Disability access is extremely difficult. So much less stock options than they had at the old store! Less brand options and much smaller range. Feel like the aesthetics of the store are aimed at impressing tourists and the upper classes and not convenience for lower income locals - fridge displays look posh but make life more difficult (who wants to open a dozen seperate fridges whilst navigating trolley/kids just to get yoghurt milk cream cheese juice). Hardly any cash self serve machines. Would rather go to Coles or Aldi, easier and smoother experience. Parking is horrendous to get out of Woolworths with a heavy trolley you have to pass by busy food court and then navigate trolley many turns just to get to car safely. The disabled parking is nowhere near the front of store such as in the old store. Not a convenient experience and for that reason I find myself avoiding this new store

Bad move, imo. The old store WAS my favourite – conveniently located, quick in and out, natural light from front windows, and compact design so you could quickly nip around and get what you wanted. In contrast the new store has no natural light, the high dark grey ceilings make it feel like Bunnings, everything is so spread out and shopping takes much longer. They hardly seem to have expanded their range of products so why so big? Plus, the self-service checkout entry should be centrally located - not inconveniently stuck way up one end, back at the entrance where you first came in! I actually find myself shopping more and more at Coles now because it seems like a better experience to the new Woolies store. Whose ever idea this was should be sacked ha ha even the s-shaped helium balloon is trying to make a getaway

Why fix whats not broken? This is the worst "upgrade" for a shop. There's far less stock available here and so much more inconvenient to access. Also with the lack of trolley bays of easy access, you find so many stray trolleys just being left inbetween parked cars and even in the middle of the road in some cases. I now find myself going to woolworths in rosebud central cause at least i know they'll have what i'm looking for

This store is great! It is a large store with myriad products, many of which are hard to find elsewhere. Using Scan&Go really speeds up my shopping. The only drawback is its location: the other end of the complex near Boneo Road. At this end, carparking is chaotic at all times, so you have to park at the larger carpark of McCullough Street. It's a lo-o-ong walk, with Coles more ideally placed...

What were Woolies thinking in moving?!? Why did they move to an incredibly poor location to shop? Getting to and from the car and shop is not convenient. Shop itself looks great, but it's abundantly clear they're bleeding sales as the place is devoid of customers. I hope there's a long game plan in place here. This woolies used to be my go to, but not so much any more.

The new store is great and staff are friendly, but access if poor. The way they did the car park and access to that end of the shopping area is annoying. Its fine if you are able bodied, but for someone with mobility issues it is a lot of extra walking to get to the store. We have a large elderly population in Rosebud and it certainly does not cater for them.

Although the store has been renovated its still a very small Grocery Market, and although it's far nicer than the other Woolworths in the neighborhood (in regards to the hygiene, experience in the store, layout and renovated store facility), it still lacks the basic, product choice and variety that many Woolworths Stores have.

No small trolleys to use I have an injured wrist , leaving supermarket lots of trolleys except the large trolley in any of the 3 trolley stations had to lose my $2 as I am unwell and only came to supermarket for dog food Very poor service Woollies makes a huge profit you can afford to provide a decent service

  • Violet Sferruzzi

Not sure what's going on but it's a service industry and yesterday we had the pleasure of getting served by a crabby old miserable woman, quit and stay home or up your game nobody needs that kind of service
