I've used Woolworths online shopping for the last three months and it's convenient to complete your order. But, when I organise to pick my order at Horne Street, it takes a while to receive my order. So, most of the time I'm sitting in my car between 10-15 minutes before I go to the service desk to ask for my order. I've always ensure I choose the pick up option, because I've accidently selected the collect at service desk once. Overall, online pick up orders are very slow and when I ask for my order, they usually are not friendly at all. I've had 3 employees that have been sooooo super nice and even one employee gave me a box of favourites because I wanted so long. I'll be trying the new Woolworths in sunbury to see if the service is more efficient.

Came to do the weekly shop at 8,00 o’clock today. We had to put our trolley load of shopping through the 10 items of less section. The staff were so lovely so this is no reflection on them but seriously management you need to have more staff available. We are seriously considering our shopping options as this is an ongoing at this store. 25/03/22. 9.40am. Took 15 minutes standing at a register before got served. Not the staffs fault . Please put more staff on!!!!

I never have a good shopping experience here. There is no customer service skills what so ever. I'm surprised how some staff keep their job. The daytime shift lady at self check out is always busy yapping with her friends when you need her and when you don't she accuses you of not scanning items. She should be more observant if that's her job rather than talking so much. I wish I can get paid for standing around and talking at my work place.

Vandana at the customer help section of Woolworths is not interested in serving or assisting customers. Instead, what she is doing is far more important than being interrupted by an annoying customer. There is NO customer service with Vandana at all. Vandana should find a job where she really is the most important thing there, then Vandana might even smile and acknowledge other people. Vandana is useless. Don't be like Vandana

I have been shopping here for over ten years now and still to this day find the customer service skills of the women at the registers to be non existent, rude almost! I felt as if I were inconveniencing there lives by being there and God forbid you need to ask one of them for help ! HOT TIP: ladies if you hate your job that much QUIT and find something that actually makes you happy because it's quiet obvious!

Woolies in Sunbury as always been a great place to shop. The staff are always very helpful when you need to find something , the helpdesk there there is always someone available to answer questions. The fresh produce is always great , the deli is always fully stocked comma and the shells are always full even when they have great specials on. Recommended for anybody living in Sunbury and surrounding areas

Went at 8 am on Sunday no checkouts open and no supervisor at self service.Not even 1 staff member in any of the isles.And this is not the first time it's happened.The young girl said to a customer with a little baby to go to the express lane as she was busy with doing stuff that should be done before openning,which he denied.Stop cutting down your staff .Feel bad for the staff as they are suffering.

Big THANK YOU to Shantelle with the flourescent nails and the team at Woollies Horne Street Sunbury, I ran out of time to get a cake for my Daughter's 8th Birthday today and she loves the Woollies rainbow cake . The Horne Street store was out of stock, so Shantelle called the Rosenthal store to see if they had some in store and had them set one aside for me. Result... One happy birthday!

I am a student at one of the high schools in sunbury and students at my school are often flagged for bag checks which I will always oblige by , however on Thursday I was yelled at and completely disrespected for not leaving my school bag with expensive items inside on the floor at the front of the store . so rude I did nothing wrong and was extremely polite when he asked to check my bag .

This store has a good variety, has some items that smaller stores don't carry. Staff are usually helpful & friendly, generally more tidy since they got a/the new Manager, day shift anyway. I have found plenty of checkouts open so no bank up of people really. Plenty of parking, Also the Store is located @ the ramp/steps to the Sunbury Train Station, & Bus Terminal.

I think this Woolworths compares on average to most Woolworths. It has a similar range of products and a similar store set up. The staff are friendly and courteous and can help you with your queries. They do lack human check out counters in preference to the self serve check outs, but that is the way the future is heading. I give this store three stars.

A great place for grocery shopping. It can get quite busy at certain times of the day it's wheel chair friendly and there staff are great and very helpful. They also have a lot of other products, I went to do the grocery shopping, and I found pots and pans that were a great price definitely a thumbs up!

Are Sunbury staff paid less wages/hourly rates than the rest of Woolworth stores in Victoria?? Because that would explain the "less than enthused and far from happy attitudes" from majority of staff members throughout the store at any given time or day....reluctant to shop at this store for this reason.

the 1 star is due to the appalling fire emergency procedure, an alarm went off in the store but no announcement came after it so just about everyperson in the store continued shopping not knowing what the alarm was for, they had to send out an employee to tell people that there was a fire.

i fell over in a puddle of spilt fish sauce in the asian foods section and no one helped me up. i tried to get up but fell over again and slid around in the fish/ i was very humiliated and will not come back here ever again. very good quality deli and bakery

Usually find this Woolworths good but on Saturday went at 6.00pm and found deli ( only place I needed) was closed!! Never happened before. Manager was misinformed and advised staff were just on their break.... Waited for 10 mins and gave up. Not good WW!!!!

