Rude and inconsiderate staff at self-service checkout. Instead of being friendly and direct people to the checkout stands, she checks out what you buy and take cheap judgemental shots at you. We have a relatively big family and prior to restrictions we already buy more than 2 cartons of eggs every shopping trip. We have no choice but to split buy the eggs between my partner and I so that's hardly considered "panic shopping" as the staff so loudly pointed out indirectly while pretending to have a conversation with the customer behind us. If she had asked why we wanted to buy more than 2 cartons I would've gladly said we have a big family and prefer not to go out so often as we also have elderly at home. Everyone has different family sizes and situations. Woolworths asks everyone to treat their staff with respect, how about the staff also treat customers with the same respect.

Came here last week and door was shut at 9:45pm where it clearly writes on the door that it opens till 10pm and my kids were waiting for me to buy their breakfast. Along with me there were three other customers including one lady with her baby in pram. What a shame. Rushed here today at 9:55 and the three staff members were all asking me to leave right at 10pm. I’ve never seen a business that ask their customers to leave, instead will always wait for the last one to finish the purchase. Only bought 1of 5 that I need for tomorrow. Well, they get paid till 10, so no point staying any longer without any financial benefit. Not coming here anymore.

Great Service. Smaller store than their other affiliated stores, unable to find atypical items. However, this creates a more intimate shopper-staff experience. The warmth and familiarity brings everyone closer. Staff seem extremely close, a team that works well together to provide an environment rarely seen, even non-existent in many of the supermarkets. It's a rare thing with big corporations, the ability to create a feeling of a family-owned store (it's clearly another Woolworths Supermarket). They make initiative at times to help elderly with their groceries/trolleys/heavy items etc. Well done Scoresby Woolworths and thank you.

Extremely unhappy customer from this supermarket. Purchased egg yesterday, found that 2 of them were broken. I knew I have to bring it to supermarket but didn't bother to bring it as it's far from my home. I brought the case with photo. I'm not being only rejected but humiliated by supervisor that I might have brought other carton with photo and trying to claim it. Another worker stated it doesnt matter it's only eggs. I didn't expect it refunded but at least of better response. It was free range eggs and I don't feel right how they acted. If I went to Coles, i would be treated differently.

Terrible and annoying music, no room to move in the lanes as employees are stacking shelves. This should be done after shopping hours. Ignored by deli staff, need I go on. Oh yes and your vegetables are way overpriced especially potatoes. How is it I can buy my veggies and fruits up the rd at #BigWatermelonBushyPark for a fraction of your prices and way better quality. #Shesabottler. Hate shopping at your store but made a quick stop in this morning.

This supermarket usually has lovely staff however Trish who works out the front is rude and we have had multiple negative experiences with her, one of them being her completely ignoring us and just playing on her phone and the other time she didn’t put our discount from the everyday rewards card because it was “too late”. We have been coming to Scoresby woolies for over 40 years and we are extremely disappointed with our recent expiernces.

A great small local Store that has a good range of Groceries and fresh foods. This Store has a Liquor Department which are all usually well stocked. This Store does not hav a lot of parking spaces on busy days therefore you need to pick the quiet days to shop. Prices are very competitive across the Store. There is some parking right out the front which is great on bad weather days.

  • Archie “The Albino Gorilla”

Overall not horrible, however the layout of indoors is a little confronting but pretty soon its understandable. The other thing dragging it down 2 stars is just how run down it is, there's nothing wrong with old buildings but this brings a new meaning to the the word old aesthetically speaking and not so much in a good way

  • Rick Sun

Very disappointing customer experience. Three weeks ago a man jump the queue at checking out machine. I asked an employee named Liam to maintain the order but I was told to go away instead. A store assistant manager told me they would contact me after I made a complaint but yet to receive any call from them.

  • Greg Gordon

Easier to stop at than the others. Out of the way location. Well laid out store makes shopping quick, especially if you only want a few things you can find the aisle you need quickly. The roast chickens are done to perfection. Always plenty of helpful staff. Deli is also top notch.

