Had to write a review on our way home from here because of how nice the staff, including security staff are here. The woman who served us at the front counter was lovely and friendly, and as I was paying, the security guard on shift bought my one year old son a banana. He went to pay for it out of his own money as a kind gesture! It's the little things that mean most, and it really did make us smile. We are here on holidays, so this is our closest woolies. Your gesture made our night, and your actions certainly don't go unnoticed!

had a good time getting racially profiled by security (senior white lady). claimed she’s been checking everyone but we’ve seen plenty of people pass by, only when I pointed out her racist behavior did she start asking everyone else. she checked my bag which had two items that of course were paid for. woolworths you need to re-train your people and make this a safe and welcoming space for everyone, otherwise i hope you get more shoplifters.

Nice and brand new store, good presentation. However, the lady at the cashier this morning was very rude. Playing phone behind the counter, and choose the expensive type of tomato over the truss tomato. Also, the person restocking is placing the trolley in the middle of the pathway, instead of the sideway for customers to walk.

Handy supermarket. I wish they had more carb bread and unsweetened soy milk like the full size Woolworths. If they did I might do all my shopping there. But at the moment I go to either Coles, ALDI or other Woolworth's stores to do shopping

A pretty special Woolworths I might say. Some great things about it is that it has the sushi bar avaliable here for customers and it's also similar to a metro store, but just slightly more expanded. It's all self serve as well.

Biggest wooly metro and the most useless one. Always BWS is closed with a sticky note! Breads are always sold out or not fresh. Please for god sake change the manager. They have tons of chips and chocolates but not yugurt

Mostly good, but sometimes the prices are wrong. If you're lucky and notice, they don't offer any solution but to pay their price in the system. Going back to pick another item can be time consuming. That's disrespectful.

Overall positive experience. Young team and most of the staff are very helpful and welcoming. However, some customer services training and feedback system will be helpful and necessary to make this place better.

Just found out Woolworths metro prices are different from the Woolworths online website. As much as $10. So be wary if you look up an item and expect it to be that price at a Woolworths metro store.

Fantastic Metro store with a wide range of products. Easy access to the store with two levels and heaps of self checkouts. Very spacious and looks amazing.

Handy location. Generally, range is limited and some things which you'd think would be available in just about any supermarket just aren't.

Great store the staff are friendly and helpful and conveniently located near home! Only thing missing is Coffee like other Metros.

Really impressed with the variety and fresh to go options including sushi and hot meals. Store was very clean when we went too.

closing time is 11 p.m but when I went at 10.50 p.m they said I couldn't go inside.
