I walked into my local Woolworths this morning Woolworths The Avenue Cranbourne North Victoria . Every single time that I walk in through the doors of the Center I’m greeted by an absolutely friendly man at the self serve registers who is so lovely makes conversations and remembers my daughter and cares . Then I head to the deli/butcher and nearly every day greeted by a sweet and cheery face ! She absolutely makes my day and reminds me what customer service is all about ! Today specifically I had lost my bank card and only had cash on me , I found frypans on sale ! My daughter and I have been using a frypan without a handle (very dangerous I know) for the last two months as we couldn’t afford one . Once I got to the register and paid for all my groceries I was 5Cents short the beautiful lady at self serve checkouts gave me the 5Cents to pay for rest of my groceries despite me insisting I will leave the pan and get it next time . I just have to say Woolworths The Avenue has THE most amazing staff I have ever met through all my grocery shopping you are 100% guaranteed to be looked after and cared for . So a big thank you to all the staff for caring for my daughter and I , we are so so grateful !! Love love love doing my groceries here would never go anywhere else !!!
This place gives me the creeps. I have a friend who works at this place but she's so sick she's been sick since 6am the morning she moved in. I guess they have a sick policy because in the week we lived there there was nothing going on, there was no music playing and nothing in the hall was open that wasn't already full. When she left they told her to clean the place up because there were so many germs in there and they'll tell them to get some new ones so she'll clean up the smell and they promised her she'd get her money back, and of course, the smell is so bad it could kill your dog. She says her health is not as good as it was, but that's because of these people who work here and the money that they're making off of that place. If you know anyone that's being affected by this place please report them to anyone out there who can help. Thanks I think there are probably enough people here to make things better but let's do this. Please tell them I said thanks to this place if I could.
I am regular shopper at this supermarket. Today I forgot to bring my plastic coin for the trolly. I asked for a trolly from this staff who was working at the customer service. She rudely refused if I don’t have dollar coin. I am a Senior with a forzen shoulder cannot carry a basket. She didn’t apologise even. Rudely said its our policy. I am sure if I am white old lady she would happily given because she is white too. No other Supermarket staff talked to me that Rudely for a trolly. This happened on today between 2.45pm to 3pm. No other Supermarkets does like that. Then I came to pay for my stuff she went to serve another guy who was not in the queue. I am sure this staff is very rasicts taking on customers. Then the nice lady who supervising the self-service came and helped me. Very disappointing. I won't be shopping at this Supermarket anymore.
Very frustrating shop. I always shop at woolworths but not this store, decided this store is more convenient and I'll go there but won't be going back. They did have everything on my list which was good. Slow deli, no one else there and they just dillyed around. But most annoyingly i stack the items on the bench in packing piles with the bag on top (i make it easy!) The girl was grabbing things from different piles, she put my roast chicken on top of bread and put the iced donuts in the bag upside down.. it was honestly a joke. Then the earn and learn stickers she only have me 17 instead of 35 like how can you not count in 5s
Do something about the trucks taking up all the parking spaces. Today I went up to do my shopping and I counted 8 trucks taking up 4 parking spaces each. Surely as a private car park owned by a multi billion dollar company, you can do something about the selfish drivers taking advantage of your car park rather than paying for their spaces in an actual depot like every other considerate truck driver. It reflects poorly on you guys and makes people want to go to the Coles only a bit further up the road.
I had 3 tubs of ice cream missing from my delivery order and despite the fact that it turns out it wasn’t picked from this store even though that is the store my app defaults to, they not only replaced them for me but gave a gift of Favourites chocolates and an extra tub of ice cream as well. I highly recommend The Avenue store, I have never had a bad experience. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. One very happy customer.
This is one of the best Woolies stores I have shopped in. We live in Berwick but my wife loves shopping in this particular store. Spacious store and not crowded, store maintains great availability across all departments and even at the height of coronavirus panic buying the stock levels in store was much better compared to other stores and especially if you compare with Eden rise coles and Berwick central Woolworths which had empty shelves all over.
This is a great little shopping centre, woolworths is smaller than others but it has almost everything i need and staff are friendly. Only complaint would be the shopping trolley situation where trolleys are strewn about in the carpark, footpaths and garden beds. This problem begins with customers who are too lazy to take their trolley to the trolley bays, but i guess ultimately the supermarket is responsible to collect them.
From the moment they opened there doors they have had the most beautiful staff. Always willing to help and if any online orders gone wrong (as things do, it life) they are always first to get it fixed and even add in something for the kiddes to say sorry for any inconvenience even when we don't expect that. Thank you to the beautiful ladies who serve us weekly and have a good chat at the check out.
Why on earth are we still buying food from China! if woollies are not hiding Chinese produced food in items maskarading as Australian made, there straight up selling Chinese products like Prawns and deli marinara mix. Even if they are happy to support China there waters are some of the most polluted on earth, im sure we would all prefer Australian products if its something that's produced locally.
Have always shopped here. Had a terrible encounter with so called new manager. Very arrogant and no people's skills whatsoever!. Escorts my shopping trolley to the registers from the quick service lane. No one in the queue. Unnecessary move. No please or sorry. Absolutely pathetic service. Definitely needs more training on customer service. Failed at delighting customers.
Very bad customer service..Staff has been consistently rude in this store .I have more than 5 scenarios where they were rude to me..When asked to other people in our community..it seems they are rude to other culture people... MANAGER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS AND NEXT TIME I AM HOPING A MANAGER COMES AND LISTEN TO US... VERY RACIST ENVIRONMENT..
