Great guy, no words to describe. My car was about to break down and I luckily found a spot and parked it without any trouble but I was too scared to drive because I knew it can break down anytime .I first tried calling a mate who knows a lot about car but he didn’t pick up so I quickly googled mechanics near my area and all the shops were closed except this one. I called him explained my situation and he was literally on the phone with me for 10-15mins guiding me to check things in my car and all this time he was so calm and composed. He advised me to let my car cool down first and then put heaps of water in the radiator. I didn’t even know what a radiator was untill then. At the end he said I can bring my car over but there was a long waiting list which I’m not suprised now ( his service is so good) anyway I was fine with that because that’s the only option I had but fortunately minutes later I got a call from my friend who could get it fixed for me quicker. Since I needed my car fixed asap I took my friend’s help but my point is he really helped me when I was in such a panic situation without knowing me or even having that centainty that I will bring him business. I just want to thank him and next time if I need to get my car serviced I’m definitely gonna book an appointment in advance and it done through these guys. Than you so much.

Victor runs a great business and offers log book servicing with genuine parts for Toyota, Lexus and other selected manufactures. His pricing is clear and very competitive. If you are in Parramatta and own either a Lexus or a Toyota, give Victor a call and get a comparison quote. If you are happy with the price, you will certainly be happy with the work. The only downside - parking can be a little tricky around school times.

Brand new car bring it in for service every season for 2 years. Surprisingly my car is getting worse performance than bring it to other store for service. They said the car is completely didn't do any adjustment or even didn't changed the engine oil for long time. Strong burning smell come out when he turn the lid off of the engine. Good luck for all of you trying to bring your car to this fantastic shop.

been here twice. at first time, I needed just a rego check. they inspected my car then proposed tons of spare part replacement. however, they told me to wait til they get back from Chinese new year, i.e. 3 weeks afterwards. at second, I begged they for lending a hand tool to unplug the battery for reseting my electric system only. they just ignored and recommended a booking session.

Victor has been a true magician with cars. He found out problem with my car which I've been going to Toyota dealership for years couldn't find. The squeaky noise coming from my suspension which Victor found was managed by Chatswood Toyota by changing the breaks (with obviously no improvement). A single trip was all it needs and the pricing is very reasonable.

The team here has been very well managed by Victor who meticulously checks and gives you firm and fair advice on your vehicle.
