My husband and I absolutely adore this shop! We were just getting into midmod design when we moved to San Antonio a couple years ago and this was the first shop we went to and we absolutely fell in love! Michael and Kei know their stuff and do a great job of stocking the store with new and unique finds from all over! I love bringing friends and family when they visit to show them the store (and check out the new inventory). Customer service is absolutely outstanding too - again, the owners are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and happy to answer questions! Love, love, LOVE ModPad!

Michael is very kind and personable. He has also been a great learning resource on midcentury designs. It's a great midmod store with tons of selection. Don't hesitate on getting something because the next time you visit it will be gone. The store has a very fast product rotation. Follow their Instagram so you don't miss out on anything. They will deliver to a lot of places in the state as well as do local deliveries (depends on what it is, may need a company for it) to your residence.

They are awesome and super friendly. Michael is always so courteous despite always being so busy. I've been relying on them as my furniture dealer since they opened and I've filled my house with their finds. Lots of unique pieces everytime we visit. I brought my 10 yr old daughter here for her birthday for costume jewelry...she and him "haggled" for a fair deal which she still remembers fondly.

My wife an I like Mod Pad. We have bought a few pieces over the years. It's all original mid-century stuff. They are friendly helpful and polite. They price thier stuff very reasonably. Today we learned they also sell on consignment. Good folks all around.

One of our favorite places to go for Mid-Century Modern furniture in San Antonio. The owner is knowledgeable and gets great stuff. He also staged homes for sale and has a great eye for design. We are so lucky to have Mod Pad in San Antonio.

Located near the DoSeum and Lion Field (Brackenridge Park). This Furniture Store showcase one of a kind mid century modern furnitures. The owners are very knowledge and without question helpful. Their IG handle is @modpad for inventory.

I love this place! There are lots of really unique, authentic items of all things mid century modern. I ended up buying a great dining table and chairs which was expertly refinished and upholstered. Super nice owners!

Well I drove 15 miles thinking this place was open until 6pm as posted and it was close and the voicemail message doesn't identify or confirm Mod Pad. In my book that's not a professional way to run a business.

Michael and Kay are amazing. They have so much knowledge and the best personalities. The store has amazing one of a kind products. I would highly recommend checking it out and working with them.

I tried to check this place out at 5:30 today (posted hours are until 6) but it was closed. No note on the door or anything so I won’t be attempting to return.

Unique place. Lot of old school 1950’s type of furniture. Would not consider it modern which is what we assumed by its name.
