli excited to see how it will be
I've only been there a few times. I love the layout. I get in & get out. Service has always been friendly.
Well stocked. March 2022 update: QR Codes no longer required. July 2022: Some produce shortages. Busy.
Staff friendly and helpful Took me awhile to find the bread isle as no signs to say like other stores
Easy quick parking outside and always has what I need in stock, not to busy for self checkout
Store is bright, clean and fresh food is always fresh. Can start to get busy Sunday afternoon
Great place to buy your groceries. However customer service could be better and welcoming.
As good as any other woollies. But reversed to what you know in your local supermarket
Sale and low price always. This shop items are a real competition for Aldi pricing.
Great store with lots of stock of items. Friendly staff. Never had a problem here
Clean store, friendly staff , good variety of products and in a good location
It's spacious Newish Clean Friendly It's not bad for a major supermarket
Pretty much i rely on this and Aldi next door. Plenty of parking too!
Woolies with a lot of not so happy staff they have management issues
It was easy to park and find what l needed, the staff were friendly
Good place to shop. Many other stores close by. Convinient Parking.
A big variety of groceries available to feed you and your family
Not the best experience especially with the consumable products
Good stock. Bad levels of staffing. Not enough registers open.
Always full of stock, great sales and good customer service
Full of stock. Easy to shop. Nice parking space available.
Good Parking and they are open Until 11pm. That helps.
Easy to shop and well laid out. Staff were friendly.
Always short staff, have to wait longtime every time
Quick stop to get milk and head home for a coffee
Good service Commodities same as other Woolies
Friendly staff, lots of stock on shelves.
Great shopping lots of space in each isle
Clean organised quiet plenty of stock
Basic woolie not overly helpful
Always friendly staff there :)
Friendly staff and great range
Great store , clean and fresh
Self checks never work
