"Some of the shelves need restocking"
Standard supermarket with lots of staff stocking after 9:30pm (Tuesday night, so as expected). Really love the range of plant-based options! I found the layout of the store to not be intuitive and I couldn't find the goat's cheese but was in a rush so didn't bother with annoying a staff member about it as they looked quite busy.
Deserves no stars customers do not figure in this place. Can't even look for cheese pushed away with a sorry 3 times by a staff member. Can't socially distance due to staff members in groups packing shelves and gossiping. Will drive further and go to Coles where at least customers are treated with the value that they are.
Just another Woollies, no better no worse .Its strange that that if you buy Alcohol you can redeem rewards points , but the store, even though it sells tobacco products does not give any rewards for cigarettes, may be they should be like Aldi and dont sell cigarettes at all, leave that to the tobacconists.

Some of the shelves need restocking. Fresh fruit and veggies sporadically dispersed throughout the produce section which makes it harder to find what you need...... especially if you're from overseas visiting. Items appear to look fresh. Specialty items priced very well.
Store is probably in need of a makeover as the building is showing it’s age, but otherwise it’s very well stocked and supplies are plenty. Parking can be difficult and can just come down to pure luck. Otherwise it’s another typical Woolies with plenty of toilet paper.
Pretty bad. Very limited choice of food, and they often sell stuff weeks, or in a few cases I've found, even months after the use by/best before date. Then they try to tell you that it's your fault for not checking everything before buying it. Ridiculous.
Ok it has got to be the worst car park I've parked in. I had 2 people door my car in car park and I was in the car! the young lady looked over and what's the problem. I proceeded into woollies and it was amazing the bakery section to the
Woolworth typical Woolworth, i just don't get why Woolworth it's Getting Expensive, I have been all types of deli's and the prices are most of the time much less especially fruit and vegetables, meat, then when it's comes to wines it's also
I understand that the lady floor manager did not want to be there today, however she could have at least pretended to care. Unfortunately, due to her attitude, she helped a criminal who physically and sexuality assaulted 3 separate females,
It is a very old and outdated Woollies compared with so many lovely new ones. It reminds us of the old "big milkbar" in Chelsea. Come on, Woollies - invest in the Mordy Woollies. We much prefer Thrift Park Woollies and go there instead when
Woolworths Mordialloc is very neat & tidy - stacked always beautifully of every product in store -- the service at the counter is prompt & the staff are very friendly & happily answer to any queries on the supermarket - helping to find what
Good Afternoon to the Woolworths Manager. I would be better for your client base if the car parking was controlled a little more so that shoppers to your site were able to find a parking spot instead of all those using the parking lot are
there is a huge obese manager who is super rude and intimidating to me for not wearing a mask even though I have an exemption. se got told to stop staring yet she still did not until she was confronted and only then did she leave me alone.
Same old same old, not much changes here. I visit other branded supermarkets due to the higher quality fresh fruit and vegetables. The only reason to visit rarely is to grab the odd item, others don't stock. It's kept clean and tidy, the
Grate staff, 99% are very friendly 1% well some people just have a bad day now and then, if you treat them friendly then they will be friendly back, if for some reason you treat them like sh#t, dont be a simpleton and expect them to be
my usual store, young deli staff are always great, Saturday late afternoon served by an unmasked(under chin) female with no gloves, no mask, no apron, no hair net, no manners who didn't just reach in under glass but proceeded to almost
It happens on Sunday morning around 9 to 10:30am on 13th Of March, 2022 from Woolworth Mordialloc, where orders are delayed by almost 40 mins and ended up giving me incorrect items that were mixing around with other order. And after I
Our local Safeway Mordialloc is, but I totally avoid on weekends and busy nights, car park is very small, and not used for woolies shoppers at all!! Which makes me angry! People will park here and go to the beach or pubs or other
Amazing customer service. I have been struggling to find Brewers yeast at a local Woolies for lactation cookies lately. I asked at the service desk for assistance. Kiera & Paige went above & beyond. They checked their store but
Woolies did not have wool. I am exceptionally disappointed as that is what woolies suggests. I came here with my friends and family and knitting needles, promising to get lots of colourful black wool. Will not come here again.
Always judge a supermarket by is veggy section. Good range and all fresh looking. The staff were arranging all the veg when we were there. Sunday evening and not busy. Easy to get a checkout and very nice checkout person.
main entrances close before 7 it’s ridiculous, every Tuesday night the tickets are taken down well before 5pm and the older staff are super rude. Had a SELF SERVE attendant watch me pay for my grocery’s OVER MY SHOULDER.
Not bad but not the best. Needs to be more space for the trolley to exit. In self serve Just seemed a bit cramped because of the self serve exit was too close to a checkout and the wall... it needs to be open .
I had a brilliant experience at this store, I was being served by a nice young gentleman by the name of Travis. We had a jolly good chat while he packed my bags, I will be coming here more often in the future!
I hate the fact, Woolworths dont accept returns, even with receipt. The excuse they use is "due to covid" If item unsuitable, untouched n not damaged should be accepted for exchange or refund.
Has most of what you can expect from Woolworths. Good, clean layout (traditional) with helpful staff and a GREAT location next to the beach. The store however is very dated.
Thank you Mordialloc On Line shopping team for my first on-line order being totally correct. The little note and box of chocolates made our day. You're doing a great job.
Staff in the bakery and meat department are not helpful or polite. Girls in the deli are nice. Manager really needs to have a good look at customer service in this shop.
Amazing personal service. Exceptionally helpful especially when trying to wrangle a cheeky toddler. Steph at the self checkout is incredible. Cannot thank her enough
My elderly aunt purchased milk that was 3 days out of date. Staff need to do a better job of checking the dates of their stock. Disgusting service and dirty store.
Not a bad Store, well stocked, their English section was well stocked, with items I hadn’t seen in CBD stores, so that was good. Staff were friendly and helpful
Helpful staff with a good range available on shelves. Still some holes with stock due to pandemic supply chain issues but most things available
Always there for me. Although, can be a bit weird sometimes on beach days to see kids walking around inside in bikinis and boardies.
Great service a pleasure to be served today by a lovely lady who has great customer service I guess that's why she is the boss today
I love this place and you should too. Whether its the money underneath the checkout, or the cashiers not caring when
Great shop, in Woolworths standards, parking could be bigger as during peak hours could struggle to find parking
Good products and good prices. Store is always clean and rarely so busy that you'll have to wait long
Its a supermarket the staff are very cheerful happy to help or let you shop and everything is there
This is a local type of market but still one can get everything good market
The specials are great and the staff are very friendly. Merry Christmas.
Always clean and well supplied. Good service staff. Handy location.
Needs a total rebuild to create a larger store and better range.
Great store always hard to get some park and the bays are small
Not as good as Thrift Park, I only go there if I'm in a hurry.
Very relaxed and clean store. Air-conditioning working well.
Friendly staff just not open late enough
Parking needs to be looked at
Variety. Helpful staff
Good shop