Conviently placed in the same location as a 24 hour Chemist Warehouse, making it easy to be able to get the products you need. The only down side, like a lot of the smaller supermarkets around this demographic , there are a few products of flavours/fragrances of selected products that may not be available like the more major stores.
I have been shopping at marriott water woolworth for 9 years and had always had a very good experience. Recently I moved to clyde north and my few experiences with casey avenue woolworth has been very bad. Customer service personnel are real bad. I will either go to aldi or coles or else go to selandra rise woolworth.
The last 3 times i did a click and collect, ive been putting i am 15minutes away I rock up 15minutes later and still have to wait ages, (15-20mins more) i someimes have my kids with me hence why i do my shopping online, its ridiculous, why ask for 15 mins notice when you need 30 minutes..
It a great shopping experience at all. Shelves half filled and really dirty store - BWS was awful and the older lady had a bad cough and scowled at me asking to hold on putting through my purchase whilst I looked more. She was totally rude and not a good face for the business at all.
consistantly missing items from my online event though they specificaly say they have that item in stock. upon trying to get a refund they refused to give me a refund for my delivery as well as my missed items as well as have consistantly late delivery times well over an hour late
Filthy!!! Carpark full of rubbish, entry and foyer floors looked like they'd never been cleaned, entry doors were so dirty you could barely see through them, the toilets were a disgrace and the entire centre looked like it needed a good scrub. I will not be coming back. Yuck!!!
What a wonderful gesture to open early for the elderly I,arrived at The Avenue Store Cranbourne North Tuesday at 7 AM waited in the 50 deep queue It's a shame you didn't think to stock the shelves ,NO toilet paper, pasta, rice, canned vegetables the list goes on. What a Joke
Very friendly staff at a the avenue went there for rolls for Xmas party couldn't find them so Damien and Jenelle help me to find them. My workmates will now have a great Xmas party. Thanks so much for your great customer service will always come back …
I like their attitude, to give small gift pack for children to play. But I feel, the toy set is so small, that children may put in the mouth, and can't imagine the danger thereby. I request the management of the Woolworths not to give such a small toy bits. …
We live right around the corner from this Woolworths and this place is absolutely stunning. Great foods, very spacious, kind staff. You've got the kebab shop next to it, tatts lotto, never had a problem here the manager is a gem. 10/10 :)
Surprisingly, this is normally the store I can find the groceries that I am unable to locate elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful going the extra mile to be of assistance. Carpark is very poorly designed.
Hi woolworths I would like to know the definition of scanning policy because according to the manager and staff here if the item is on the wrong spot than you get it for free. Is this the correct definition?
Easy to access from the car parking area. Good store setup and items are well arranged. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Vegetables section looks great and items are fresh especially the leafy items.
My favourite Supermarket by far! This is due to the excellent customer service in every area of the store. Friendly, helpful & just make my shopping experience enjoyable. Well done & keep up the good work✨
Do not order fresh produce through this shop, just got my order and with it I got 8 tomatoes. In the bag was a rotten squashed mouldy tomato, not the first time I’ve had issues with this from this store.
Seriously what is going on!! No stock. No Devon, Chicken loaf, no weight watchers, no variety chips, no strawberries, Sooo many things out of stock but says in stock on website. Absolutely ridiculous!
Like most Woolworths it has everything a supermarket has to offer. The staff are friendly and willing to help if you cant find that item and you can always find a carpark.
I asked for help from someone stacking shelves. They were really pleasant and wished me a merry Christmas after walking me to and handing me the item I was looking for.
I am shopping with Woolworths since we landed in Australia 16 years ago. First time I felt so stressful yesterday when I did shopping at Woolworths Avenue cranebourne.
Great shop but if you advertise a special then only charge that price. A lot of empty shelves. A lot a cages of stock that litter the store that need to go on shelves.
Great for every day essential shopping, and also has a decent stock of more speciality items. Store is nice and spacious, and staff are friendly and helpful.
Worst Woolworths I have ever been to. Deli staff so incredibly rude, Deli products very dry and , absolutely no idea what fresh product means..
Pretty good as far as Woolworths go, open late until 10pm. Store was clean and well laid out, having the bws right there was handy
Well stocked. It might be worthwhile having more checkout counters. Thanks to self checkout and assistance there, it is seamless.
We like this Woolworths. It's never overly busy. Fruit and veg, deli and meat always seems to be fresh. Easy to get a carpark.
Huge new store full of great selection of groceries and fresh produce. Very helpful friendly staff. Lots of parking avaliable.
Great location next to other stores, and a 24 hour Chemist. There is plenty of parking, and the store is always very clean!
Pathetic customer service! Went to pick up milk couple of minutes before closure, the store in charge did not let me in..
Some staff are really friendly but some could maybe smile a little more and use their manners when necessary: (
Was my preferred shop, better range than coles but fresh foods are not up to par won't use the deli either.
Solid supermarket, except the bread is always burnt by their bakery team. It's been like that for years.
Most of the products are available here. Easy open parking. Staff and customer service is average.
Not really impressed with this shopping centre. The toilets are spotless good job to the cleaners.
It's not bad for a supermarket, will be better once all the new shop's across the road open up.
Great store with stock available on items. The customer service was also really great! …
Staff are so kind. Manager is a gem. Always have a great range and items in logical aisles.
Beautiful clean store, fruit and veg always fresh, lovely staff. Keep up the great work :-)
This is the best place to shop, lovely helpful and friendly staff, store is always clean.
Great staff, nice and clean. Not as much variety as other stores but have good deals.
Very Good Store, Clean & Friendly Staff. Good selection. Keep up the good work.
Love this store always has fresh fruit and vegetables and I can get all I want.
This store is very clean. The fruit & veg here is also mainly very fresh. :)
