WORST SERVICE. INEFFICIENT STAFF. I am an Uber Eats Partner Driver I went into the store to collect an order on 23/05/2022 at 6:55pm. I went to the counter and asked for the order the staff lets me wait a few minutes and said the person on the online order is on break and they asked me to wait. I waited for few minutes(more than 10 minutes) and asked if you are serving all the customers who picks my order one lady replied "NOT MY JOB" and the Other said "YOU DIDN'T WAIT THAT LONG". So, I asked her I can' t wait till the person comes from break can you call the manager but she is repeating the same thing telling me to wait. Finally the manager came and agreed with me and then the staff went to get the items which took for her just two minutes as it was already ready someone needs to just get the items from storage to me and that took them 25 minutes. The store wants the revenue from the UBER EATS but they don't want to spend 2 minutes to get my order.

I go to this store everyday The old lady who works at the self service checkout is rude and wears the same unwashed clothes everyday. She is always snatching baskets, in the way of people and always giving rude looks to people. The security follows you around like you are going to steal, even though I spend minimum $40 a day on food/items. Everything is overpriced. The specials are barely specials and only put on when food is about to go off. I have seen a cooked chicken in the cleaning section, next day it's still there. No offence but some staff just straight up smell of body odor. Always have empty shelves. The bakery section smells really bad. This isn't a good store.

Mould growing on tomatoes and the onions ,squashed, and rancid vegetables. Fresh food people. We walked out, leaving our intended purchase in the trolley. Specials and essentials only from this joint. Parking cost doubled, and the amount of difficulty in the issue has caused me to make notes on the entry time in the carpark. Uncaring staff and then the woolworths checkout loss prevention robot.

We've shopped at this Woolworths quite a fee times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and always extremely helpful and the store is always pretty clean. The quality of the products is good and the pricing is mostly reasonable. Having off-street undercover parking at the back of the store, which is accessible via Clauser Street, is also very convenient.

Don’t like reviewing chain supermarkets but have to commend two staff members at woolies Acland street. The two young women, one at the entrance and the other at the self serve check out at 2.30 pm October 1st were just so friendly and helpful. It’s not often you hear, you have a lovely day. Hope Woolies commend them both, they get you five stars

I agree with the last review --some deli staff can be rude and unhelpful.They also put half a chicken upside down in the box so you see the carcass- so many items on selfs have no price tags - lots of problems with this woolworths -- on a positive note some really good staff still work on the floor otherwise I wouldn't bother shopping here!!

Vegetable and fruits are mostly fresh, which is what the one star is for. Staff service has degenerated astronomically! Prepare yourself an extra 30-min if you need to talk to someone at the register, can never find any staff who would want to come and help you, they probably assume all these people waiting outside are just chilling there.

Safe free parking underneath, security deals with the scoundrels well. They have a deli and everything you need. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff there. Also a bottle shop attached. Considering all the sketchy folks that hang around, the staff do a great job of keeping the place clean and safe

Logan and Raphael were both very helpful with assisting me with what I was looking for. The customer service from both of these workers was excellent and very genuine. Would highlt recommend this Woolies as the workers are helpful, genuine and very respectful. Keep up the awesome work Logan and Raphael!

STOP CLOSING EARLY.. Reach the place just in time with 10mins to go before closing time to duck in & grab 1or2 things, & the place is completely closed already ofcourse.!! Happened 2ce now.. Why even have a closing time if you're gonna just shut whenever pple, no good.!! …

I use to love the deli. The staff use to be very accomodations. But it seems like the new staff don’t really want to be there. The last few time there has been no Prosciutto San Daniele, and it the display is lacking. Staff was a little rood when I wanted to order it fresh.

Its like typical supermarket. They do sell roasted chicken and smell really nice as well. Its clean all the times... If you are low on budget, come around 830pm or later! Everything will be on sales and you will really save lots of money! Staff is easy going and friendly.

Drop in to get some refreshments/ alcohol etc, when asking the liquor manager for what I was looking for as none in store? I was told quite bluntly didn’t have the room for the product I was asking and told other product , stubbies only ;( thanks but NO THANKS

"Good Ole Customer Service" Is alive and strong at St Kilda Woolies. Employees that genuinely care about people and their shopping experience. Not just for the "Moolah". Today, Chloe was excellent. A natural people person. Well done to the management team.

This is my local Woolies.. The delicatessen is really good at this supermarket, I can get meat and salads without too much packaging. The staff are warm, friendly and personable. A very good example for Woolworths across the country to follow.

Ample free off street parking. Always have at least one or two manned checkouts for people that don't use the self checkouts. All staff members I have conversed with have been friendly and happy to help.

Staff are helpful but the hand sanitisers for customers were all empty as well as the wipes as I always want to wipe my basket as well as the touch screen. I wonder then if they do sanitise the baskets.

In such a nice and a bit deary area, I found Woolworths to be very basic. It's entrance from the car park through the stairs was very stinky, filthy and a lot of rubbish lying around.

Usually, well-stocked shelves, floors are clean & staff are friendly. Usually, there is no issue with parking outside or undercover.

Love this woollies, their bread selection is always a little dismal but otherwise a very good large selection of items.
