Grossly overpriced compared to others. Charged me for the wrong job and still didn't do what I asked for in the 1st place. Changed the rear wheel break pads although I clearly said at the time of dropping the car that its the front ones that are making the noise and needs replacement. Charged me for alignment on paper but it was out when i drove. When I called, they asked me to drop the car again and when I went there, they asked for extra money then what I was told on the phone to do the front pads this time. Thank God I checked the memo. Complete Rip-off. I have just booked other service place for the same job for $380less. Worst staff behaviour I have ever come across in Australia. Just wanna thank you for making me realise that always take quote and never trust the local providers blindly.

Very pleased with my recent experience with MyCar St Lucia. Booked in for 4 tyre replacements and a wheel alignment over the phone with the general booking line. The man on the phone confirmed the tyres appropriate for my car and ordered them to the store. Unfortunately, these tyres were not the correct fitting and size for my car and I had to leave my car there for an extra few days while they ordered the correct tyres in. Thankfully, this wasn't an inconvenience for me. The new tyres ordered in were priced higher than my original quote however the serviceman gave me a price match with my original quote and reduced $20 off each tyre. Great customer service and really fair deals. Also appreciated the after-hours pick up option too. Will be recommending this location to others. :)

I've never had such wonderful service as I did yesterday at St Lucia Mycar.. Getting into my car we noticed the back tyre was flat so stopped to get air and heard a sissing noise. Drove to Qld Uni for my sons lecture then went to Mycar to see if they could change my tyre for me. I had no appointment but the young man made time to check the tyre and found the rim was bent and air was getting out through there.They fixed the rim checked the tyre again and it had stopped the leak. A new valve was fitted and I was on my way. Can't recommend the team at St Lucia Mycar and am most grateful for them taking time to help me out in a bad situation . Ty Ty Ty.

Amazing staff and service here. I have been a few times for new tyres, but the other day there was some plastic thing hanging down under my car and making a dodgy sound dragging along the road when I drove. I stopped in to see about getting it fixed, and Jacob immediately came out and fixed it for me, free of charge. I was blown away by their kindness. When it comes to cars people can easily take advantage of owners who don't know any better - it's great to find a place that is trustworthy and not about getting every single cent at the expense of their customer relationship. They came over right away to give me very professional roadside assistance and inquire about my condition, then they checked my car. A fantastic service on my car. Reliable, honest and good prices. Three weeks after getting two tyres replaced, I ran over some debris on the road and one of the tyres got a bad puncture. I thought this was just my bad luck and took it back to MyCar to get it replaced. Turns out they give a 12 month road hazard warranty and they replaced the tyre free of charge, no questions asked. I rarely give Google reviews but I was so impressed I felt I had to. Definitely recommend these guys.

Have been here a few visits for small repairs and services and the team has always been really helpful and friendly. Took my car in to get road worthy and was told I needed an oil leak fixed. paid $600 to get it done, was also told the car was In need of a service so booked it in the following week. the service report came back ad said there was still an oil leak. very dissatisfied as I will now have to pay another mechanic to fix an issue I have already paid for. would not recommend and will not be going back.

I went to My Car in St Lucia as my rear indicator light was broken. I called in the morning and they said to come after 2pm. Would never go anywhere else. Extremely professional and friendly. They never undertake any work without your consent. Pricing is explained prior to work taking place. If they find something else that requires attention they ring you first to give you the option to go ahead now or at a later date with the cost. No surprises when going to pay. I highly recommend!!

I got a nail in my tyre, so I came here to have it removed and the tyre patched. Even though the place was obviously swamped, the guy at the reception immediately pulled one of the mechanics to help changed a spare tyre, so that I can get by the next 2 hours while they find time to do the repairing. And they did it for FREE, these guys are incredibly friendly!

I had a screw lodged in my rear left tire and I originally went in for assistance on the puncture. With all tired needing replacement soon, Mark offered a good deal on a new set. He had them transferred from another store and fitted in under 2 hours and I was back on the road. Great, friendly and fast service.

Very fast and efficient service to get a front indicator light repaired this morning. I called and said they could take me within the half hour and when I arrived he replaced the bulb immediately. This is one of the best car service showrooms I have been to. I ran into a pothole and got a bend in my rim. So, I thought that rim is all gone and brought a new one. I went there for putting a new tyre to the rim I bought. But to my surprise, they repaired the damaged rim and didn't even charge me a penny.
