"ZERO"
"The staff here are mostly quite friendly, I find the store is quite small and doesn't stock a few of the items I purchase regularly"
"Personally, I find the opening hours a bit lacking as I can’t pick up things before work as you don’t open until 7am (and when I have been there at 7am your staff where faffing around in the store and didn’t open the grill until 7:20am) or come after 10pm"
I had to make a mad dash half hour before closing time I arrived. Went to make kids school lunches. I was greeted by a lovely staff member if she could help me ( she must have seen the rush + anxiety in me) I explained I forgot kids school lunches and they are picky due to there special needs. They didn’t have the main products my children eat… I also required a squeeze yogurt cooler and couldn’t find any so she jumped on the computer and searched for them. Not long returning home to a mess of a place insurance was meant to fix and clean after a house fire, I am a mess and I had troubles with my card. All staff were very helpful and patient and assisted me and in good faith I was offered some items which currently I am sooo appreciative as after house fire and waiting for insurance t pay out damages I exhausted my savings…. Living day by day. Best thing that has happened to me and restored some faith in humanity. Thankyou all staff tonight. Previously with my behaviour and PTSD and major anxiety i also am on the spectrum ( can make silly choices) adhd and sever osteoarthritis and lupus I have become target of other centres that must se my behaviour as strange and may enquire to look in my bags like I am on drugs and stealing but they were so understanding and made me calm. Xoxo lovely manager!!!
I have not been able to get to this centre for ages first covid 5km restrictions and then the roadworks blocking access, but I Went today and was disappointed to see the deli has gone, now there is only a very limited variety of packaged selections. When the world is having problems with the disposal of plastic packaging to see this happen is very disappointing. When I did my food handlers course we were told the worse way to buy sliced meat was in plastic packaging as the bacteria can build up. I do hope this is not going to be rolled out to every store.
ZERO...Poor service Tried to call from 10am this morning to organise a few large platters, No one in the Deli would answer the phone. Finally after the 10th call, speak to a RUDE, ARROGANT so called lady who just wanted to ref me to the website. Didn't want to take my order or take anytime to make me order! When I called back to speak to the manager Pramir that's what I heard when he spelt it. He was very dismissive of my feedback and just wanted to discuss the platters. POOR customer service people. I'm going to subway! Forget it!!!
The staff here are mostly quite friendly, I find the store is quite small and doesn't stock a few of the items I purchase regularly. The bakery section is one of the biggest disappointments, if you are seeking fresh bread rolls, you're not going to find them here... better to go to the Woolworths at the other end of Linsell Blvd (The Hunt Club end) as the store is bigger and has a nice selection of fresh bakery items. The deli and fresh produce section is also better at the Hunt Club store.
Personally, I find the opening hours a bit lacking as I can’t pick up things before work as you don’t open until 7am (and when I have been there at 7am your staff where faffing around in the store and didn’t open the grill until 7:20am) or come after 10pm. The store is quite small and doesn’t stock certain items I purchase regularly. The bakery section basically doesn’t exist. There is never any roast chickens. The staff are always quite rude and act inconvenienced when you ask a question.
Yesterday i went to do shopping but i forgot my token to unlock a trolley so i stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be served but the lady was to busy chatting. I grabbed to baskets and could only do half my shopping. I asked the man in the self service if he could unlock a trolley for me and he asked another young worker who then said No we dont do that but my mother seems to get a trolley unlocked everytime she asks...very dissapointed
Always a good click and collect experience with this store. Mostly everything is in stock and if they do substitute they usually substitute with a better product. Employees are friendly and helpful. Compare that to Coles Clyde North which has a horrible click and collect experience with many items out of stock, long wait times and and substitutes that are significantly worse than ordered products. I've made the switch to woolies
I am their regular customer from last 4 years but noticing very bad conditions in fresh produce area… today i went there at 10:30am the shelves in fresh produce were empty… there was only 1 person working at that moment and he had to go inside 4 times to get few things for me…don’t understand why the shelves were empty if they had stock in the back… badly managed store… never ever going back to that store again…!
Sunday @ 1:48pm Fat lady at self check out counter , learn some respect my 1 one year old daughter playing with Christmas tree not steeling the balls from it , probably she doesn’t know the meaning of stealing yet. Don’t why woolworth hire staff like you ? Without any training. I better through $2 on your face but i just don’t want to create a scene. Such a terrible experience first time in my life.
