"I have used this petrol station on numerous occasions over the past several years the staff have always been very helpful & friendly"
"Very rude disrespectful guy serving at the till would benefit a customer service course or just some basic manners it comes across to me like he has some issues been polite to women I had noticed previously him been rude and abrupt to a lady when picking a parcel up and I was greeted with the same disrespect on Friday when I attempted to pick 2 parcels up he said there was only 1 showed him my phone to show 2 then he completely ignored me and served other customers luckily a male customer pointed out to him I was waiting still then he proceeded to get another member of staff and to get my other parcel"
"Good customer service, alwasy friendly but the forecourt seems a tad bit poorly designed, especially in the middle aisle where it becomes impossible to use a fuel pump if a bigger car is parked at the adjecent pump"
"Sells an alright selection of american products such as crisps drinks and sweets with a good selection that would most likely find in a normal supermarket and if you want to get like crisps and a couple of essentials when your getting your petrol then this is a good place if your not going to a supermarket but you want to have something with your petrol"
"I found the young guy at post office very rude indeed I asked for a vat receipt for 2 Royal Mail sign for packages at £5"
I have used this petrol station on numerous occasions over the past several years the staff have always been very helpful & friendly. You can get all the services you would expect to from a national brand like BP. The petrol is about average price & fluctuates with the market as do all petrol stations. Yes it is a little more expensive that petrol from supermarkets, but if you want a little more personal service places like this BP are the place to go. There is a free ATM on the wall outside, 2 rows of petrol pumps, car wash, vacuum & air. The forecourt is clean & tidy. The pumps can be quite busy at peak times, with occasional queuing. Inside is a very good variety of essential items at reasonable prices plus a wider range of food & non food products. The clincher for me is the addition of a post office counter a couple of years ago. If like me you sell online. EBay, Amazon you will have experienced the long waits at other post offices in the run up to the 5pm It off when mail is picked up well I don't do it anymore as this Post Office is open until 10PM for a full range of services, very rarely have I had to wait in a queue but remember that after 6pm the post office counter is operated by the staff member that also deals with the petrol but you are not delayed by this at all. My advice is give it a try even if you don't live locally. I live about 6 ish miles away and think the distance is well worth it to be treated professionally & to feel like my business actually matters to them.

Good customer service, alwasy friendly but the forecourt seems a tad bit poorly designed, especially in the middle aisle where it becomes impossible to use a fuel pump if a bigger car is parked at the adjecent pump. There have a post office service, which is a plus for those living in the area and its is located close to a small ASDA which is a plus for convienice

I found the young guy at post office very rude indeed I asked for a vat receipt for 2 Royal Mail sign for packages at £5.55 each, he refused point blank to give me 1 This is against the law Time was 15:40 Date was 18/5/2022 The gentleman needs re training on the post office till etc Regards & very disappointed
Grumpy old man at the till. He is very rude, disrespectful & has an unpleasant attitude every-time I visit the store. Makes me wait in queue forever just to drop parcel or pick up parcel from Hermes etc with no explanation whatsoever. Overall, customer service here is terrible. …
Petrol pump was not working properly and handle got stuck £10 in petrol ended up costing me £25.25 when i spoke to the guy on the desk he said "he dont know, Not his problem" havent used this petrol station for years due to always a problem with petrol pumps & wont be using it again!
Although access onto and off the forecourt can be difficult, this filling station is a useful business in a good location. The staff are polite and efficient and the opening times are long. Jet wash and some parcel collections are available at this BP facility.
Very friendly staff in a very busy petrol station and Post Office. They do currency exchange, money gram, e payments, e top ups, cash deposits. No lottery, but they do have a paypoint.
Why you selling LPG for only one day Stop selling LPG permanently not availabe all the time
No Lpg gas, should make it known there is none on pump same as they do petrol or diesel
Typical petrol station. More expensive than asda on York road so go there if you can.
Fantastic busy station with extra wc facility and very good customer service.
I use non supermarket fuel. It goes further and does not cause problems.
Too small, have to wait an age to drop off parcels for hermes collection
Good place. Easily located and a courteous customer service experience
Very very poor service and no accountability of staff and rude.
Slow service at pump and inside, even slower at roay mail desk
Much higher prices compared to other BP stations in Leeds
very narrow between pumps, besides that its good.
Most of the time I use this station. Cheers.