Today's shopping was once again very disappointing, products unavailable for the 3rd fortnight's shopping day. If it wasn't for the undercover parking l would shop at Wollworths, tired of ever rising prices & having to go elsewhere for items out of stock

If I could review less I would. I've never had a single food customer service experience here. Staff are rude and when you ask for help, they honestly sound like they would rather be doing anything else. Glad the new one has opened, never coming back

The woman in self serve today was SO rude! Supposed to be there to help the customer not make them feel like they are an inconvenience to her. If I had of got her name I would have made a complaint about her. Rude woman should be ashamed of herself.

Store manager and staff were amazingly helpful. My car broken down, and I needed some garden clippers to cut off my stone deflector, and the staff refused to let me pay for them and instead took a pair out of the packet and allowed me to borrow it.

The fruit & Veg section is ALWAYS stocked & stacked - it's great - parking & entering - the carpark - carpark may need speed humps, it must be made to be more pedestrian friendly - it can get weird in there - driving into the car park too …

Great fresh produce, and customer service is great. Most of the times I shop there because it's convenient and the above. The management there are working at great levels to keep the branch to a fantastic standard. Keep it up Woolworths Sunbury.

I have a few issues at the moment with being around people, Kelly at service saw that I was struggling, and opened up a register for me. We were talking and I started to cry, she was amazing and went that extra bit further giving me a hug

The service and produce is OK but like anywhere in the world now there is always a wait to be served because there are to many people in the world l refuse to use self serve checkouts because they put hard working people out of jobs.

They have a sushi bar!!! Sadly I wasn't there to buy sushi but how cool is that. They have lots of range although many shelves are quite empty. The self check out is nice and big. Lots of parking and a bakery as well. Cool joint.

Much prefer Rosenthal Woolworths (Sunbury South) as the Sunbury Woolworths has the worst carpark around and the traffic can be insane as the carpark is shared with the train station. Rosenthal also feels and looks much nicer too.

Live in Sunbury, bought eggs yesterday from Woolworths Watergardens, didn't realise they were out of date, took them back to Woolworths Sunbury to exchange & purchase other items, they wouldn't exchange the eggs. Won't be back.

Brought a new product lamb leg steaks we hadn’t seen them before so we got them big mistake they were the toughest meat we have ever had won’t even give them to our next door cat it might choke so now what to have for dinner

Lots of products on stock but team member was careless and has charged us doublw for some items. It was very inconvenient as I have to go back and forth with 3 little ones to be refunded for the double charged items.

Just another Woolworths store, don't use self serve checkout, thus long wait, (we must give school age teenagers to earn money) managers must realizes, that if the teenagers don't earn they don't purchase any goods

Great supermarket that is in the perfect position. It's right next to Reading Cinemas so you can get plenty of different snacks and drinks before seeing a movie, it is also right next to the train and bus station.

This store lacks a focus on the customer experiences, unfortunately overall I was underwhelmed. The store it self is well positioned and is well stocked, I'd suggest providing the staff with extended training.

Went in the other day and service was terrible, from memory I was served by vandana, very rude and saw this same woman talking to younger staff harshly with absolutely no respect for their feelings. Disgusting

Terrible. Only two cashiers operating. Long Queues for self checkout and no one cared. Hand wash dispenser empty and wipes for trolley also empty. Very poor showing. Who is looking after this shop?

The main problem is the later you shop here the less stock is available. Especially in the produce department. If you get here before 5pm it's not too bad. The staff are helpful and very friendly.

Wide aisles, well stocked , good range....plenty of parking....to often major check outs closed early evening, forcing customers to self service area....l refuse to use self service....

Fresh fruit rubbish, meats gone from good to barely edible. Changed items shelves, used to know where everything was, nom ? Prices ridiculous and far more than Aldi so shop there now.

Frequently visited store mainly due to convenient location and right by Station. Clean. Has end of aisle specials/clearance stock. Red cycle soft plastic collection.

honestly their range has just dropped to a point where I can hardly buy anything, they still have all their big brands but due to allergies I can't eat most of them

Selection of fresh produce particularly poor of late. You can tell the fruit has been cold stored for far to long, its lost all its flavor and is looking tired.

Product range is continuing to shrink. So many products I can’t get at this supermarket anymore, for example, all frozen gluten free products have disappeared.

Best sushi here, they are always making it fresh and fresh bread products also. Kind helpful staff that I've seen help the elderly. Keep up the good work :)

Apart from the supermarket that it is, it also Has its on bakery, selection of salads and a sushi station made fresh on site which is all a bonus.

Great store - however can be hard to find parking at times because it’s quite congested. Convenient as it’s close to the Sunbury Station

All products I wanted were either very top shelf or bottom shelf and if bottom they were so far back I had to get down on the floor.

Only 1 98 bowser is a downfall for me. Staff are amazing here, so that's where the extra stars come in. Love the specials as well.