  • Pete Widows

It was okay I suppose I waited out front in the car a mate went in it was hard to try and get a car park it was very busy I couldn't tell you what the people serving was like but my mate didn't seem impressed not like the Cobram Woolworths people friendly and plenty of car parking

  • JAM

Great little local. Always well stocked. Not too busy. An older store but neat and clean. Most of the staff are absolutely lovely but there are a couple of ‘bad eggs’. Also, no bakery so you’re lucky to get buns/rolls and even if you do, they’re frozen and defrosted- not fresh.

  • Anna BK

Standard Woolies, a little on the smaller side, so you'll need to keep driving if you want anything particularly exotic (good cheese, obscure international foods, sushi, etc.). Good standard of produce (for Woolies). Meat is OK, but we usually go to a specialist butcher anyway.

  • Jodi Lynch

The Staff or i should say LACK OF STAFF were so rude, I needed help and they were top busy talking to each other. The store is Dirty, stock everywhere which is a Safery Hazard! They had 1 check out open and I got told to go to SELF SERVE . Even ruder

  • VB

Great local store but suffers like all supermarkets by taking away stock you always buy. Also like all supermarkets they have xmas goods, easter eggs, and other such things WAY TOO EARLY. The staff here are friendly but the car park isn't the best.

  • Brett Thompson

I like this local Woolies, but not when they have people at BOTH ENTRIES trying to get people to pay money for whatever it is they are selling at the time. I pass Woolworths and Coles omw home, i prefer wollies, but im tired and stuffed

  • Vic F

Went in 445pm today. Wanted medium tub pitted black olives. Sold out in seli, only small pre-packaged tub left. Wanted 350 salami, only 310g left. Wanted crispy bread. Only soft crust. Complained to customer service counter, staff said

  • Chris Dawes

Like Bayswater a smaller limited range. Prices are more expensive than nearby woolies in furntree gully Rd. 30% price hike in August seems to be acceptable to people at supermarkets. That makes this one more expensive than Richie's IGA.

  • shane hutchens

Twice in the past week that I have come here, I have seen a staff member helping an elderly lady take her shopping to her car. It makes me so happy to see that people still care for and respect the elderly like this. Credit to the staff

  • Seahon BamBon

Got all the fresh stuff required but the self checkout machines are a pure pain, parking could be improved and settings of stores looks and feels safe and right. Friendly staff. Just lacking choices for nuts selection like Coles does.

  • John S

A very convenient local supermarket. Not the largest Woolworths supermarket but has everything you would expect in a Woolworths shop. Lots of parking available right at the store with easy access and Wheelchair access as well.

  • Jayde Taulien

Great supermarket with friendly staff. Free fruit for the kids upon entry and a well maintained store. Parking can be a bit annoying if you need to reverse out during busy times, but there's plenty of parking otherwise.

  • Greg

Very small Woolworths with limited space for stock, has enough to shop, just doesnt have qhat the bigger stores are able to. But a mostly friendly and helpful team assisting and serving you which helps out a lot..

  • Peter Yang

Nice local Woolies to shop at, good range but has serious competition from nearby ALDI. Been shopping here over last 6-7 years, hasn't really changed much including some of the friendly familiar faces.

  • dani M

I can't really say much for this store in general customer service has been pretty average. But lance from the liquor department makes up for the rest. Awesome attitude and lots of knowledge on grog.

  • birdpirch

A monopoly on groceries means that they can do whatever they want with produce. They need more Aussie stuff, they need to take better care of their farmers. Other than that, it's just a supermarket.

  • Saahn Jaxx (SonjaKS)

My local, love it, (but hate visiting more than 3 times a week) because groceries bruhhh! But besides attached, the whole little village is Wikkid, but I'm biased as, work now like within 5 KS soooo

  • Mbrace

Very poor selection of fruit and vegies; hasnt improved in 11yrs. No more than an oversized milk bar that does not cater to to the mixed community it expects to draw in...ghost store most days

  • Aaron Black

An older style building, with bloody lovely staff .. even the juniors know where the products are located !! Lotsa products !! Tis a wonderful little woolies - great job woolies !!

  • Calvin Calvin

The paper bags rip and are terrible. I stopped shopping at Coles after they introduced them I'll be finding another grocery chain now. How about u recycle plastic. #SaveTheTrees

  • Richard Stawell

This store stocks the same great selection of groceries and fresh produce that Woolworths is renowned for. Great customer service. Pity the carpark is miniscule and always full.

