So rude staff and have no knowledge of own company's policies . I always shop there and i just went to buy USB charging cable , at check out i asked staff if it comes with warranty, he asked the other staff member and she told me once you open it we can't return it , and i asked what if i open it and it doesn't work can i return and she told me No! It's manufacturers warranty we don't return it , she told me it's like TV, manufacturer fixes it . And she told me it should work . Im still shocked thinking if cable doesn't work i have to chase manufacturer, how does that work. That was really rude attitude and its shocking they don't know their own terms and conditions whereas , woolworth clearly says if product is faulty we ll cheerfully refund , excahnge or repair the product . I ended up leaving the cable at the counter . But request to staff members please read your policies stop acting like you own woolworth . Thank you

I made 2 separate transactions at the self check out. Was accused of stealing when I went to leave, staff member had approached me earlier asking if I was making a separate transaction, which I replied "yes". When I went to leave she accused me of not paying for items. I provided the receipt and advised I paid for the items. The staff member then gave the receipt back and walked away without an apology. The staff member was distracted talking to another staff member instead of focusing on the multiple customers self checking out. Would have been nice to get an apology instead of walking off without a word. I shop here often and first experience of unpleasantness.

Walked in and QR coded in, other shoppers had no masks and did not QR code in. When I asked staff member who was checking and assisting other customers to code on why they were not asked to put a mask on and code in she replied, we are not allowed to because they can become violent and it put us in an unsafe situation. I replied well aren’t you putting everyone else who does the right lawful thing at risk and an unsafe situation. I want to shop and know that the owners are looking after us and ensuring us that they are covid safe and following a covid workplace plan. This workplace is not

Loved the fact that its big enough not to feel too crowded like the other branches in Melton. It serves the Muslim community well with a dedicated Halal meat section (I think this is the only Woolworths branch that offers this here in Melton) and a generous section of Middle Eastern groceries. Very thoughtful way of placing the not-quite-right produce near the entrance for customers like me, who can easily enjoy genuinely great low prices which are affordable for everyone! I cannot find a dedicated batteries recycling bin.

Although the place is fairly clean and well stocked. It seems they have sufficient staff I can count 7-8 staff members around the store. The problem is they absolutely never have the counters open and force you to take a full trolley either through the sec serve or the express check out. This is the case absolutely every single time we come here. Really poor management. It take forever to do a normal shop here for absolutely no reason as they have ample staff to have at least one register open.

What kind of service they provide? Need a good training to the staff at online orders. Bad behaviour and showing attitude doesn’t help Woolworths, but, yes, customer wouldn’t like to come there and order. I wish I could give 0 to the service I received. If the staff is unable to provide services then replace them with good staff. NOT a happy customer and i will never buy anything from here and also suggest others to not to come here.

Woolworths uses mobile phone jammers to prevent customers from making a decision when buying products. This wasnt an issue when they just opened the store as it was working fine but now you can tell the difference. You WONT have any reception throughout the store. Once out of the store reception comes back. Also tested with another 2 providers Vodafone and Telstra.

Was okay until they decided you have to buy something in order to get cash out... Even at the self checkout ? Lady made me spend 50c to get cashout when I used a self checkout ? This should be a crime , what do you seriously gain from doing this other than the gain off loss ? You probably don't care and won't even see this but whatever I'm changing to aldi

Love this new Woolworths, it’s so clean and beautiful, I was always dreading needing to go to Woodgrove after moving to Melton but in love with Opalia. It feels a lot like Rosenthal Woolworths in Sunbury which is where we shopped before and that is a new Woolworths too. Extra major plus, they’ve an entire Vegetarian/Vegan fridge section!

So tired of the out of stocks at this store. I know we have low staff levels but even if it's out the back and not on the shelf..... missed out on a lot of items, particularly specials. This happens week after week after week. Pull up your socks Woolies or I'm back to Coles. I end up having to go there anyway.

I don't usually shop at Woolworths, but the gluten & lactose friendly biscuits the chocolate mint ones are really nice & taste similar the the wheat version ones. I'm impressed with the service I received, quick & direct & to the point which is handy when pressed for time. I would recommend this place.

This little shopping plaza is getting busier. You can shop everything without any need to travel any further. You have woolworths, chemist warehouse, indian grocery, japanese, chinese, Indian restaurant, pizza place, hair saloon, gym, childcare and soon a swim school is opening as well.

This is my new favorite Woolworths! It’s always nice and clean. Staff are lovely. Nice coffee shop just outside to grab whilst walking around. Click n collect was easy. The bottle shop is right there as part of it as you leave the register. No issues with anything there!

I've never bothered reviewing a supermarket before but the customer service here was appalling. My $2 got stuck in their trolley and wouldn't come out, when I asked for help the staff flat out accused me of lying and claimed the coin was already stuck there.

I had a 'senior' moment today and tried to use a cancelled card. However, after calling my bank and realising my error. All was good.the cashier was extremely helpful and polite and I advised the manager at the service desk of her assistance.

Staff were very friendly, clean atmosphere, straightforward layout, free fruit for the kids, not too busy, convenient location next to Chemist Warehouse and other shops. More convenient than the central Woolworths in Melton, easier to park.

Great place to shop, its all new, clean and so easy to find what you need. It is a carbon copy of the new Woolies in Altona just off Millers road. Once the surrounding shops are completed, it will make a great place to do all your shopping.

Nice new store, but poorly managed. They constantly work on a skeleton system when it comes to staff, on busy days they have one belt register open and a line of trolleys waiting in que. No doubt this idea stems from woolworths head office

One of our new locals, brand new build so everything is nice and shiny. A little hard to find everything because it's a new arrangement then usual Woolworths designs but the staff are friendly and good specials are on occasionally

Large, expansive, fresh, new and a much easier option than melton south coles for those approaching from south of the railway line. We have made the switch! Access is now a breeze, especially during peak train and school times.

I have turned to shopping here more regularly even though it is further than my closest woolies. Store is always in neat clean presentation and parking is easy when needing to have prams and kids in tow.

Shops are fine, but I avoid going there (especially at school drop off or pick up time) simply due to the traffic. Single lane all the way, three schools, train crossing and numerous round-a-bouts.

I visited Woolworths Opalia plaza this morning. A lovely big store however a tiny meat section that was all but empty. Disappointed I had to leave and go to my regular supermarket.

The Woolworths is very new, ample parking space.I love shopping here since it very quiet, clean and close to my home. AMPOL , McDonald's and KFC are also within the area.