Lack of a real Deli. Living with #Fibromyalgia getting lunch when out is difficult enough. But a supermarket not having a real Deli. Is a shocker. Another lady was just wanting a slice of cheese. I just wanted a slice of Turkey. As the, pre packed scales are set for larger quantities trying to just get enough meat for on a salad roll was difficult. This is Daft.
5 stars for customer service. I have just recently moved to the area and visit here quite often. The customer service is outstanding. And from reading other reviews here I can see that many people out there feel the same way. Also the bottle shop service needs a special mention as I cannot fault the ladies who serve me. Keep up the good work. Cheers
Great Woolworths convenient to the Clyde North Area Citizens, staff is SUPER helpful, but I find the store out of stock in toys and stationery, and you have to put a coin in the trolley, but it is a very cheap Woolworths you can go to. It is the closest store to most Clyde Citizens, as it is easy to go to.
I am also very disappointed with the deli gone ,don't think much of the new set up either ,lost alot of the personal touch that made this supermarket one of the best ,the staff are still amazing ,so helpful and very friendly ,but unfortunately the fresh fruit and veg has taken a very big decline
Never buying from woolworths again, they have gone to small paper bags for a higher price, bag broke on the way home and smashed a glass bottle of soy sauce all over my shopping. Also they now record you at the checkout and will probably either get hacked or sell our facial recognition data.
Oh so bad, used the uber app to get some stuff for my kids, first order took my money then cancelled the order..still have my money. Second order out of the 6 items they sent three, what's the point of that, I needed all 6 items, why bother having them online if your are OOS Utterly useless
The headliner store here at Selandra Rise shopping mall and it's always a pleasant experience. It's large and well laid out and well lit with spacious aisles. The specials on our visit yesterday were amazing. The self serve checkout was fast and easy. All round a great shopping experience.
If possible I would not give an star, fresh food people are not fresh at all, last year I bought yogurt then realized expired. Then this year I bought a facial cream, even 2 years expired, I lost the receipt as I didn’t expect it would be 2 years expired to keep my receipt, such a shock.
The range here seems to be not as much as bigger woolworths.. Google asked me to update my review... here goes. Same as it was when I last posted, but they got rid of the deli so everything is prepacked. 1 slice of ham per a package, joking but they might as well.
Their service is good but their food isn’t always great. Twice I bought expired goods, the first time I told them about and they fixed it but the second and third time I just got tired. So when I can I try to buy elsewhere unless I have no choice.
Nice and quiet. Staff is always around but never dealt with them so not sure about their customer service skills. Staff always seems to be busy working and they don't even bother to even smile at you or great but I still like shopping here.
I recently visited Woolworths Selandra Rise and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I found the store to be convenient and well-stocked with a variety of products. However, I do have one major complaint that significantly affected my
It was clean and everything you would want from a woolies. All the best selections and it is only a short distance away from my house and if I get an electric scooter I could go there on my own. Giving myself some independence.
The self-serve area is always dirty, smelly, and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in months, if ever. Every time I've been during the day, the indoor trolley bay is empty or almost empty, with the bays outside always full.
New Woolworths deli, no doubt thought up by the marketing team behind Masters. You should not be dictating the quantity of individual items that people want to purchase. Prepackaged deli items is not what customers want.
Staffs are amazing!!! I bought a full box off Korean noodles from here and the staff took off the box from the shelf and offer a helping hand to the counter as in her opinion it was heavy!!! Excellent customer service!
Click and collect service is utterly dissapointing. Person at the front cashier is ignoring the people in the queue. This was 10th Oct around 2pm. Waited 30mins at the front for the pick up. Terrible service!!!
Thoroughly disappointed with this store. Tried to find Pavlova, got told by two different members of staff completely wrong locations. They don't take the time to show me so I left and went to Coles.
not your normal supermarket... • massive selection • carpark is close • clean • fruit and veg is average • convenient location • pricing is competitive • heaps of registers • shelving is always full
Always great service. A slightly smaller supermarket than others, so not a complete range of brands. Eg, limited allergy friendly range. It is my closest supermarket and perfect the essentials.
If you say your open from 7am - 10pm on a public holiday maybe be open during that time. Or if your not open during this time maybe update your website so customers don’t waste their time!!!
Very did appointed...& after all the dramas with Strawberries in late 2018.... This is what we get for $3, from the "Fresh Food People" ..... Shouldn't judge a book by the cover !!!!
Whose idea was it to change the deli. to what it is now? No personal service, no choice of how you would like your deli items and everything in plastic. Coles is looking good.
Honestly one of the best Woolies in this area. The specials are amazing and so many good deals especially on meat products. The staff are always friendly and happy to help.