  • Kit Bean

Blow fly in the deli cabernet. They removed it and the Manager said they would remove the top fly blown meats. But they didn't . Just waited for me to go away. Poor managment

  • Kris Atherton

What good is it to have a on line account that you can never log into after several times &even trying to open new one .no go too much drama .went to coles &no drama

  • Kewarra

Woolworths at Scoresby are unable to do maths. Sticker says $5 a kilo for some meat but it scanned up at $11 for 1.8 kg. Manager rude and argued $11 was correct.

  • Alex Boasman

Weakest woolies in the area, small veg and bakery selection compared to its contemporaries, feels like it needs a redesign to provide a more comfortable layout.

  • Kaye Hill

Always enjoy shopping at Woolworths Scoresby. Friendly helpful staff good specials easy car parking not the biggest variety of fresh vegetables but overall OK

  • Alan Edwards

The brainiest or is the freshest fruit vegetables call quality bakeries never have to wait at check out very busy busy store but always good quality products

  • Jarrad X

It's good for a top up shop on the way home but parking is very limited and on a slope due to where it's located. Store is medium sized with friendly staff.

  • Dale Fewkes

Convenient location but getting in and out and parking is a nightmare. Only for if you are grabbing a few things on the way home. Otherwise go to stud park.

  • George Tasker

Easy access off Ferntree Gully Road has all of the items of other supermarkets and avoids the rush hour that is common in the major shopping centres

  • Bec Bouten

A little smaller Woolworths, but packed to brim. Generally everything is stocked and they have good end of days specials (the chicken and bread)

  • Wayne Harris

Nice local store. Possibly not quite as fully stocked as the larger stores, but Everything you would need on a daily basis. Friendly staff.

  • Paul Doherty

Haven't been there about 20 years and I don't reckon it's changed in about 20 years but it's always quick and easy to get in and out

  • Toby Harty

Staff are awesome, store is packed with everything you need... always a return customer... clean friendly easy parking great staff.

  • Miike Vee

Friendly little local woolies. Doesn't have much of a fresh bakery section but tends to always have what I need most days I visit.

  • Josh Cooper

The staff made this store for me. All were very polite and very helpful. Manners to be proud of and effort to be looking up to

  • Conrad Coombs

Good size supermarket without the over crowding of the bigger supermarkets. Often has specials the larger shops are out of.

  • Andrew Hilyear

Not too bad of a Store if you like being Accused of being a Theif, staff are Rude and Unhelpful... Go to Stud Park instead

  • roxanne crawford

I really like woolworths especially if you just want to do a small shop, but I probably wouldn't choose to do a big shop.

  • Rohan Joshi

Appropriate opening hours and prominent location. Range is quite a bit smaller than Woolworths Rowville down the road.

  • Julie Donovan

Rude staff that won't serve you on the registers! Staff at the self serve act like security officers. Rude Rude Rude!

  • Right Angle Triangle

Amazing! A worker named Alex I think it was, was amazing and quick. They have a big variety of items! 4.5 out of 5!!

  • Glennie B

A handy Woolies with everything for my everyday living. Plenty of parking in a convenient, boutique shopping centre.

  • Sophie Pampakas

It was ok but a few things scanned the wrong price, didn't feel like going back to get refunds as it's out of my way

  • J. M. Sutton

It's a Woolworths. Nothing special, not even nicer then other Woolworths. But it's local and that's what matters.

  • Jen li Chong

Not the most popular, so often has stock that other stores don't. Staff are great and the store is always clean.

  • Max Man

Still a very good service from staff. Prices can improve more. On some products Aldi outperforms them by far.

  • brian flanagan

The veggies are not aways fresh and bananas are unedible and the roasted chickens are sometimes under cooked.

  • Christian Bannard (Cruise Retirement)

Different than a lot of Woolworths in that they have a different range of hot meats, not just roast chickens.

  • Ellie Won

Fresh produce quality is really average, spent almost 5 minutes looking for an avocado that wasn't overripe.

  • Michael Ciproano

Dark and depressing appearance, not a enjoyable experience shopping here. Parking can be difficult at times

  • John Becker

Clean, well stocked store which usually isn't too busy. ie. no queues. Parking area is small though.

  • Matthew Lokot

It's one of the smaller, older stores. The staff are nice. The fresh veg is better at other stores.
