Ordered a shopping online this evening. Around $340.00 dollars or more. You'd think for such a big order that woollies would opt for my groceries to come from a bigger store, or at least give the option of choosing which store (availability pending). A bigger store has a lot more stock. I got an email stating they didn't have a few things and refunded me....fair enough. But my groceries were delivered with another bunch of items missing (around 8 items). So I had to sit on the phone and be on hold to wait to listen to a robot saying I would be refunded in a few days. I am not sure if it was the partner driver from yellow that left missing items in his car, or my order was never completely packed or there is some random bag sitting there at woolworths, left behind. This is about the 3rd time this has happened and once I had over 25 items missing A great solution to this would be that the person who packs the bags counts the bags and corresponds that amount of bags via the delivery text message to me. That way as soon as the driver arrives I can count the bags before they leave. Because then it becomes their responsibility also. Communication is key. Sorry for posting a negative review but this has really inconvenienced me. I am now having to go out tomorrow to purchase the missing items. As they included essentials.

Been there twice and noticed that The staffs are so unfriendly, 2 different staffs told me 2 different locations to find what i was looking for. the big chick seems working there long time or manager there , she was so rude and showed the sign of racism to asian. as the rule is 1 person can buy 5 Bottles of PRIME but she didnt let 3 of us buying 15 bottles even I wanted to pay separately (3 times). Whats the point of selling when she said to me that she just let me buy 5 bottles only because she doesn't want too much stocks going out. My 14 yrs old boy was at the check out heard that She and another lady (customer) talked behind my back when I turned away to get another stuff. I wouldnt come back to that store again but hopefully that chick reads this and feel sorry for what she did to me and hurt my boy feeling when experiencing a bad customer service. It was such a shame for her when couldnt do anything except starring at my boy when I told him come back into the store self checkout another 5 bottles of PRIME that was just only a little of giving back to her for hurting my boy feeling when talking trash behind my back.

I had a really great time walking around in circles in this tiny cute little shop. It's not as boutique as the happy apple. It's got a lil bit of everything the big boi woolies would have. I even got ID'd for the first time in a minute, so the place has taken me back to a time when I was just a young chap. There are a handful of beers, wines, RTD's, seltzers and such. Maybe go and check it out if you care enough. If not I don't mind. The thing about shops is they are all over the place, alright, alright, alright. Also, I think I might sleep in today as I went to bed a couple hours past bedtime waiting for more reviews of this little shop.

Great to have a nice, new, modern, convenient facility at our local. The store itself is spacious & clean & has a pretty good selection of numerous products. It's not cheap, but, very convenient for last minute dinners etc, & a good bottle shop to boot. Unfortuntely, the whole experience is degredated by the rude check out chick. Once again... upon arrival at the check out, I'm met by: "Unpack your basket onto the counter". No, Hi or please. Happy Apple for me. Cramped conditions, but friendly, helpful staff.

They often don't have the things I'm looking for, and some things are more expensive than usual. You can't do a full shop here, but it's handy for grabbing a few things. They do have pretty good sales though

The prices of fresh produce are excessive even for WW Metro. Many other items are also just way too expensive. Would much rather shop at Happy Apple.

Since when do you have to pack your own bags at the checkout? It's not aldi. Prices are stupidly expensive compared to other supermarkets

Never have anything I need in stock. Prices are very high. Please support a local small business instead

Ideally located in vibrant Union Rd, Woolworth offers a great variety of groceries and fresh produce.

Really helpful team, great range of more local and fancy products. 10/10 would recommend.

I always pop in to find the heavily marked down items. You can find quite the bargain.

Handy local shop with a surisingly large array of products at supermarket prices.

Bit underwhelming but good range though very few customers when we were there.

Got no reception but the watermelons are very round so that makes up for it.