For the first time I really appreciated & enjoyed shopping because of one very special worker at Woolworths at Selandra Rise. He was wonderful. The bargains are great.
5 stars goes to Prya (hope spelling is correct) working front end, always making great convo and making the dreadful expierience in shopping super enjoyable. Thanks !
The bakery department is a disgrace! Never ever fresh rolls or bread they all get cooked in bulk and frozen Woolworths “The fresh food people” should be ashamed.
worst customer service ever other staff is fine and helpful ,Manager dont have a clue how to talk with the customers ,I think she is new manager ..just soo rude
Very impressed! I purchased 8 breakfast bowls and staff went out of their way to wrap them in butcher paper. Most stores these days wouldn't bother at all.
ordered online delivery.. was late and one item was missing.. no notification about product no refund was given.. will never be ordering grocery from them
Zero customer service! The lady who serve me her name is Mansi!!! she didn’t say hello. Hi how are you? Bye thank you sorry nothing Amazing service
I love this new woolies. I can get most of the ingredients I need for our local beef stew. Like the shop arrangements and free fruits for the kids.
I came in on Saturday 9 April, around midday, and the lady at the self serve checkout was absolutely lovely. Thank you for the nice experience.
Carparking is good and a good location. Nice inside and the staff are kind and helpful too. Lots of stock (especially pasta and toilet paper!)
Always a nice clean store and stocked well. Friendly staff. Though it doesn't have a proper deli anymore and that section is pre packed.
It has a wide choice of products and the bottle shop, just next to it. There is a tattslotto place that is still open every second day.
Very disappointed . Ladies working in the store do not know manners and have very bad attitude. Wander how woolies hire them.
Its good, however it is missing a few things my previous woolies had. This woolies though is very clean and looks very nice.
Nice staff, but they really need to prioritise their shelf restocking. Their shelves can be completely bare mid afternoon.
I go here a couple of times a week. It's a pretty good woolies. Parking is always pretty easy and the staff are friendly.
Disgusting staff member. She was rude, arrogant and miserable. She should not be working in customer service …
They are always out of stuff...... but unfortunately, this is our go-to grocery store. We are stuck with it... :(
Preety much everything you can get, low to high quality food ranging from low to high price but it's reasonable.
People at Selendra rise Woolworth are just so nice! Especially the workers, they are very helpful ! …
Handy shopping centre just around the corner and It so good as it does cater for ASIAN GROCERIES too
Very convenient location for the people of Clyde North. Good store layout. Closes only at 10 pm.
New fitness supplement shop in Clyde North just opposite Woolies. Great stock and helpful staff.
Heaps of options here and stuff that Coles doesnt stock sometimes it's good to switch things up
Beautiful store, customer service was amazing , all smiles.thank you i will shop here again.
Friendly staff with fresh food and good variety of items. I enjoy my time at this woollies.
Has lots of stock that other woolworths in the area are missing and great friendly staff
Sad to find they keep expired stuff on shelves. Had bad experience couple of times now.
Always the best customer service! love it being our local and grateful for your Staff!
Bananas were frozen when we got home! What a joke. So much for the fresh food people.
You can get most of your essential for home, really useful products in this shop....
Great location. Needed a prompt to open a checkout as I don't do self checkout.
A small Woolworths. Good for a basic shop. There's no deli at this store though
Pretty convenient for the citizens of Clyde North. Staff is polite and helpful.
Went to buy lettuce. Not even a single pack was fresh. The colour was black.
No social distancing. People just walk straight towards me. Not good enough.
Staff here are extremely helpful & friendly. Luv the thursday specials.
Like any other Woolworths stores. Nice and clean, a variety of items.
Easy to find a parking space as there’s a lot…Staff is very helpful…
Very disappointed staff are very rude and don’t have smile on face .
Highly recommend my local woolworths, decent size and good variety.
They are such a nice bunch of people. Staff wins me over everything
On par with Eden rise shopping centre not much to look at their.
Haven't been able to get my normal drinks in 3 different stores
Local woolies never overly busy can get in and out in good time
Good that farmers are provided drought relief in the pricing.
Great full sized store with all you need and friendly staff.
No roasted chickens continuously around 6pm of an evening
Great place to shop and get all your essential groceries.
Easy to find products, wide isles, very helpful staff.
grabbed a nice fresh loaf of bread and a roast chicken
Great store, staff are exceptional, highly recommend.
This facility is well laid out and easy to navigate.

Was good it had everything I wanted to purchase.
Very polite and friendly people among the staff.
